All employees should be made aware of procedure. The first employee I encountered refused to upload a picture of my DL. I was told it's against policy to use his personal phone to do so. I rent U-hauls all the time so I knew that to be false. With him doing this he set my move back by an hour causing everything

my paper work just said to return it on Sunday, it didnt say by 11:20 am Sunday so when I returned it at 2:20 pm Sunday I was charged another $20 as a full day rental. Please add time to return day.

Truck was older but very clean. Loaded it up and it pulled great and steered well. The storage co had a "free truck" that was half the size available. Rented the 26' and got everything in one trip. Quite a deal for us and our 4 movers. Thanks for this affordable option!

Tried to reserve using the online tool, got to the store and started the process of picking up. Got a notification saying I would be contacted by a uhaul representative at (insert number). Recieved a call 5 minutes later only for it to be a "private number", okay so I answered and the representative seemed very confused that I was the one paying with my account but was not the one driving and that the second contact was me, and the third could not be reached by phone. Told the representative to cancel the reservation. If the store was closed at the time I would have taken my business elsewhere but it was open and the owner was aware of what was taking place due to buying a dolly at the same time. Owner was able to set me up with a truck and get me on my way, quicker than the time I tried using the website. 10/10 for the uhaul store 1/10 for the website and call center representative, never again.

Storage units were overpriced. When I rented the storage unit, I was not told gates closed at 5:00 pm and that I didn't have access. As a result, we were locked inside the gates for over 2 hours.

One of the best locations I've ever been to, out of at least 40. I move too much! The staff is so friendly & accommodating. From having a hitch installed to renting a 5x8 trailer for a one-way to CO. There isn't anything but good things to be said about the group at this location!!

If a customer did online check in, paid in advance online, and already selected their insurance/drop off city...should be a quick get in and get out. No one should be telling the customer they had not paid yet when they already did online so the process would be seamless.

You may have more I don't know because I only had to deal with two employees Hymond and Thomas but these two guys are great at customer service and very friendly as well. Believe me coming from a sales manager for a fortune 500 company of many years you should be very proud to have these two gentleman represent your company. I also dealt with a lady on the phone who was very nice and a third gentleman the day I dropped of my rental and they were very pleasant.

Everyone at this location was fantastic. It was very busy and the woman working the desk was handling three customers at a time without breaking a sweat. One of the employees was off that day and happened to drive by and notice how busy it was and offered to work a few hours. He was great at helping me back the trailer into it's spot. Fantastic job by all!

Everything went pretty smoothly. I guess it's no ones fault really, but the pin on my tow dolly was not there so the ramp fell down twice and broke one of my ratchet straps that I had to use to hold the ramp in so it wouldn't slide out and spark all over the road.

I forgot the youngman name but his nametag said owner. His customer service skills is so on point. There was another youngman there with him and he was helpful and prompt as well. Between the two they were renting trucks as if they were in the fast food business. The combination of the two was a dream team for Uhaul. Certainly customer service at it's very best!

It was difficult to communicate with the staff at 3363 Wrightsboro Rd, Augusta, GA 30909 location. I was constantly threatened over the phone live and via voicemail and in person about how I was stealing the truck and the police were notified by the agent at the store, who is no longer working there. The person who arranged my rental before her convenient departure said her cell phone was turned off for weeks thus I could not inform her continuously. I also had sent an email but received no reply to that either. She misinformed me and my truck was taken back by the new staff without my knowledge. Now I have no possessions which were put into storage without my knowledge or my permission. I owe money for holding to the truck for too long while I have no personal property except the clothes on my back. A few days ago, I visited the store to find out what happened to the truck. The property that I parked the truck on and the police had no information. Sharon Gresham was allegedly not working that day but was giving instructions to her employee to relate to me. She was not willing to work with me yet I was told that if I told the store what was going on they could have helped. I called customer service and their reaction was the same. Everyone claimed it was not their choice but that UHAUL demanded it that it should be handled this way. I told the store staff everything from day 1 including where the truck was and that I was waiting to move into my unit but the complex I am moving into had an ownership change so it took longer than expected. The tenant in the unit I will move into was evicted and it added 30 additional days for the vacancy and a few weeks more for the repairs. I was accused of abandoning the truck but I did not do any such thing since my entire household was in it. It was a series of manipulative transactions which could have been prevented but nobody offered me any help and I will never recommend UHAUL to anyone.

Had to go to another location for a truck as the original location that I made a reservation did not get a truck in as expected. Feel I should have gotten a discount as I had to backtrack and go out of my way to get the truck at Wrightsboro rd location. Wrightboro Rd location......The person who waited on me seemed to be in a hurry. Did not offer or ask if I needed anything else to go with the truck, such as a dolly. I would really like to commend the gentleman that assisted me at the Davis Rd location...very personable and helpful.,and trying to find a truck.

It would be nice to know how to adjust the seat in your new pick up trucks. There are all kinds of control but if you are not familiar with the vehicle you don't have a clue what all the buttons are for and where controls you might want are located.

Everyone was kind, professional, and accommodating. Each gentleman listened patiently, was empathetic, and genuinely interested in helping me get my task completed in a timely, proficient manner. They made good suggestions and made sure I understood the entire process. No surprises! I really appreciated each one. They help as if you matter to them and work with you as a group. Meaning that the each take responsibility for you instead of playing cashier. I witnessed them working with other people, inside and outside, men and women. They treated each of us in that same manner. I cannot say enough about your team at the 3363 Wrightsboro Rd location. You cannot train those qualities into a person (team), they are genuinely good people. The store was well stocked and organizedwith items I needed and very clean. The restroom was clean and tidy.

I was ok with the move as it was hard for us and your team. I was not happy to see the slownest of your work crew. Do you get breaks every 15 mins??? Me and my brother in law moved 20 foot moving trk and it seemed every time they moved something it would be a long break. I was very pleased with the move I got last year. I had 3 movers and they never took a break. All told I was satisfied with your service. I would use them again. I am just happy ?? I didn't need their help moving out that 20 ft trk. My bill been 1000 bucks as slow as they are. Haha

Had 15' truck pre-reserved for me on a Saturday morning which I had made reservations for the Wednesday before...when I got there it seemed that the truck that was reserved for me was given to the customer that was just before me...after the confusion was solved I was given a different truck...I would think that when a truck is assigned to a particular customer, it would be there ready...instead of having employees panic and confused...need better training to those involved...my trust in this office is diminished as to using this office again or try another...!!!

Well the vehicle tow trailer was not working right. When we got the car on the trailer. To get out of your car there a removable gard rail for the tires that didn’t work. The tires was to big we had to unbolted just to get out of my car.

I rented from U-Haul for the past two years. I had no issues with break ins or damages regarding my belongings. Very busy location, only downfall that I disagree with is you cannot park lot.
