Terry KellyThe lady at the u-haul location was extremely unprofessional in the transaction. Showing distress in the transaction due to it being at 1650 and then closing at 1700. By far the worst experience I’ve had with customer service. If there were negative numbers I would put them. She did the basics of doing the transaction. But also made me feel unwelcome and I would go out of my way to never do business with that location again

Michael RomaniwI rent a u-haul trailer two/three times a year from Plaza. Plaza u-haul is always open, always has an assortment of trailers at reasonable price. Never a hassle to check out (has a dedicated lady who is very nice, professional and understands your time constraints when filling out the paperwork and a second person who walks you to your trailer, hooks up your trailer to your vehicle) and ditto for returning your rental (has a gentleman who's only job is to check you in, very affable fellow who understands your time contraints). Great business model, kudos.
bruce biddleWhen I told the attendant I only got 6 blankets instead of 12 and that I had to borrow blankets to move he said: "yeah, they're bad like that". Didn't offer to take the charge off.

Everything, tires and ramp, workrd with no problems. I surveyed the equipment and the attendent answered all questions. Job complete with no problems.

joe handleyPeople were friendly and equipment was great. Initially the cost was supposed to be a little over $180, however when I showed up to pick up and pay for the trailer, had to pay an additional $50 because of hidden fees.
Jerry WatkinsThe biggest problem we have is not being able to rent five vans for election day from one location. By having to rent from four locations really puts a hardships on the drivers who have just work a 16 hour day and have to return vans back to those locations. If some consideration could be given to this situation, it would be greatly appreciated - Thanks!!

JOHNSCOTT MALONEI was not very satisfied with the actual truck. It did not have power windows or cruise control and it did not have USB outlet for my cell phone. It was an older truck, and it made my 6 hour drive miserable! However, the people at this location are some of the best I have encountered.

Robert BeasleyIt was horrible customer service and I am highly disappointed in the treatment I was provided. I was charged an excessive amount of money for something I did not do. My card was on file so there wasn't anything I could do about being unfairly charged. I asked for proof several times and was ignored. I will never recommend U-Haul to anyone as now I see this service as a scam.

James PaschI returned a trailer. Instead of dropping the trailer at equipment return was told I needed to take it back from where I picked up the trailer and drop it. I had mulch debris left in back of trailer asked if I could sweep out. Told no. I’d be charged $50 I’ve rented numerous trucks and trailers from UHaul. Hands down worst experience

Anthony GalotifioreI used the vehicle for a total of 11.6 miles yet was charged for a gallon and a half of gas. All the clerk had to do was check the milegage and see there is no possible way to burn that much gas in that short of mileage. There is a buget rental shop 100 yards away from this location, I will probably be using them in the future.

JAMESALLEN FITZGERALDI found the service attendant to be courteous and friendly, however he did record the fuel gage accurately and charged me for three gallons of fuel for a 12-mile trip. When I showed him the gas receipt that showed I put 2.5 gallons in the tank, he stated I should have used the app to document any errors and was not willing to refund my gas charge. He eventually he refunded the charge for fuel after I showed him the gas receipt and a picture of the fuel gauge when I left. Also, when I returned the vehicle after hours and tried to use the app, it did not work. I had to call customer service. There was no parking spaces available for customers vehicles so I was forced to park in a handicap space. They only had three parking spaces and two of them are handicap. Service attendants cars were parked in these spaces. That is not good.

William ESKRIDGEThe lady at the desk insisted I give her a cell number. I told her that I wanted to be contacted by email. She then said she need it in case she needed to contact me on the road. I find that odd. I also noticed that the auto transport trailer had loose lug nuts and asked if they could tighten them and they said that they didn’t have anybody to do that. So I used my own tire wrench to tighten the loose lug nuts. I feel that this experience was not professional. And if I had not tightened the lug nuts the trailer tire could come off. Ralph SchackWhile I was driving the truck back, the dolly came out from its place due to the sharp right turn. I was charged $7 and accused by the local employee as a liar. Note that I asked the local employee to remove the dolly before I got into the truck, but he refused to do that. Would this be a scam approach to collect more money? If so this is not appropriate for such a huge and reputable company! Please remove extra blankets and dollies from the trucks so that this will not happen again.

Ininderstand he is writing up a new rental estimate but there were 5 guys in line waiting to drop off, one buying propane. He could have dispatched 4 of us to the lot where 2 employees were checking in vehicles.

SERGEY ZHITARLocation only had one employee so there was a wait between customers, using my mobile phone to look over the vehicle was not to my liking, I prefer the clip board and paper. All I wanted was the van, had to go through all these web pages declining all the add on stuff. Needs to be streamlined to get through it.
Michael LiptakWhen we arrived to drop off items we were told they could not issue the storage to us because they were not cleared after sale of items. We were told to return the next day, but we both had work. As a result, we had to store the big truck at the condo community and head over Saturday. When we arrived, the staff did not know how to book storage, but took the time to call and find out. Not their fault, but a frustrating experience for us.
