dan K.The trailer was not the one we needed . It wasn't long enough for vehicle we were trying to tow and ended up being a complete waste of money as we were unable to use it . It was too short the truck tires were hanging off the back end of the auto transport . I was upset but what else can I do about it after all they are the ones who recommended and gave us this size auto transport . The place was good but just don't if the girl was new or what happened for us to get the wrong size auto transport

We did an advanced reservation online, but had to go inside anyways.The staff made us call two people to confirm we would return the truck on time (we ended up returning it HOURS early anyways). Had we known we would have had people lined up to call instead of waiting. A line formed behind us while we did this. Very inconvenient & embarrassing. Overall, the experience was below average. Will not rent again.

The storage unit does not have air condition which in the high 100 degree weather makes it difficult to move things in without feeling like having a heat stoke. I did appreciate the fact that a lock was provided and equipment to use to make the moving process faster. The staff was friendly as well.

Michele C. | Overall ExperienceThe online check-in was easy and the employees at this location are very friendly. The issue I had was during the move-in process I saw no less than nine roaches. Four crawling on the walls, four on the ground in my unit and in the hallway, and I even had one on a box sitting in the hallway that I went to pick up and move into the unit. Had I not been severely limited with time because of my upcoming deployment I would have refused the move-in and gone elsewhere. There's clearly an infestation and no pest control. I'll have to fumigate everything in the unit before I can move it into a new apartment when I come back from deployment. In all my years of using storage facilities I've never seen this.
