Truck had rents all over it engine light on tire pressure light on. Ran like a 30 year old truck on the highway. Could not roll drivers side window all the way down because of dented door.I was not giving any paper work to prove I rented truck. What happened to uhaul ?????James W.
Damaged white bumper on my frand new car. Idiot owner insisted that my weeks old brand new car plastic bumper has rust. Some people are too stupid to be alive. I had about 5 different installs over the years never an issue until now. 1st they installed the wire harness internally instead of externally like on my other cars without telling me first, but that is just lack of communication on their part. Now that they scratched up the top of my white bumper on a brand new car with footprints and the stupid owner refused to acknowledge it and said the "plastic" bumper had rust on it rather than dirt from work boots.svetlana P.

I can't say enough good things about Scott at the Nashua South U-Haul location. He was simply amazing. I had some packing guys with me who had packed up my U-Haul truck and then came with me to unload and pack up my storage unite. When they saw the unit I had rented, they said, "that's too small". So, I told Scott my dilemma and he immediately went to work searching for other potential units at this site. Unfortunately, there were none available and I was panicked. Then, Scott looked at any units that might be marked "dirty" and found a bigger unit. It was actually in move-in condition and my packing guys were able to get all of my stuff in the unit. Scott's focus on the customer was a breath of fresh air and he made me a big fan of U-Haul, especially since I have had a very bad experience with PODS in the weeks prior to this visit.John J. | Online Move In

I understand why there is no lighting inside the actual storage rooms and I don't know how you would manage that. Not having lighting in the little room there's a little bit of a challenge. I did see an electrical outlet as I was sweeping out. Perhaps tell customers to bring their own lighting? Lou, in Nashua, was VERY helpful. He was wonderful to deal with. The equipment was well maintained. It was an open 12' trailer. Although it was â€œcleanâ€ there was some dirt in it and I had to sweep it out before loading my furniture in it. A quick sweep or power wash before I picked it up would have been appreciatedMJoanne R.
Perhaps, talk a little about why the person is renting a vehicle, for what purpose. It may have made sense for me to rent a larger vehicle. The van has a somewhat small opening and I was loading windows. Two were too large for the vehicle. In the end I was happy with my experience and I'll have no problem bringing home the other two windows. I also realize the Uhaul website clearly shows the dimensions of the vehicles.Curtis M.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. I wanted a moving truck and also to get a unit. There was no unit available in the size I wanted but Cody put my name on a list. Just as I finished loading the truck, I got a call from the manager who told me that a unit became available and Cody told him about my situation. I took it over the phone and came back and completed the rental. It could not have been easier and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. I liked and I was very satisfied with the service I received from the employee from whom I received all the information I requested. I closed down one of two units I have today, finally having some help moving bigger things. In the process, Shane came over to ensure everything was going well and made sure I didn't need any additional supplies or vehicles. I feel so safe knowing these guys are watching both physically and remotely! When it came time to close down my account on that unit, Brian had me inspected and the contact completed in minutes. He was brilliant, efficient, and very engaging, making the whole moving process as enjoyable as such a thing can be. I was totally devastated after showing up at the Amherst location and being told my reservation for a unit was not honored because they had no units. I had just traveled 1300 miles for 3 days across the country and had nowhere to put my things. I took the chance and headed to the one on Daniel Webster. That's where I met Shane, and I'm so glad I did! He went above and beyond to make sure that we had the unit we needed, that we didn't have to use the stairs, and that we were able to return the equipment we rented at this location, instead of the Amherst one. The place was very busy. Once he cleared all customers, and the store was closed, he still came to check on us and make sure we had what we needed. He also helped me make sure I could take the vehicle off the transport trailer. I was a little disappointed about the prices being higher than the other location, but I haven't seen customer service like that in so long!
