Actually reserve the vehicle for the costumer. The van I rented was not ready on time , was dirty (coffee cups and spills left over from the previous user), and the vehicle was given with mechanic issues. I wanted long for bad serviceTrinity S.

Arrived on time to my scheduled pick up for 10am. Received my truck an 1hr and 1/2 later and was able to check out on the premises. My reservation was done online. I dropped off my truck rental 1 1/2 hours later. So, now I have to pay the $20 after hours charge. In addition the reservation uses the time only that way. To turn in the vehicle took me atleast 30mins to do online. That was because the store location barcode was not in an obvious spot. I checked the door, truck side and other obvious ares where it could be. Finally found a barcode way high above on a memo above a padded multi lock. Return process was very different.LATOYA M.

The employees didn't know how to rent anything to me it took 3 of them and over an hour for me to get out and there was nobody in front of me. After all that I accidentally left my tablet in the van that I rented I come back and tell them about it and after tracking the kid down that checked in the van because he had the keys and had locked the van he told me he didn't see it but I left it in the door running navigation when it was finally found it was hidden in the back of the van turned off. Let's just say I won't be going back to this locationWilliam D.

When I got to the Uhual to pick up my truck , after already making a reservation, there was not a single employee inside . We had to go and search for a worker . Them Encountered problems while checking in , making the process way longer than anticipated. THEN, when I went to return my truck after hours the online website I was instructed to use did not work . I tried it 20 times on two different phones and it did not work. After this I called customer service to make sure I was not charged extra money , and I was on hold for an hour and 10 minutes before they hung up . Resulting me in no help at all and extreme frustration. I do not recommend . It was a horrible experience .Hannah B.

It really wasn't the location's fault as there was a ton of confusion in location and they were severely understaffed and the customer service reps that were there had limited knowledge of to satisfy my needs. I booked a reservation for a pickup truck at this location, and my reservation was confirmed. When I got there I was not only told there weren't any pickups available but there weren't any cargo vans either. They upgraded me to the 10' box truck. This wasn't an issue, but I was then told I would have to pay 99 cents a mile instead of the original 59 cents a mile I booked and was confirmed for. I was told to ask to lessen the charge when I return the equipment, but the reps I dealt with didn't seem to want to help. So they told me I would be getting a call later that day from the manager to possibly get the rate lowered to what was quoted, but instead of receiving a call I just got billed and I received the receipt for the $.99 per mile. I didn't get the equipment or the rate I was promised at no fault of my own, and I had to pay more because of it. Very unhappy with this location.Connor K.

The truck pick up was a disaster as far as having the truck ready. There was a zip tie on our unit and it wasn't made clear if we were to cut it off or them. The clerk had no idea if the lock was included even tho I checked in online the night before and paid and signed and I got an email stating there was a lock which was laying on floor in unit once the movers we hired removed the zip tie. But shouldn't the clerks know the specials? The unit was clean and the store was clean and it's a busy place so they must take care of their units so ask me again In 6-8months how my items are and I will know more for review.Nicole b. | Online Move In
We did the online check in the night before. Got to the location to have to wait 45 minutes or more to get the truck which they had to clean while we waited and they stated the gas was just below 1/4 tank. As soon as we pulled out of the drive the low fuel light came on and we had to worry about timing getting gas with the movers we had hired through uhaul. The movers were above and beyond amazing but uhaul was kind of a let down. Why check in and submit your license online just to have to wait anyway and give all the info all over again. Plus they forgot to give us the large furniture dolly. Hopefully I get the refund I was promised if u filled the tank to an actual quarter tank full. We shall see I suppose.Nicole B.

The facility on Waters Avenue in Tampa is outstanding with one complaint. The areas where one would need to unload into the storage facility at the doors are jam packed with employee vehicles and U Haul trucks making unloading and moving into the storage unit a serious hassle.
