Arthur T.After a disaster of an experience with my reservation , and thats putting it mildy, this location was able to get me the truck I needed and the guy I dealt with corrected some issues. I csnt remember his name bit he was a big guy. As far as booking uhaul on the corporate end, commercial end, and then the regional end...I hate uhaul with a passion and their bullshit micromanagement of a system. It is a joke. Everyone I know who has used uhaul over the last year or so has had issues. I called for 4 days straight to make sure my reservation was confirmed and was assured it was and sure enough it wasn't come day of pick up. I want to speak to the CEO of uhaul at this point. William C.I had a very bad experience with U-Haul. I reserved the truck a month in advance. Called to confirm my reservation the day before pick up and was informed that I was all set. An hour later I received a call from U-Haul stating that they had overbooked and that the truck that I had reserved was no longer available. How could this happen and why did I get bumped off the list? Anyway, I had to settle for a much smaller truck and it was about 15 or more miles away that I had to travel to get the truck. So, thanks to U-Haul I had to settle for a much smaller truck along with additional mileage and in addition making two trips instead of one. I really feel like I was scammed because my original pick up location was only a mile away. Not a happy camper.

Maurice J.The online web site for checking equipment in was not working correctly. I have had issues before, so wasn't sure if this an ongoing issue. I contacted Uhaul customer service and did online chat. The issue was fixed and I was sent a receipt the following day.
Christopher L.Please, It's the diy of the whole experience that can't possibly be the means of the uhaul corporation in this year 2022 (inspect vehicle yourself, suffering at the the platform uhaul uses for customer transactions. UNACCEPTABLE. I can not imagine that uhaul requires all its patrons to inspect and photograph a vehicle with substandard digital implementation. My elderly neighbor and soon, myself, will require significant accommodation in such a process.

Norma P.I would not ever recommend Uhaul to anyone. We reserved a 26' truck for our move to FL weeks in advance and was informed the afternoon before pick up that they had none that size available. Instead they gave us a 20' truck and a trailer. Our things did not fit of course and we had to leave some things in storage. So now not only do I have to pay for a storage unit, I have to come up with a way to go back to Virginia to get the rest of our things. I am thoroughly upset and would never depend on Uhaul again.

Bob R.I bought a lock from them which did not work, we lock up the storage unit came back to put more things in it, try to unlock the lock, it would not open, and the key broke off. I went back to them to let them know they sold me a bad lock. I gave them the lock and keys, and they refuse to give me a new lock or any money back, Not happy with them at all!

I was asked to provide a passport or a lease for an in town rental during the mobile check in process, which never happened before. I ended up having to go into the store to be taken care of.

We decided to bear it since we were limited on time. When telling they attendant, his remark was to tell me the full total for the entire purchase. Not the best experience.

Marsha S.Truck's visor was broken. I really didn't care about that, but someone using the truck in the mornings or late afternoons, might have use for it. Check in seemed redundant, because it did the same thing I had to do while I reserved the truck online. The agent that was on duty when I brought the truck back (White man with beard) asked for the keys to check in, then went outside to move trailers while I stood in the store .... ... just waiting. NOT COOL!
