The guys checking us in were not good at all one didn't have a name badge but clearly did not know what he was doing looks like he was on training. The guy training him Caleb is probably not the correct person to train or even actually be working at your location. Me as a manager would not have him working for me. He was being very sarcastic and rude. I have no idea how your metrics work but if as a business the end goal is to make sales and profit. Caleb is holding those sales back from your location. I witnessed at least 2 customer interactions one front face and another over the phone where they were good potential rentals, but he just blew it off with his sarcasm and demeanor.Rafael O.

Was warned about a $20 check in fee for after hours check in and to call the uhaul number if the app isn't working. We'll low and behold the app didn't work and was trying to charge me a cleaning fee and if I hadn't of disputed it then I would have been charged it even though the trailer was clean and I had to say it wasn't due to a error in the app checking it in remotely.terry H.

Do a deep clean when vehicles have pets in them. Some customers like me have pet allergies it was hair everywhere the west was covered. When you cut the ac on side note: you know the van was hot; the smell was horrible straight dog shit! The van was horrible but we were in a rush for a catering event and didn't have time to switch, the experience was horrible.Lynell S.

I was charged for a dolly I didn't use I assume because we removed it while moving our stuff just to get it out of the way. We had 2 of our own that were better quality which we used. It also wasn't clear that the furniture pads were not complementary as I never requested any. If I don't ask for or order it please don't put it in the truck, most people have multiple people helping and often they assume everything there has already been purchased causing unexpected fees.Jason F.

Inside trailer was dirty. Truck was driving horrible it kept hesitating and needed wheel alignment. Check in and out was awesome. Their customer service was great just the truck itself was terrible. Uhaul switched my reservation 3 times which was pretty disappointing.Monetta S.

I was at your location on Antoine and and 8 serrvce road first after 4 attempts on contract credit card machine not working we finished and he handed me the key to a truck when he was told from the beginning I wanted a cargo van so after 35 minutes and given a truck I canceled and left. Was charged more than the estimate on the â€œequipment contractâ€. The only variable was how many miles were actually driven - I drove LESS miles than estimated! Was charge more for the actual rental and more for the insurance coverage. Will dispute charges via credit card company. Upon arrival to the facility in the am on a Sunday. I proceeded to enter the building of the office because the door was unlocked and open the young man inside the office told me that they were not open yet another need to come back at a later date . solo utilicé mi storage por 15 días, lo dejé tal y como lo encontré, y semanas después recibo una llamada donde me dicen que tengo una mora por continuar el uso del mismo, expliqué que yo no lo estaba usando, que solo lo usé por 15 días y me llevé todas mis pertenencias, que estaban equivocados, me dicen que el storage está cerrado con candado y que es mi responsabilidad, les repito que no puede ser porque ya me había retirado semanas atrás, que verifiquen en sus camaras de seguridad, les describí incluso la persona que estaba en la oficina y que me atendió, y aún así siguieron insistiendo en que yo lo seguía ocupando, este problema se extendió por meses tanto así que yo renté en marzo y estamos en septiembre y hace unos días recibí otra llamada cobrándome por todo éste tiempo, así que aparte de la molestia que me han causado, pues me he sentido acosada por ésta gente que trabaja en el lugar, quiénes me han dicho que se va a resolver el problema y semanas después volvían a llamarme por lo mismo, cuando el problema lo tienen ellos entre ellos mismos y por sus errores me han causado un problema a mi persona así que decepcionada, molesta y acosada es poco para lo que podría decir de ésta empresa y principalmente les diría que tienen un gran problema de registro ente quienes rentan y quienes se fueron del lugar. espero realmente que éste problema haya quedado resuelto tras tanto tiempo!Lucy M. | Overall Experience
