You have some idiot names Louis working there. I told him I had no cell phone to upload my driver's information to a web site for rental of a truck. Two weeks earllier I had rented the same type truck. No hassle walked in handed my drivers info and no problem. No this rude individual insisted that I had too up load it. I came home upset and called U-Haul. I was told there is no such requirement that if I didn't or couldn't upload it the store rep would input my info. I went back and he used HIS personal phone and uploaded MY personal Drivers Information on line then told he didn't need to error my information on his phone. This is a violation of the personal right to keep my personal information secure and He also told me if I didn't do it maybe he wouldn't rent to me anyway. I have been using this location for rental trucks since 1986. and this is not the service I have had over the years it is the worst experience I have even had from your company. This person represents U haul in a U Haul store. Is this the type of people you let work for your good company? It has made me very sad to know you care so little for your customers.

The truck I was given was leaking. i was never warned or notified about this and it damaged all of my mattresses and irreplaceable items in the truck, the gas gauge was not operable, and the vehicle was severely misaligned.

I had a very time consuming and complicated rental as s return. All of these problems are because of the customer service and being directed to call centers instead of the direct store. I also had a truck rented from one location, and for some reason I was able to call that location directly, and they didn’t even have the truck I needed. I am extremely disappointed in how complicated it was to rent the uHaul or find out what was available. The location I rented from was great- absolutely no problem. But I had to physically go in the store to get what I needed after the website was letting me pay for a truck at a location That didn’t have it available.

Customer service at that location is TERRIBLE- RUDE staff

I was told that the equipment would fit my vehicle and it did not. I returned the equipment and I was not able to get my refund back.

Make sure the customer is aware that your company is going to double charge them if they even go a minute over the requested time to use the equipment. Also have a way to extend the service tried calling to extend my time and no one picked up. Fix your ease of use for the webpage when your logged in you should be able to do everything (extend your use of equipment time). I doubt I will be renting from U-Haul ever again.

I did not even get a contract for my storage facility nor a key. One lady was rude. They did not close out my account When I moved out and charged for an extra month

Older storage facility. For the price, I expected the doors not to be damaged or rusty. The staff/mgr was not necessarily friendly or helpful when I asked questions.

I rented from U-Haul for the past two years. I had no issues with break ins or damages regarding my belongings. Very busy location, only downfall that I disagree with is you cannot park lot.
