My booking was to be returned after hours. I was not told how to drop the keys off after hours. Previously I'd rented a van at 8am for a few hours, nowhere near closing time, and was even instructed how to. There is no signage to indicate where to return the keys after hours. There was even a sign that stated NO KEYS KEPT INSIDE AFTER CLOSING. Huh? Eventually I found where to leave the keys only AFTER SEARCHING GOOGLE MAPS REVIEWS. Otherwise it was lovely. Just took 20 minutes in the dark to sort out how to return the van. Not how I wanted to spend my Tuesday night.BENJAMINP L.

Many parts of my reservation were changed without adequate notification. Truck we reserved not available and then the first alternative the man took us to had a flat tire and the second one wouldn't start. It took over two hours to get a truck after our intital reservation. That costs us time and money with having movers at the ready and having to pay them to stand around for 2 hours. I haven't had too many bad experiences with Uhaul but this was great.JOHN L.

Local staff try but your corporate process is a disaster. Scheduling a one way was a disaster. Rules at local about parking and flexibility around pick up not user friendly. They wanted to have me park truck on the street overnight but after I became difficult they relented. Also not helpful with leaving my vehicle in their lot. Very difficult process.MICHAEL L.

My reservation was for a 15ft truck and confirmed at the location. When I arrived I was told my reservation was at a different location even though all the documents showed the location I went to pick up the truck. Whats the point of confirming and checking in if the site doesn't have what was ordered? I have to abide by your contract, but it's okay for you to make changes without notifying the customer. Extremely frustrating that I had to settle for a smaller truck, make more trips and spent more on mileage.Deron K.
Trailer was not properly hooked up. As soon as I pulled away the trailer bounced off the hitch. I've hauled trailers frequently for 15 years, uhaul doesn't want the customer to hookup the trailer but it's staff fails to do it properly??? Please MAKE SURE DO NOT CHARGE CUSTOMER TWICE. I reserved and paid online and got charged $98.00. Then when I picked up the equipement â€œtrollyâ€ at Littleton in Santa Fe (Denver) They ran my card and charged $120.00. So the next day, today in ky bank statement I was charged twice &99.+$120.00. I called and spoke to Mr. Cash, Uhaul Littleton Employee and said that wait for 3 days and my money will be deposited back into my account. 1.why do you guys double charge the customers? Why can't you just charge a deposit if needed and tell the customer up front instead of doing this? Now I have to wait 3 days before I get my money back? How about if I need the money for emergency? I don't understand your business. Also, maybe you can consider MILITARY DISCOUNTS. I know you will not call or email because you don't care. This was a disaster. It seemed to take a long time for anyone to acknowledge me when I was waiting in the designated area, following the instructions of staying in my rental. I locked my keys into my car. Not only did uhaul not have a spare key on site; but made me wait five to six hours for a round side assistance. Charged me more than the original amount. Asked for a dolly never got one. I had to move by myself so having the lack of help and serious issues with your call center made me never want to use a uhaul again.GREGORY H.

The Staff at this location were fantastic. The online "RideShare" was an absolute waste of time. Thought doing everything in advance would save the trip inside, but No! The location is convenient, and certainly the staff are MUCH more friendly than another U-Haul location that I've used this year. However, there are so few staff at this location - the wait time is HORRIBLE!!!! I waited 40 minutes in line to pick-up the equipment and nearly 30-minutes waiting for help when I returned it.Paul K.
