The unit did have a small leak. We didn't realize it until we started trying to get to some of our stuff. We dried most of it off & put it in different boxes or just brought it home. One item that got damaged but, that we can't really put a price on, is a computer "shipping container/box". So, we just let the facility know so that ithe unit can get repaired. The Manager was very kind, professional, friendly & knowledgeable. Thank you!

Everytime I've I have rented from my uhaul the truck has been clean, in great shape, and basically perfect! The staff is very nice and very helpful!

My visit started kinda ruff they didn’t have the truck I made the reservation for!!!! But here came s shining star I forgot her last name but I now her first!I was lady name Kym she was excellent she is what customer service is all about! I would have probably left and hired a moving company!!Please do something nice for this young lady again Hernanes was Kym in Shorter Rome!!!! Thank you Ernie Surrett

Dolly was an older model and built differently then instructional video. Couldn't figure out how to lower ramp. Had to call roadside. Service provider got out of bed and drove over an hour to help. I felt pretty stupid but he or roadside werent sure either. But we quickly figured it out. He even helped me load it. Thanks!

I turned the truck in a day early but it was after hours and I was charged $20 after hours charge. The manager told me I should have read my contract carefully. If I turned the truck in on the last day after hours I would understand an extra charge if it were after hours. I am 78 and we have been renting U haul most of my life. I was very dissapointed.

First of all I set up for a UHAUL truck to be picked up on Sunday in Cedartown, GA and when I arrived there was no truck or info even though I had my confirmation number. The lady at Cedartown was really rude and could have cared less. The RUDE lady at Rustys in Cedartown states they did not even have a truck for that day and it was corporates problem if it said they had one on line. The website states I was to receive $50.00 if this were to happen. Called customer services and the lady stated I did not give appropriate time to allow for them to obtain equipment therefore I would not be receiving the $50.00. No where on the website does it state having a time frame for obtaining trucks. It says they have one available or not. This is where on the online scheduling is a down fall for UHAUL. When questioned what the stipulations were for receiving the $50.00 she did not even know the rules. She placed me on hold to find out and came back to phone still with no clue on who or what qualifies for the $50.00. Finally got a truck in another town and when we returned it was checked in through the app. No clue why UHAUL is performing online services when they get them totally wrong. I was charged the $20.00 fee for return the next day and we actually did what we were suppose to for avoiding this fee. Now I am out $70.00 ($50.00 for uhaul mistake $20.00 for next day fee). I am very disappointed in customer services and everyone I spoke with had an attitude and rude. These representatives had no clue what specials and or offers the company they work for offer. They just pass on the issue to someone else that then puts you on hold and then dishes you off to someone else. I called to question my bill and since my brother drove and we both were there when we picked it up she needed verbal consent from him for them to talk to me. This is not HIPPA land. I asked a question on why they billed MY credit card. I have used UHAUL in the past for moving and have had no issues. I would never recommend ROME, GA and or Rustys in CEDARTOWN GA. Customer services representatives need to take courses on being prepared on the services they provide and know how to answer the questions besides saying I don't know its not my department. Very disappointed in care that was received. The truck needs an alignment as we felt as if the wheels were going to fall off when you are up with speed as its shakes like an earthquake on the Richter scale.

Customer service during pick-up was great. However, the associate who was there at drop-off was overly sarcastic and slightly rude. She was the only one working and there were several individuals returning equipment while she was trying to call other stores about a truck rental. I realize she was probably irritated and overwhelmed, but as soon as she ended her work with the guest who needed the truck, she just announced that if you were returning and didn’t need anything you could just leave. That was after most of us had been waiting around 10-15 minutes.

The drop off location was fine when I finally found one. My agreement had me trying to to drop off at a place that no longer exists. This part was very frustrating. Please update your records.

Looks like they could use more than 1 person at this location. Had to go out back to find him. He was doing his job and moving trucks. No problem really but on a Saturday morning you would think they would have more help. Otherwise I use them again.

This location is extremely understaffed . Spent over an hour at this location while the only attendant onsite was helping 3 customers in front of me.. upon returning to an empty store waited 15 minutes for the gentleman to check me In because he said he didnt see me pull up to the return dock. This Location definitely needs 2 people in service at all times. Seems like everytime I rent something or fill a tank here i have to wait for extended period of time...

I was charged $20 when I turned the truck back in for it being after hours, I was never told about that. I was told I would be reimbursed for any miles that were not used of the 50, that didn’t happen and I was charged extra for the 22 miles I did use!!!!!!! Not happy at all with u haul and would never recommend them to anyone

Utility Dolly and furniture pads weren't gonna be to us. Uhaul rep suggested that we come back out to pick them up but the movers were already loading the truck so we had no way to get back to uhaul. By the time the man brought the pads it was too late.

I ordered a pick up truck and a former rental did not return theirs on time. They gave me a van (not a box truck) I couldn’t get everything in to just make one trip. Luckily I did go over in mileage I had planned for.

Need more than one person at the desk at 9 o’clock in the morning on a Saturday. I was pre-booked and pre-paid, but had to wait behind four other people. I was still asked to provide drivers license even though I had submitted pictures ahead of time.

The wait time is extremely long. Several times when I had went in, I stood at the cashier waiting on an attendant for as long as 15 minutes, without seeing anyone because they were in the back. They knew I was there however due to cameras and a door bell that sounded when someone opened the door. Secondly, the owner doesn’t have a very good sense of urgency or customer services skills. I was forced to purchase a uhaul brand hitch after he said that mine wasn’t low enough after he measured it according to where the hitch touched his leg. I explained that I had new shocks on the vehicle that hadn’t properly settled yet and I have towed many trailers with this ball. He then replied well you won’t be towing this trailer today, unless you get a new ball. Backstory- I had just been laid off from my job the day before and really didn’t have an extra $30 to spend but I did so anyway. Thing is, I have rented from this location since 2002 and never have they been this slow or this unfriendly and forced you to buy, under threat of not renting you the equipment, extra stuff. I am severely disappointed and frustrated with this location and will warn everyone I know to beware of this location.

Since we picked it up after hours, we used our smart phone to get the truck key and get approved. Once I figured out how to enable location services on my browser, it was very easy. Returning was a snap since there was someone there waiting for us. This was our first time renting a truck, and I would highly recommend this U-Haul location.

they were very flexible to work with my daughter, a disfunctionable, Bi-polar, ADHD, person who kept the truck two extra days. I had to extend the contract daily. $5/gallon is a little high for the gas charge when it costs half that much at the pump. I guess that she was out of money.
