And used extension cord to plug up fans and sat there sometimes but was not living there!! So I just left!!

When I arrived, I realized it would not work for what I needed to store. The team member at that site reached out to this location and worked on getting everything transferred over while I headed to the new location. Time was of the essence as I had a large toolbox, loaded up on a tow truck, and had to pay for time in transit. Once I arrived, she was so friendly and informative. She had everything ready so all we had to do was pull in and unload. Her friendliness and patience were greatly appreciated during a stressful time!

The location opened late, and didn't open until 9:45 (my reservation was for 9 am, and we had to wait outside for the location to open). I lost almost an hour of my reservation and my service window with the movers. The location was very chaotic and disorganized. I would not use again.

The seat is completely smashed over to the side so that the seat is slightly tilted, and the cushioning on the left-hand side is almost nonexistent. It should not have been rented to me. I was in a position where I didn't have the ability to refuse the truck. I was not pleased.

Manuel T.I would say that you should have a bigger parking lot for your vehicles. I didn't have trouble parking a fifteen foot truck but Simone else could. Also the check in procedure needs to be made more simple. All the checks and balances need to be already have been made before someone goes to pick up an asset. Customer service was amazing though and made me want to work for the company.
RAMON C.More parking available. It was tight due to other drop offs. There were only 4-5 spots and three were filled with instructions not to block exits/entrances etc. kinda hard with a large vehicle?

KRISTA J.Make sure the truck is available when it is scheduled or at least call ahead when you know it will be available later than the agreed time. Also if it is available later than the agreed upon time make sure you have the dollys that were also reserved for that. They literally gave my dollys to the truck that picked up right before me which was again, later than my agreed upon time and in doing so had no dollys for me. So I had to do the entire move without the dollys because the only recommendation I was given is I can drive their uhaul (at my expense) to another location to purchase a dolly because none at said location were available for rent. Miserable time, the only star that is given, is the truck was clean.

Nowhere in the online system did it mention this, nor did it stop me from completing the online check-in process. Had to rent a larger truck, resulting in a higher mileage charge.

Then you guys are still charging me and after I requested a move out and still being charged! Uhual is a joke!

I had to call around until I found someone at an alternate location to come and open the store. My move was delayed an hour due to this lack of professionalism and communication. I will never rent from this location again.
Peter R.My fuel gauge was 3/8 full at time of checking out, and when I returned it just a little over 3/8 full but was charged a $90 fee for fuel replacement. I need to be refunded for this but haven't heard from anyone.

I was there for many years without a problem. Kathy was very helpful when my gate card quit working. In fact, it worked out better! Instead of replacing the card, I got a code to punch. Much more convenient. I do miss North Richland Hills.

saher k. | Overall ExperienceI was very disappointed and sicken to my stomach, the truck inside and cab was dirty and nasty, dog hair everywhere, handle fir window was missing, looks like the inside has not been wiped down in months. I had no other choice because I couldn't get another truck until 5 p.m and I needed one before noon.
NICOLE P.I found several decapitated raccoon heads in my belongings, as well as what appeared to be a pentagram or some sort of pagan symbol drawn in that same raccoon blood. Very disturbing. I would use the UHaul in the future however.

All staff is friendly and courteous. When it's time for storage again this U-Haul storage will be the first place I check. Thanks

Given the location of this facility to all the new construction happening around the rail line in North Richland Hills; this place very easily could have had a rodent and pest problem, but it doesn't. I left my stuff in their care for over a year without ever checking on it; everything was safe, secure, and unharmed.
