The partner service that U-Haul provided for us, the movers never showed up. When we tried to discuss this to get a refund for the trailer multiple employees at U-Haul was rude, unempathetic, and dismissive. The manager was also not helpful. We are extremely unimpressed and will not be coming back to this location.

Lori R.Make sure trucks are in working condition. Truck Jh-3530k had a lot of issues. Most concerning was the speedometer was off by about 20 mph. There were also issues with brakes, air conditioner, interior, ride, dripping fluid, and more. That truck should be taken out of service.
Ben H.2 helpers assisted with move and they were great, being efficient and hardworking. They also shuttled me in a very helpful way, so I could get truck and my car to same location, when needed. Overall rating is excellent
DENNIS V.Convenient location close to home and with a verity of equipment. Only complaint is that the payment is confusing. At pickup, I was told I pay one amount, have said amount on pending in my account, then at drop off, I'm told I pay a different amount. Wish they didn't hold the first amount in which it turns out in not the finial amount. Best to pay for the full amount at drop off.

Richard T.We had a problem with our reservation being changed and we were not notified. The gal at the Highlands Ranch location didn't seem to care that I was upset about the change and that it made our night difficult. The staff at the Santa Fe location was very sympathetic to my frustration. They took good care of us.
Steph D.The rental process is flawed. I went in person to a u haul closer to my house. I reserved the trailer to pickup at that location. The morning before I called and confirmed I would pick it up at the location I went to in PERSON. Later that day, I received an email with a different pickup location. I called the first location only to have the telephone answered by some regional person. She was nice but no help. She claimed I had received a voicemail from U Haul and I did not. When I went to pick up the trailer, it had a broken wire on the harness. The gentleman fixed it but it caused me a 30 minute delay. He was very nice. The people were nice. The U Haul rental process was not. I should not have had to go to a different location to pickup the trailer.

Kyle B.Since it was April 30th, the computers were extremely slow. It took over 20 minutes to check in and pay (3 times to run credit card due to computer). The customer behind me got tired of waiting and left. The employees apologized several times. All five computers were tried and were slow. U haul needs more servers to handle the increased business at the end of the month.

Mike B.I have been using U-haul years this property is fantastic really the team they have seen in my eyes to work well together the grounds are always clean, well stocked, and if the person who is helping you can't answer your question they are up front and get the one who can. I have never had any problems with the security like storage break ins or renting a truck and leaving my car on the lot for over night. All I can say is fun,have what I need, safe,and professional. Sorry for the book

Cheryl B.You caused me an extra $500 of expenses because you were not prepared and did not have the truck I ordered, didn't have the towing equipment, and you LOCKED MY U-BOX AND LOST THE KEY and blamed it on me, even though the lock said U-HAUL on it. I am NEVER using U-Haul again, and will do everything in my power to prevent my business, friends and family from EVER using your service again.

yasmin B.I rent your 26' truck often. I will say your guide to gas mileage and how much to fill the tank upon return is total BS. You state that the truck averages 10mpg. And the chart you gave indicated that I should put in 8 gallons of gas to get the tank to the proper level to return. I drove 66 miles, and I am a calm driver trying to save gas, and it took me 11 gallons to get the gas gage back to the proper level. that's about 6 miles per gallon. which is fine..whatever..but it's not in your parameters you give and the fuel tank estimates are wrong.
Steven L.Not location specific: My trailer reservation was changed at multiple times: Pickup location (twice). Sized changed from 5x8 to 6x12 Time changed from 10 am to 1:30 pm. I was told this was due to availability. When I went to pickup the trailer and saw a 5x8 on the lot. When I asked if I could have the 5x8 I was told is was saved for local moves and not out of state as I needed. After paying while waiting for the clerk helping me, someone else (without a reservation I think...I'm not sure) got the 5x8 for a move out of state.

The full details of my concern are detailed there. I've used U-haul many times with excellent customer service, so this encounter at store 21 was unusual and shocking. The woman I saw first was seriously unhelpful, stating blatantly false information, refusing to help me, and sending me to another location in error. I was in a second time an hour later and spoke to the manager Mark who refused to even acknowledge his employee's obvious misstep or the impact on me - or apologize in any way. He actually threatened to turn me away if I didn't drop the discussion about how his employee completely misinformed and misdirected me in the first conversation. His behavior was aggressive, inappropriate, and starkly unprofessional. I have obvious mobility issues and he mocked me. I don't know why this fellow is working with the public, let alone serving in a leadership role.
