Everything was great just one employee was rude when I was checking out of my locker. She was yelling in the room some personal gossip while on her phone, ignoring that the employees were busy helping another customer and me and just barged in and trying to ask about some gossip and showing something on her phone. She was walking around the counters and back room on 1/19/22 at about 12:40p.m. Other than that, my experience was good.

We decided to drop off the Uhaul on Saturday evening around 6:40 pm.. the rental was due until the next day (11:00 am). As we got there the gentlemen by the name of Mr. Ernie Flores seemed bothered and annoyed in helping us turning in the Uhaul. To the point that he greeted us with “isn't someone out there to help” and he seemed again upset and annoyed when assisting. To his manager- please I highly recommend a customer service class or a refresher on having a positive attitude. I hope you find this review helpful.

For starters the manager is awfully rude, the employees aren't well trained, and they end up screwing the customer with gas because the tank is not where they say it is and if you return it with more gas than what they give you the truck they still don't reimburse. One person says another and customer service also says one thing, but the manager since she's the manager says everyone is wrong besides her even though the agent at the store and the agent on the customer service line say the same. Well then train them better. Discourteous attitude and on top of it all talking over the customer very rude unprofessional manager.

Was being charged for a UBOX that was not mine. Called various days unable to speak to manager Jackie. Called yesterday 10 times and each time as soon as the girl answered and saw my name on the caller ID I was placed on hold right away and left on hold for 10 minutes at which I then hung up. But when my daughter called from her phone right after I called, seems funny she was connected right away. I still have not received an email fixing the issue and advising that the error generated on their end was a error on their part. Would not recommend this location!

Store Staff lack courtesy and the fact that for such a big facility only 2 carts are available made us my wife and I carry most of our belongings by hand. Twice we had no carts to move our boxes and the employees at the desk answer was "customers Don't bring them back and that, the fact that we don't get one cart to transport out belongings will teach people to learn not to still them. That made us realize that they were not ready to help customers in all we their needs. We did not see a friendly face, smile, a welcome to the store etc etc.

When I arrived the person that attended to me was rather short/rude. I asked where I was to put the trailer and instead of acknowledging me at all he just seemed to ignore me and process paperwork on his mobile device. Then asked me if I knew how to reverse because it needed to be parked. I tried to remain polite but the guy was rude and it really annoyed me. Seemed like he had a bad day and ultimately I paid for it.

These people move with a purpose, more so than some other uhaul places. Highly recommended. If things take an extra 3 minutes its because they are making sure everything is ok. I've travelled all over the u.s. for the past 20 years in the army. Some are better than others and this is definintly a better experience than most.

The overall experience was good, but the truck was difficult to turn on you had to wiggle the key for it to turn on...the app was horrible. My rental was not on my profile, was on the phone with reps for about 2 hours until it was finally fixed and when was ready to turn the truck back in the app would not accept my first pictures. Very frustrating!

I'm only rating my experience as average because of my experience with a couple your employees. When I went to rent my truck and storage space in the morning, the employee who helped me was very professional, polite and helpful. However, when I returned a few hours later to unload the truck there were two younger men on staff and while neither one was particularly pleasing to work with, there was one who was extremely rude and unfortunately, this is the second time I've had this experience with this same employee. I had gone in a week or so earlier to inquire about pricing and this same young man was very impolite. It's unfortunate really because if not for this one employee I would've had much better things to say about this UHaul location.

It took longer than necessary to get the storage unit. About 3 out of the 4 employees on duty were chit chatting or on their phones. People in line were upset having to wait till they looked away from their phones. Even though they saw the long line they stepped in and out without worry about their customers.

One of the 3 storage Rooms had lock on it couldn't move stuff into and i had told person upfront (woman) that we needed 24 hour access she didnt add that so when we drove from san Antonio tx to Brownsville tx we could not get into storage to unload so we had to spend money on a hotel room.
