I turned in the key the morning it was due. Somehow they didn’t register it back in and I got a call later while at a big family event. They asked where the UHaul was. They should be well aware of their own mistakes and send an apology for poor service. Upon calling the next day they still couldn’t tell me whether they had it or not. I will likely not use uhaul again especially not this location. A hassle and an easily rectifiable situation.

The lights on the trailer were not working the whole time and the lift cable for the door on the trailer was hanging down on the inside making it difficult to lift the the door and when closing it the cable and the holder kept getting in the way and the door would not close without wedging it in between the frame . First time I have ever had problems like this . Will need to rent a trailer at the end on the month hopefully , I won’t get the same one

The young man helping us (Thane) was excellent. Sunday morning was so busy,the line was long, customers were rude. Thane was the only one working and was extremely polite. More help needed!

I did the pick up on Ohio street. I questioned the fact the trailer when empty was at a level when it should be full I had a hitch with 5.5 inch drop. I asked if this was correct and the person took a picture and said it was. I left and loaded the trailer. Once fully loaded the clearance was less that 3 inches. Your trailers don't have jacks on them so I could not raise the trailer and put a different hitch on the truck. I drove from Appleton to Oshkosh but stopped at the Koehler Street location since it was closer and Oshkosh roads are not the best. My Hero was Tonya! It was Friday last day of the month and very busy there, 3 ahead of me but I was on my way to Tennessee. She could not help immediately since there were others ahead of me. I tried calling the Ohio Street location and was on hold for over 20 minutes and finally got a call center person who could not help. She said she would send Ohio Street a message and they would call me. They never did. Tonya finally got to me and she did not have a jack but did have a fork lift. She raised the trailer tongue and I replace the hitch with one she suggested. I made it to Tennessee with no issues but I know it would have been a problem if it was not for the change. My trip from Appleton to Oshkosh I bottomed out on my driveway, one railroad track and a couple times on the road bumps. If it was not for Tonya I know I would not have made it to Tennessee and if I did there would have been damage to either the truck, new I just bought in April, or the trailer. You need more employees like Tonya and on Friday nights last one of the month you need more help at your stores.

When I first got there the trailer would not fit my hitch. The uhaul employee had asked my if it was a 2" hitch. It clearly stated on my ball that it was a 2" hitch. It works perfect with my camper. After trying for 10 minutes she decided to try a different trailer and it worked on the first try. That was a trailer issue. Trailer made a squealing noise when towed. I had my window open and that was all I could hear. I was also charged a $20 convince fee. The fee as for the employees to confirm that I had dropped off the trailer at the right location. In order to do that I had to use my cell phone to give my location to confirm that I was there. I dropped it off early and had to work early in the morning. I was not going to go back just to confirm that it was dropped off. After my experience I would have to recommend not to use uhaul.

The container didn't arrive on time, I called prior to and also the expected days of arrival we were told it hand't arrived yet... After the late arrival I'm informed the crate is available, 2 employees had no idea how to read the unit identifier or find the crate until a manager arrived. Upon completion one of the uhual employees asked if we'd removed all items, we said yes and he proceeded to close out the facility where the crate was stored. I later receive a msg that we were charged storage where it was indicated the crate arrived on-time and was stored, when in fact we were informed days after the expected arrival that created problems for moving into an apartment. If the crate did arrive on-time, Uhaul failed to correctly notify us at all, never once calling to inform it was available, all calls were made to Uhaul asking if it had arrived until we received a yes, it has arrived. It my experience that no-one is properly trained or simply not following the processes to successfully rent these mobile units and especially if you're move is time sensitive as our delivery date was of no concern to any uhaul employees. After multiple calls and emails for discount of missed delivery and removal of a fee for, storage due to being noted as late pickup I'm completely dissatisfied with my choice in using Uhaul services.

Ensure that the original pick-up location is followed through with. I originally got a call saying that my reserved trailer was no longer available. This caused great stress until the issue was finally resolved.

Was charged safe Hall which I did not want $28 never got blankets Furniture blankets that I ordered never got them was charged so all-in-all they overcharged me $33 now they're not giving my money back not a very good experience

Undoubtedly the worst experience I've ever had with a company. Appointments cancelled multiple times, the store never called to inform us, I had to call at the end of 3 separate days to find out what was going on with my vehicle. The GM either needs to learn how to communicate with customers or train her staff to. I will never go back to this location.

Have more service members on saturday mornings. We were at two of your locations that morning and each only had one service member and it is a long wait to be checked out if you wait behind two groups waiting to check out their equipment.

It was very busy with a constant stream of customers. Even though she was working alone Crystal stayed very positive & polite. She kept the line moving as she had to check people in & bring them to the vehicle. I've worked with her in the past & she's always great to work with.

it took a very long time to get my swipe card to work and i had to ask the employees to help find my storage unit and how to get into the building. very nice but not very helpful.

The new indoor storage facility is very clean and well lit. It has an easy check in/out process and a serious alarm goes off if you forget to check in.

I found the indoor storage to be a great option. I chose the 10' x 15' room & found the rate very reasonable. Some people had complained about humidity, so I hung 3 Damp-Rid hangers & no problems.

While unrelated to Storage, the after hour smart phone truck drop application is useless for customers (seniors) what are less skilled with a smart phone app that requires taking pictures, etc.
