I pulled in, a guy met me and showed me where to drop, he checked me out while I was backing trailer up, unhooked me and I drove away done. Very quick and easy. And that's really nice when it's 10 degrees outside in Lansing ! Trailer pulled really nice from Georgia to Michigan !
KEITH BWe were told that we had two days on our first contract that was not written right the first time the lady that assisted us was all over the place to were we didn’t get receipts until the last moment were as she just scammed us n lied about days was unprofessional I will not use U-Haul again in my life or will nor refer anyone to use U-Haul if they like honest good people

HOWARD AFor the 3rd consecutive time I've gotten a truck, the APP doesn't work for the return! I can sit in the parking lot, use your internet and it doesn't allow for me to return! When I picked up the unit the trailer door was frozen shut and had to use a tire iron to open. Neither cab door would close without 3 very hard attempts!
JEFFREY TWas behind two customers that took 5-10 minutes each to help. I just wanted to return my keys but couldn't find the return lock box (maybe make that easier to find) and had to go inside for help.
Brendan WThe driver door wouldn't shut tight, causing a lot of noise and a headache and the visor was broke and kept falling down, distracting my vision. Maybe U-Haul wasn't aware of this but the truck needs attention.

The manager at this location make sure to check everything for me make sure it was working explain to me how to hook it up car which I didn't have on me because I had to drive the U-Haul from cedar.

DALE RYou require use of the App. However, the last 2 times I've returned a rental I've logged into YOUR wifi and the app won't let me do anything. I showed it to the guy who helped me and he didn't know why!

WALTER EThe store clerk was very helpful and friendly and had me processed, in and out in a matter of minutes. I was very impressed with his knowledge and choice options. When I told him what I was transporting, he immediately checked measurements on the trailer and recommended a better choice for me. He did this after showing me the details and dimensions in a way that made sense. Some places would do an obvious up-sell on customer. This was not that way at all. He showed me the dimensions, measurements, and details and discussed the issues that could occur. So yes, I was very happy with my experience and the knowledge presented.
DANIEL PIt's annoying that I decline multiple layers of up-charges when I book with you then I am asked about the same up-charges again when I check in at the store.
KEVIN MPlease make sure the cargo van doesn't smell of cigarette smoke. I'm guessing it doesn't happen often, but it was so strong it had to have been recent.

IVORY WOnly issue was a tire pressure monitor message on the dash of the 10 foot truck. It said that the right rear tire was low, needed air. But the employee Danielle checked it and the tire was good. That was the only issue I had with the entire rental experience. Nice location, clean. Thanks for a good experience!

KELVIN DOverall this was a very good experience. I returned the van during business hours. When returning the van, I pulled into the return lane. I waited at the van as the instruction stated. I waited about 10 minutes without anybody showing up to check the van back in. As other people pulled in behind me, they also started questioning about returning their rentals. I finally went into the store and asked the gentleman behind the counter if anybody was checking in the rentals. He stated that somebody was supposed to be out there checking people in. He looked at the area and didn't see anybody, so he checked me in. Unfortunately, I don't know his name, but he is the man who signed me in for my rental reservation. He deserves credit for his exemplary customer service. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable. H present a positive image for your business.
BRUCE EDrop off was easy even with it being busy.
LARRY RCheck wheel straps to ensure they are not caught up on the winding spool when inspecting the return of the auto dolly.
DONALD CMake the check in feature more efficient. Speaking with a real person would have been 1000% easier. It was the most miserable experience ever.

LORI D | Overall ExperienceWell first off when it was really really cold out I tried to get into my storage unit and the key broke in the lock the staff was very unhelpful stating that I had to spend $300 on a locksmith to get it open because I wasn't allowed to have the lock cut off would do to damage of the door which the door on my unit was already damaged somebody else had already damaged never been replaced or repaired or anything like that so yeah other than that it was fine except the rates are too way too high

The staff provided conflicting information at various times and inaccurate information and the manager also didn't tell me all of the information that I needed to know at times. I do appreciate that the manager sought to make things right at times but I was still out a lot of money as a result of the lack of information. I will say that the move out process was smooth and I was provided the final receipt promptly as I requested which I greatly appreciate.
