The guy working was phenomenal and super nice! However I do not know how to back in a trailer and it would have been very beneficial if training was provided to uhaul personnel on how to do so. I had to call my husband to drive 25 minutes to do so. Where trailer had to be dropped was a 1 way street that had to be backed down from the main road. WHEW!

Make sure your customers service representatives knows everything about the U-Haul trucks she was very unprofessional she didn’t move the truck like other U-Haul facilities does she just takes your money and point out which truck to get which that was the wrong truck only to find that information out the next day truck wasn’t checked in correctly tried charging me for miles 300+ miles I didn’t even go get it together at this U-Haul location will not use this location ever again customer service very poor she’s too smart mouthed

Make sure to look at the gas hand before just marking how much is in the Uhaul.I was done like that she marked the gas amount before checking it first.I was told it was 1/4 but it wasn't it was 1/8 of tank of gas.But I put it on a 1/4 a tank when returning cause the young lady that checked me in was off and gone and a different worker was there.Heads up make sure they go check the gas first before marking how much is truly in the truck.I will recommend this Uhaul to anybody good customer service.

Manager Shequeria Hill was very knowledgeable about the company's equipment and the process of the rental of the U-Haul I do not see where an improvement was needed she was very professional with making sure the process of renting the U-Haul and dropping it off one way explain the insurance coverage she helped make the process real smooth.

I dont like the fact that i was overcharged and they told me i had 7 days to pay that balance but before th 7 days were up something was added on there. I Never had to pay $100 dolars to move. Also, i put extra gas in the truck.

I would recommend anyone in my area to use this U-Haul location everything was clean and neat I didn’t have to wait long to get my rental and also the manager was very helpful she let me use furniture dolly and it wasn’t included in my package and it was very helpful with my moving....if I could give this location 20 stars I would and I will most definitely be using them again!!

I will never use this company again. I rented a truck that just so happened to be parked too close to a concrete barrier that wasn’t noticeable while sitting in the truck, as soon as I put it in drive and start to drive off all of a sudden I hear a loud noise and the truck rocked on the passenger side front, so I stop and got out because I thought the wheel may have fell off or something of that nature but come to find out it was a small concrete pillar laying under the front bumper, of course it did minor damage like cracked the bumper and left scuff marks, although I did not get the $14 insurance I still felt like I wasn’t responsible for the damages because the truck should have been placed where there was a clear runway for me to drive off with nothing unnoticeable blocking the area, the manager and president stated that I should have seen the object going to the truck but you can’t always expect the customer to inspect the truck, that’s not our job, we’re supposed to be ready to get in and drive off, there’s no way anyone should damage a truck on the property, this was negligence on the company and of course they won’t own up to being the responsible party, this is bad business and horrible customer service, their definitely not into making sure the customer is happy they’d rather have an upset customer and lose business than make amends. I’m not the type to try to get out of paying for something that’s my fault but I only drove a few feet and didn’t even leave the property, and there’s no way I could have seen the object sitting in that high truck unless it was far enough in my view, so that’s how close it was to the truck. Yet they still charged me for the damages after I pleaded my case over and over, they even offer a 20% claim settlement because they know they were at fault. I just hope no one else has to go through this kind of experience.

Uhaul by airport location in Shreveport la needs to get it together, made reservations day before to be there at 7am and location was not open at 730am when I left to other location farther downtown and also drop off location is horrible to turn around in no space and dangerous

Just a little bit confusing on line about your address. It said Uhaul by Airport Park well that off Monkhouse Dr in reality this Usual is of Pine Rd on Financial Plaza Dr.

Thankfully we paid for insurance but there is going to be a damage said from us when the damage was already there from pickup. It would be nice if there was a way to upload damage photos before and after rental.

Everythi g was fine until I got a call telling me I was charged for 2 days instead of one. I only used it one day but the woman I talked to was telling me that the amount would have to be taken out of my account and put back in for the right amount. It was very confusing. Well come to find out the amount I paid was right but by this time $107.46 had been removed from my account. $53.73 removed twice and I guess she tried to put it back but by that time my bank got suspicious and temporarily shut down my account. And not only that i have to wait almost a week to get the money back that Uhaul took. All of this is very very inconvenient. None of the is my fault but I'm the one having to suffer. Very upset and disappointed.
