The truck had a lot of damage to it.it had damage fenders dents all over it tape around the windshield the truck would shack really bad when you got up to 55mph it would pull to the right and the radio was broken Over all the truck was a POSBURTONEUGENE III S.

Cody was exceptional. We had a reservation at Rod's Automotive in Nashua. When we arrived, the location was not open. We called UHaul and were told that they had decided to close for the weekend! This is the poorest customer service possible that we were not notified so we could make other arrangements. They should have inspected the trailer WAY more carefully before renting it to anyone. We had a tire blowout and had to wait a VERY long time for someone to come and fix it. I was charged 37 miles when I only drive like 12 miles the most and I am exaggerating. I live off exit 1, on brook village road, i can literally walk to uhaul. I picked up the truck from uhaul. I paid double the price to return the trailer in Acton MA instead of bringing it back to the same location to save 30min drive. The employee at the uhall center wrote Acton MA on my contract, but setup a drop off location in Waltham MA instead. When I told him about this he said I should call the number on the contract when I was ready to drop off the trailer because he couldn't do anything himself. When I called, I was put on hold for 10min+ and I never managed to get help on the phone. I had to drive 30min to bring the trailer back in Waltham MA, the same amount of time I would have if I had returned it to the pickup location. Paid double the price for nothing, what a rip-off!! PLEASE REFUND ME THE EXTRA MONEY I PAID TO DROP OFF AT A LOCATION CLOSER TO MY HOUSE.Damien M.

The sales counter was not very customer oriented and two desk attendants talked with each other for good 2 minutes or more while I stood there and I was the only customer.Then I had to keep the truck longer than expected and spoke to a uhaul rep about it and we got a rude call the following day from one of your representatives at the location looking for the truck because who ever I spoke to the day before didn't relay the message I was keeping it.I give that location a lot of business and his punk comments really turned me off.I'm not sure if I will be returning.BRIAN F.

I can't say enough good things about Scott at the Nashua South U-Haul location. He was simply amazing. I had some packing guys with me who had packed up my U-Haul truck and then came with me to unload and pack up my storage unite. When they saw the unit I had rented, they said, "that's too small". So, I told Scott my dilemma and he immediately went to work searching for other potential units at this site. Unfortunately, there were none available and I was panicked. Then, Scott looked at any units that might be marked "dirty" and found a bigger unit. It was actually in move-in condition and my packing guys were able to get all of my stuff in the unit. Scott's focus on the customer was a breath of fresh air and he made me a big fan of U-Haul, especially since I have had a very bad experience with PODS in the weeks prior to this visit.John J. | Online Move In
I understand why there is no lighting inside the actual storage rooms and I don't know how you would manage that. Not having lighting in the little room there's a little bit of a challenge. I was totally devastated after showing up at the Amherst location and being told my reservation for a unit was not honored because they had no units. I had just traveled 1300 miles for 3 days across the country and had nowhere to put my things. I took the chance and headed to the one on Daniel Webster. That's where I met Shane, and I'm so glad I did! He went above and beyond to make sure that we had the unit we needed, that we didn't have to use the stairs, and that we were able to return the equipment we rented at this location, instead of the Amherst one. The place was very busy. Once he cleared all customers, and the store was closed, he still came to check on us and make sure we had what we needed. He also helped me make sure I could take the vehicle off the transport trailer. I was a little disappointed about the prices being higher than the other location, but I haven't seen customer service like that in so long!
