Don't understand why I have to pay $14.00 per rental for Insurance when I have full coverage insurance with Progressive. Have never been told by Progressive I would have coverage for a rental truck. I have coverage when I rent an auto.

I was NOT informed of the $20 fee for returning the trailer after the store closed. I returned the trailer between 6:30-7:30pm. AFTER CHECKING MY CREDIT CARD and seeing the “CONVENIENCE” fee of $20 did I become aware of this charge. If the representative, at the time of renting, would have verbally informed me of this I would have gone on line and done it. I don't see well anyway, and trying to read the #6 font on the contract is difficult as hell.

The crew, with the exception of the GM, was helpful and friendly. The GM was rude, kept over talking is, did not ‘welcome', nor did she ‘thank' us. I stated a ‘thank you' as if it were from her and responded to myself as we were leaving. Her ‘lovely' personality was enough to stop me from getting the blankets and dolly that would have made this transport of a new bedroom furniture more pleasant. She was cozy as a porcupine and warm as an iceberg. The antithesis of one that oozed hatred for the ones she provides service to. I will n e v e r use this uhaul again. I'd rather spend double at Penske or Enterprise for my rental needs than encounter that woman again. At least there they greet me.

Upon making my initial reservation, I had to go to numerous locations to get both the vehicle and tow dolly. It was very frustrating and makes it very hard to recommend uhaul. I was very displeased with the disorganization.

The trailer Rented had a completely bald rear tire. It had been checked in recently but no one looked at the condition of the tires I pointed it out to the manager and she said I would have to go to another location to get a trailer if I Wasn't satisfied with that one. I was out of time so had no choice but take my chances and use it.

I went to drop off the 6 x 12 trailer I rented and asked since I only had it for 2 of the 4 days will I receive any money back. He said that there would be no refund for unused days and I told him that I was a disabled veteran and money was tight. He then told me to unhook the trailer myself and just leave it. He did no inspection of the equipment and making a customer remove the trailer themselves isn't good business practices. I've had 4 back surgeries and I walk with a limp and he never even seemed to care. It was very unprofessional and he was very short when speaking with me. This was also not the location I had selected for drop off. It was Autoworks Automotive Repair, when I arrived to drop off the trailer they informed me their lot was full and asked me to take it to 140 S Plaza. It was very disappointing to see this kind of customer service from the employee because I've never had an issue with U-Haul before throughout the years of using them.

I dropped my wallet somewhere on the premises. I called and asked for them to look for it, they found it but upon retrieval $70 in cash was taken from it. All cards and IDs were left.

I booked this reservation online with an appliance dolly. When I visited the place they didn't have one and when I asked about $50 which was mentioned in website for not having the reserved item in n online booking, the store associate didn't respond properly. He would have been more user friendly.

Truck had less gas in it when I picked it up than I was required to return it with, so I had to put more gas in than I ran out, which cost a little extra money. Be consistent on your gassing up policies.

I have been running pick up trucks from Uhaul for the past two weeks to help with my workload. I run a landscape maintenance company and I was personally driving the truck. I had no instances on my first four occasions and then on my fifth one I was charged excessively for very small scratches I am convinced I have no responsibility for. I was looking forward to utilizing this program in the future however after that instance I will consider other options for my trucking needs.

The interior of the building was a bit cluttered; lots of stuff packed into a relatively small space. The staff did a good job of following CDC pandemic protocols; everyone wore masks, and there was lots of hand sanitizer around. I returned the vehicle after working hours; the online checkout process was easy.

It may be a good idea to update/upgrade to a cloud-based reporting system to increase efficiency. I was "flagged" in your e-reporting system for a debt that was actually paid, but the system had not updated. I was greatly inconvenienced and it effected my schedule.

Update pictures if equipment is damaged (for condition confirmation). The 26' truck I rented had damage (previously accounted for) on the driver side skirt, but the condition pic showed no damage. Note: This did not affect my purchase or overall experience.

First van had water on the floor and seats. Wife placed purse on floor not realizing floor was full of water. Returned van before agreed upon time, received a call that I had not returned the van as agreed. Had to place 3 calls to verify van was received, first employee seemed to not know what he was doing. Not only will I not go back to this location, I will not go back to UHaul period.
