Have trucks as requested. I made a blank trip for a vehicle that wasn't available. I was promised a bigger vehicle the next day, and that promise was not fulfilled. Also, I was double charged for vehicle and I have yet to receive explanation(6 min wait on chat-no one responds, 13 min wait by phone- no one comes on the line!)Illyria K.

Service the vehicles and check them thoroughly. DC outlet in dash had no power, changing lanes over 45mph was dangerous. Steering would wobble excessively. While driving a awkward hissing was coming from the engine bay. Got to my destination, shut the engine off and restarted the engine. Loud bang was present from the engine fan. I have started being billed for a unbox. I used movers booked through uhaul, so they should have been returned. When. I call to clear it up I get put on hold for 90 minutes. When someone did answer me, they said they were not the right person and put me back into your Damn phone system. After another hour on hold I finally hung up. I did reluctantly recommend Uhaul to a niece for a move, but never again.Richard H.

Saturday I asked for roadside assistance which still shows not complete hadn't showed up which I had to repair the vehicle my self in the rain I then called to ask for another day and got hung up on. Upon arrival to the facility in the am on a Sunday. I proceeded to enter the building of the office because the door was unlocked and open the young man inside the office told me that they were not open yet another need to come back at a later date . If the doors unlocked that means you're open for business if I customers inside your facility and you do not service them and you turn them around and ask them to come back at a later date that's poor customer service.Delesha P. | Overall Experience

The entrance to the facility is extremely crowded. When I pulled in with my truck at around 8 AM, I had to squeeze between two Uhaul fans - one parked in the return line and another parked on the display line. When I was set to leave, I had to go back out the same way I cam in with the Uhaul van. Clear entry and exit lanes should be setup to provide easier access and reduce the risk of collisions. Otherwise, the facility and personnel were very nice.Perry C.

The guy that helped me secure the rental was okay, but the other employee made comments and â€œjokesâ€ that made myself and my sister feel very uncomfortable. He made a comment comparing myself to my sister after she walked out, which was extremely unprofessional. He sent a text message to the guy that was working on my paperwork and even though we all heard the notification, he still slapped the guy's arm to make sure he read it. This is the 2nd time this month I receive a dirty truck. The trucks are not being mopped. I use the trucks for my business. I had to lay plastic in the truck to keep my material from getting dirty from the black dusty residue that was in the truck. Please mop the trucks.Charley I.
The guy I dealt with was rude. Also Within 5 minutes of rolling out of the parking lot I had a flat tire and saw a screw in the tire on the opposite side. When I returned the trailer shortly after discovering the flat, a different guy came out saying he saw the screws in the tires even before we started looking at the trailer. When I asked for a refund, he laughed and stated once it's off the lot, no refunds". This location is terrible. I will be sticking to the one on Antoine which I have rented from for the past 4 years and have had great customer service each time.Marcel G.

The after hours check-in process did not work smoothly. We kept getting kicked off the website with no explanation. After a call to customer service and a long hold time, we finally found out it's because the location reported by our mobile phone was almost half a mile off. There was no indication of that to us, we only found that out by calling customer service. Once we restarted the phone and made sure the location was accurate, the check-in finally went through successfully. The online check-in needs more robust error handling and better messages to the user when things don't work as expected.Robert V.

solo utilicé mi storage por 15 días, lo dejé tal y como lo encontré, y semanas después recibo una llamada donde me dicen que tengo una mora por continuar el uso del mismo, expliqué que yo no lo estaba usando, que solo lo usé por 15 días y me llevé todas mis pertenencias, que estaban equivocados, me dicen que el storage está cerrado con candado y que es mi responsabilidad, les repito que no puede ser porque ya me había retirado semanas atrás, que verifiquen en sus camaras de seguridad, les describí incluso la persona que estaba en la oficina y que me atendió, y aún así siguieron insistiendo en que yo lo seguía ocupando, este problema se extendió por meses tanto así que yo renté en marzo y estamos en septiembre y hace unos días recibí otra llamada cobrándome por todo éste tiempo, así que aparte de la molestia que me han causado, pues me he sentido acosada por ésta gente que trabaja en el lugar, quiénes me han dicho que se va a resolver el problema y semanas después volvían a llamarme por lo mismo, cuando el problema lo tienen ellos entre ellos mismos y por sus errores me han causado un problema a mi persona así que decepcionada, molesta y acosada es poco para lo que podría decir de ésta empresa y principalmente les diría que tienen un gran problema de registro ente quienes rentan y quienes se fueron del lugar. espero realmente que éste problema haya quedado resuelto tras tanto tiempo!Lucy M. | Overall Experience
