Check in was fast and efficient by the desk agent. Return of truck however was difficult due to key fob would not fit in return key slot.

The check out was not good. I arrived three hours late and was told that the trailer I had reserved had been given away. I was told about some green light, yellow light, red light thing but basically I was out of luck. I left the location mad but before I could get pulled out of the parking lot I was stopped and told that they had one after all. There was no mention of being there on time or I risked losing the rental while I was making the reservation. At least as far as I remember. If it is policy to give away reserved equipment based on a late pick up I’d suggest that you inform customers verbally. It may already be in writing on some paperwork but it is very important to people to get what they need especially when moving. The check in went well. It was quick and easy. I don’t blame the people who are working there as they were just doing their job. I literally work a half block away. I was planning on picking it up at lunch but I was too busy to leave work. Knowing that it was reserved I didn’t worry about it. Thanks.

The guys were out there at my truck before even got out . they had it swept got my keys checked everything sent me on my Way . very seamless thank you

The trailer was not swept out, but the dirt wasn't excessive. I just swept it out myself before loading.

Improve the speed of the computers or test your system up grades before release. The system was very slow and wouldn’t pull up all my information. Agent was very nice, even though there were these computer glitches.

After speaking to U-Haul roadside assistance about problems with this rental I was told to take the equipment to best location because it had a shop that could service the problem. When I arrived the presentative proceeded to disagree with me and tell me I had to take it back to where I had rented it from. After phone call to someone who I'm guessing was a dispatcher or manager they were able to check in the equipment. I explained to the representative about the fees for the rental and that I only should have been charged for one day. representative failed to pay attention to what I was saying and while I was outside with the second rep unhooking the equipment, she proceeded to close out the contract and I would charge for two full days of rental. when I called this to her attention she said there is nothing that I can do about it..... Very unprofessional total lack of attention to detail and a generally overall terrible experience with U-Haul.

I left 3 lights in the truck front seat and called back to see if they were found. The staff said they always clean the trucks out before the leave the yard and no lights were found. So, someone has the lights as the staff said no lights were found. My bad for leaving them in the truck.

Went to pick up truck and location didn't have it. Had to drive across town to different location which cost me more milage. Called to extend my truck for another day, was supposed to get a call back but didn't and got charged a late fee. Very unprofessional and cost me money

Reserved vehicle was not available at the location it was originally reserved at and had to go to a further location. Due to this it required going further miles in the rented vehicle than was originally planned. Also, because of the time spent going to a new location, I needed to have the van back for the next reservation so I only had an hour and half to use the van instead of the reserved two hours which necessitated a rush to get furniture items moved in the van.

My problem is with the actual final cost vs the quoted price on the internet. I had a lower quote but the final price was over $100.00 higher- “ show me the quote to get the lower price” is a bad way to do business. Upon returning the truck I was again charged with a $20.00 for blankets not folded. That is ridiculous because they will be re-bundled later - which means the UHaul staff will have to repackage them. Just a really petty thing to do.

Haven't used Uhaul in several years. They've made it very easy. Website, and equipment pickup worked seemlessly. Truck had killer a/c btw.

HORRENDOUS! I made my reservation for a 26ft truck and storage unit on 9/15/18 and when I arrived for it on my move day 9/26/18 neither one were available. Absolute worst UHaul experience! -Sharon
