Prefer to have received the Uhaul with a full tank of gas (rather than the quarter tank I received) because then I don't have to worry about filling-up until the very end and I don't have to guess how much gas until it's at a quarter tank (if I need to return it with a full tank, it's easier). Instead, I ended up going over a full tank and Uhaul got free gas on my dime. Also, they didn't have the dolly I reserved. It was nice that they offered my the appliance dolly at the same rate, but that dolly is overkill (which is why I didn't want it in the first place for our needs) and just ended up getting in the way. Also, the driver side rear mirror was kind of loose and would sometimes move on rough road / train tracks. Then, on the opposite hand, the passenger side rear mirror was really stiff and hard to adjust. Everyone who worked there was very helpful though which compensated for the other faults hence the average rating.ANDREW C.

staff was not very helpful or friendly. I waited for 15mins in the lobby for someone to help discharge my rental truck. I had to ask the janitor to call someone to help me. Also I had to ask 3 times with 3 different people on how to properly hitch my car to the tow dolly to ensure that it was properly and safely placed on the dolly. I did the "U-Haul Truck Share 24/7". That process took a long to complete and it wasn't streamlined as I still had to get inside the office get the keys. It probably would have been way much faster to just walked in the office.Aaron Jim E.

First of all check your odometer if it's calibrate, I only travel about 10 miles round trip and was charged 64 miles.. I google map the address from and to only 9.2 miles round tripâ€¦ other fuel was rented out almost empty enough gas to get to my pick up destination Rowland Hts., loaded truck and head to the nearest gasoline station, come to fine out the gas nozzle has blockage unable to put gas, called road side assistance and wasted couple hours of my time.. just for me purchase a 3 gallon gas container to fill up the truckâ€¦ to get to my drop off point and back to the rental place at city of industry.. manager stated aware of the issue and fix the issue, Iet me tell you it's not fixâ€¦supposedly make multiple trip end up doing single trip due to luck of time being wastedâ€¦Virgilio C.

I reserved a unit so I could change to a larger unit from 1466 to 1612. When I arrived everyone was friendly and helpful but the new unit I had paid for was still occupied. I was told there was a delay in the previous occupant moving out and asked the staff to contact me when the unit was available. No one called to notify me but instead I received a call that I had left my existing unit unlocked at this time I asked about the new unit and was told it was empty.
