Deal with one customer at a time and not be on the phone with another, thats rude.. The 20 foot truck I rented had nothing but problems stalling while driving.. electrical issues lights flickering airbag light and service light kept coming on. The only thing I had trouble with was the managers above that workers at the store they messed up my reservation and I had to call the head office to get your traffic or whatever it is to release the truck to me and it wasn't even the same truck I needed and then I was overcharged because you guys gave me a smaller truck then what I asked for that I reserved and gave me a hassle when I sat in the room for 2 hours waiting for the people there Olivia and Jacob they were having a conversation over and over again with the people from the traffic line to get me into this truck that was smaller than I asked for and then I got overcharged for it so I don't know what to say about the managers over the the workers in the store but the workers were wonderful the management of the ones a little messed up thank you have a good dayVera P.
First they changed my reservation from a 24/7 truck share, then they changed a two day contract to a one day and didn't tell me, and lastly, they changed the van type to a smaller van. I think any company that uses operators with customers should have those operators trained by U-Haul! I am 67 years old and I don't think I've ever dealt with a company as professional as courteous as U-Haul. They bent over backwards to meet my needs very professional. Trailer had a cigarette in it and wasn't swept out. It was t in the best condition but they arebused a lot. It did the job and that is what I needed. The location is in a bad area. The young man that helped us on 9/12/2021 at 3 pm was SO sweet and SO helpful. Very knowledgeable about the business and equipment. Both the young woman and older man that helped us return the equipment Monday, 9/13/2021 at 1:00 pm were very courteous and helped us get the trailer turned in quickly and efficiently. They too were very knowledgeable about the equipment and business. All the employees at this location ctyally seemed proud to work for Uhaul. We have rented many, many Uhaul trucks and trailers, but this location and the employees were the best ever! This will be our new go to location for truck/trailer rentals in the future.John L.

U-Haul should wash all vehicles between rentals, just as they do for rental cars (i.e., at rental car agencies). In a metropolitan area with very high traffic volumes like Seattle-Bellevue-Tacoma, clean windows. both inside and out, are a key to safe driving. You charge top dollar for your moving vehicles, like trucks and cargo vans...but they are always filthy!DARIN S.
