The team and the owner were great. Even explains some things to me make my experiences at Uhaul better. The 24/7 services was amazing. Having the ability to get your truck as early as you actually need it is a plus. I cannot even brag enough on the moving company!!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful with what they had to work with but the gate situation needs big improvement. The key cards do not work so it is not convenient to get locked in the gate or have to go during business hours to get in for our belongings. You should also have a pin code available which I was never given. I'm not sure why they have 24 hours on the building when it is not open 24 hours. The hours are 7 am to 8 pm.

I have rented a uhaul truck for five different moves in my life and this place was the absolute best experience. Picking the truck up was easy, quick, and left me feeling like this uhaul store was running a smooth operation. I did an in-town move. So I dropped the truck back off at this location as well. I simply pulled up and an employee met me at the driver door and asked me a few questions and I was done. I got my invoices by email shortly after. It was an outstanding experience.

The app is a nightmare because there are many steps which take time to move to through and you end up taking 15-20 minutes and in the end I had to go inside for assistance.

Hymond is awesome. This location works hard at customer service. Also, the gentleman who checked me in is also extremely polite and helpful. The only complaint I have is the mileage rate is really limiting for rentals since I do have to replace the gasoline. Thank you and I will continue to you the location at Wrightsboro Rd since they have such a great TEAM there. Thank you

I paid for ball mount and hitch ball online. They said I did not, that's a lie. I never received it. The hood was left open, my wife was on the interstate and the hood started to bounce. The installer said he would call me back when finished. Never did. This was my 3rd and last trailer install at U haul. Where's my ball mount and ball and pin swindlers?

The driver's side sun blocker was broken and kept sagging down in front of my view which could cause problems. I also wanted to see about getting compensated as I overestimated the gas for the U-Haul when I filled up.

I reserved my 26 ft truck weeks in advance and had to go to 3 locations to find my truck. It delayed my move and also delayed the movers I hired through uhaul. Was an awful experience. And the staff at the location were not helpful at all to extend the usage of the truck.

First of all I was way over charged for the truck and the time frame, the mirrors on the truck, the driver side was stuck and wouldn't move, the passage er side waved in the wind. There was a knot in the right rear tires that cause a vibration when loaded. When I went to pick the truck up it was blocked in and the guy was extremely rude

The vehicle was incredibly dirty and the check engine light was on when it was given to me. The vehicle broke down on us multiple times and eventually had to be towed by U-Haul roadside assistance. After the car was returned via towing, I was called by U-Haul employees multiple times and asked why I had not returned the vehicle. I had to explain the situation multiple times. There was clearly no communication on the U-Haul side about the situation.

Never notified of rate increases. Put on hold when calling for information. Not notified of door remains Val on unit this several items were removed without my knowledge ( stolen merchandise). Charged $15 late fees before 10 days. Management refused to refund. Over 7 years patronage and not treated with respect for my loyalty

The access hours listed on the reservation were different from actual access hours on-site. We do not like that we can only access the storage unit when the office is open. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Whoever the guy is that runs the wrightsboro rd store in Augusta ga, is horrible. I called twice for an extension and he threatened me if I didn’t return the truck and refused to extend it. My wife called the 1800 number to get it extended. But he called and was threatening me on the 9/14 when I had reservations until 9/15 to return the truck or he would call the cops and report it stolen. All I was doing is trying to move. Because of his actions I definitely would never recommend U-Haul. Worst experience I’ve ever seen in my life.

I will never use this facility again. After 10 years of trucks and storage i must say this was the worst experience ever. I will never use Uhaul again. Not only was the staff here rude and unprofessional especially the GM but the pbone reps were rude too. I never knew how rude they were because this was the first time i had an issue.

I have used UHAUL probably 7 times and I've never had poor customer service until this time. It took 3 weeks to get a refund. When I asked for a supervisor (more than once) they said "there wasn't one". My unit was robbed and the employees acted unconcerned. I was told "Ok" and the police were called. She then said they'd meet me by the locker. That was it. I then walked to the unit. Poor, poor customer service. I won't use them again or recommend them to anyone!!!

The owner/manager was very helpful when he had the time and ability to provide assistance to customers. The other representatives, particularly the women at the desk, had bad attitudes, did not provide customer service in a timely fashion, and failed to address the needs of customers. This was my personal experience and the experience I observed other customers undergo. Additionally, the reps do not respond to the phone and often put customers on hold when they call in and never get back to them. I found this out when I called then saw this action when I went in store. Poor customer service is not worth the trip to this location.

Storage units were overpriced. When I rented the storage unit, I was not told gates closed at 5:00 pm and that I didn't have access. As a result, we were locked inside the gates for over 2 hours.

You may have more I don't know because I only had to deal with two employees Hymond and Thomas but these two guys are great at customer service and very friendly as well. Believe me coming from a sales manager for a fortune 500 company of many years you should be very proud to have these two gentleman represent your company. I also dealt with a lady on the phone who was very nice and a third gentleman the day I dropped of my rental and they were very pleasant.

It was difficult to communicate with the staff at 3363 Wrightsboro Rd, Augusta, GA 30909 location. I was constantly threatened over the phone live and via voicemail and in person about how I was stealing the truck and the police were notified by the agent at the store, who is no longer working there. The person who arranged my rental before her convenient departure said her cell phone was turned off for weeks thus I could not inform her continuously. I also had sent an email but received no reply to that either. She misinformed me and my truck was taken back by the new staff without my knowledge. Now I have no possessions which were put into storage without my knowledge or my permission. I owe money for holding to the truck for too long while I have no personal property except the clothes on my back. A few days ago, I visited the store to find out what happened to the truck. The property that I parked the truck on and the police had no information. Sharon Gresham was allegedly not working that day but was giving instructions to her employee to relate to me. She was not willing to work with me yet I was told that if I told the store what was going on they could have helped. I called customer service and their reaction was the same. Everyone claimed it was not their choice but that UHAUL demanded it that it should be handled this way. I told the store staff everything from day 1 including where the truck was and that I was waiting to move into my unit but the complex I am moving into had an ownership change so it took longer than expected. The tenant in the unit I will move into was evicted and it added 30 additional days for the vacancy and a few weeks more for the repairs. I was accused of abandoning the truck but I did not do any such thing since my entire household was in it. It was a series of manipulative transactions which could have been prevented but nobody offered me any help and I will never recommend UHAUL to anyone.
