You did NOT have my reservation that I had made on-line prior to arriving in Augusta. As a result, Michelle Grays was extremely helpful finding a truck that I could use for several hours in order to move an elderly lady into Assisted Living. Without the outstanding service from the folks at the Wrightsboro Road facility, I would have had serious issues. Hope U-Haul will handle the reservations better in the future.Mark B.
Reserved a truck and dolly for 7am pickup. No one was there until 7:30 and didn't have the equipment that was reserved over a month ago. In the future if you don't have the equipment for someone you should let them know so they can make arrangements. Lady I talked to at the desk was rude didn't tell me The price of what she was charging me and didn't tell me how long the trailer was good for. The guy outside hooking it up was nice. Very talkative. The trailer I received is full of pine needles and according to when I dropped it off they haven't been updating the sticker on the sideKEVIN M.

She informed me she would resolve the issue and never called me back. 1 month later, I discovered I was billed for late fees which should have been resolved. I was highly upset when upon picking up my rental due to I reserve the rental for Davis Rd in Martinez, Ga 30907 which explained to me that even though the location isn't open I still could pick up the rental from the provided location. I did speak with the gentleman that works their but was unhappy with his action. On the other hand I was very pleased with Wrightsboro Rd in Augusta, Ga 30909 location with Ms. Michelle for everything she did even though it wasn't the size I reserved I was still highly satisfied with her service. I highly recommend Wrightboro Rd location for my service and only one in that location. Great job!FANTA F.

Manager was concerned about my ability to tow 10K+ lbs and told me no truck was equipped to do that. I show her on the hitch manufacturer page, plus the owners manual were I was capable and we still had a solid 30 minute online search done to verify. Glad I wasn't in a hurry. I'm not mad, and I understand why, but your company needs to streamline this process.JAMES T.

This location is great BUT I had an awful experience trying to pick up thru my phone after hours..I never revived a code for the lock box..called the 800# and waited for 59 MINUTES and then was hung up on! I have up and came back in the am when the store was open to get my truck, told them what happened and they had no resolution.. I had my 4 adult children able to help me that night and only 1 in the am..I am disabled and had to pay for loading and unloading help due to this, not a good experience with uhaul customer service at all!RACHEL R.
