Great customer service provided!
RICRDO SNo one to accept return. He was too busy talking to someone filling propane for 30 minutes so we unhooked ourselves. Lady at desk inside was great
KYLE HAt least clean the bugs from the windshield so you can have a clear vision. Windshield was broken and engine check light was on, not a great start for a long distance one way haul.

SCHOLASTICA NI have never had to give a uhal company the phone number of someone to vouch for me to rent a truck. It was embarrassing and inconvenient. What if I was a domestic violence survivor trying to get my belongings before abuser came back? People don't need to know what I'm doing. I am paying for a service you have my drivers license my credit card and now you need to call someone I know? I may never rent from your establishment again.

Zia P | Overall ExperienceMy truck broken the side mirror. While driving, i feel so terrible!! I can not see left mirror because it turned over!! And I drive only 10mile, but I paid for 35mile. Despite I fill the gas more 3 gallons, I can not returned 25mile (about 25 dollirs) yet.
Jaehak KThe drop off location tried to scam me. I had no instructions on how to complete drop off or the protocols and the quick mart on 1901 Hemphill street called me twice in two days asking for my card information so they could refund me my deposit. I called the original store and they told me that there was a 1-3 day hold but as long as it was returned I would get my money with no information needed. Very scary stuff the drop off location was on the wrong side of town and I felt very unsafe.
ALEXA DReturned the truck as stated with Kim. The location never checked the truck in causing me to take approximately an hour out of my day with a Corp rep proving I returned the truck and the day and time. Do your job and avoid the customer having to justify his integrity

ALBERT MThe only reason for not a 5 star is because when I returned my trailer to the designated area. The attendant wanted me to move the trailer to another area. If I knew this ahead of time, I would have. I am not familiar with this location. This was my first time here. The lot is small to be moving the trailer around.
KEITH WSuper easy to drop off and so appreciated that this location was open on a Sunday. Super friend'y and also appreciated the clear signage of where to pull up for drop off.
BARBARA BThe references needed to rent needs to be explained at request time not when picking rentals up. It is time consuming. Need to have an interpreter on hand at all times.

CARA FRude and couldn't helped us with loading the vehicle sent us to another location where Jose was rude and changed us CASH to help load the car after the lady over the phone where I made my reservation told me they could assist us with that. Thieves and rude employees if they were my employees they would had been fired a long time ago. I give my customers the best service I can and I would except the same specially from a big company like this

LORI HYou have GOT to improve your IT system. EVERY rental from you in the past year has changed my pick up location. Some with more expensive equipment. Get your act together!!
JOHN MTo start off with the previous day I went to reserve and try to pay for my U-Haul I was able to reserve it but I was denied the option to pay it that day. Well the next day I went up there to pick up the U-Haul I was not informed the day before to have my cell phone on me so I had to drive all the way back home to pick up my cell phone when they could have just print out the contract and I sign it, of course with proof I've identification I just feel like it was a real inconvenience when it could have be resolved differently then me having to drive all the way home...

THOMAS GThe tire pressure warning sign eliminated a half hour into or trip. I would recommend that all safety items be reviewed prior to renting the trucks out to customers.

Matt DTaillight was out should have been caught before renting. Got pulled over for it, luckily cop was cool and no ticket. Understandable things get missed and didn't change my overall experience.

Patrick ETruck had the check engine light up and some features did not work properly. Truck was clean and AC work great! Lady that took care of pickup was very attentive but took care of two customers at the same time. In my opinion should have taken care of one, then the other.

ruthie aI appreciated the clerk pointing out the size of the fuel tank and the gauge on the paperwork. The price was fair; however, I can only wonder if it would have cost more to keep it the full 24 hours.

LOUIS FStop trying to overcharge for gas when returning vehicles. You have great trucks and good service but it is ruined by a few greedy people who see an opportunity to make money on the side. If one objects, you charge our credit card without authorization, the credit card company has to fix it.
Andrea GEngine light was on. Passenger side mirror was broke. I hit the small box truck to run to get furniture and come right back . $24.95 per day. Picked up at 8am and returned it by 3 pm same day and my bill was $350. I nearly fell to the floor. Total highway robbery. Very sad this world today has so many fraud and Schisters. U haul too. Single 65 year old widow was had. No senior discounts. This ended costing me wayyyy too much money . U lied. All a trap. U need to refund some of my money.
Kelli GIt was difficult to speak to someone to ask questions. Otherwise the location was very helpful and professional during the pickup and drop off process.
liticia dThe representative at the counter was rude upon check in. I did the check in. Online but seemed like none of that made a difference. Nobody walked me out to the truck she just gave me the keys and said it's the only vehicle out front. Nobody met me at the truck to go over how to use the vehicle, nothing was inspected just handed me the keys and let me figure it out on my own.

JOSHUA Phad a 10am pickup time ,only 1 man working and he said he was a trainee, ,stood in line for an hour and 10 mins to pick up truck ,was very unhappy with the pickup time a lady was renting a truck with out appointment and it took 35 mins for that and 5 others in line behide her if you can see i have rented uhaul's for years and this was the worst wait i have ever had and the outside guy pete i think is his name is very rude
william eOffer a "get acquainted with the operation of the truck equipment" orientation when the truck is picked up. Even a 4 minute video offering would be nice.
Richard MThe trailer I used should be retired or maintained. It vibrated so bad going down the road, I feel like I need to check every single bolt on my truck to make sure they didn't loosen up. The trailer brake was slow engaging and overall the trailer brakes were marginal, probably need adjusting. The other thing-a new vouching verification, completely insulating I probably won't be back.

Paul RAfter a bad experience at a different location, Sonya and her team went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed before my upcoming trip. The make and model of my car made the installation particularly difficult but the guy installing it stayed late to get it done. She even called in outside help on 4th of July to make sure the installation was done correctly. I appreciate the extra effort they put in and their transparency about the difficulty of the project, and would recommend this U-Haul location to anyone.
Cassie NGiven a set of keys with a number on it and having to find which uhaul I was to drive. The inventory was great, which made finding my uhaul a bit time consuming.

Michele C | Overall ExperienceThe online check-in was easy and the employees at this location are very friendly. The issue I had was during the move-in process I saw no less than nine roaches. Four crawling on the walls, four on the ground in my unit and in the hallway, and I even had one on a box sitting in the hallway that I went to pick up and move into the unit. Had I not been severely limited with time because of my upcoming deployment I would have refused the move-in and gone elsewhere. There's clearly an infestation and no pest control. I'll have to fumigate everything in the unit before I can move it into a new apartment when I come back from deployment. In all my years of using storage facilities I've never seen this.
