As I waited in line I was told I can drop off the rental online. However the site was not very user friendly and I wasn't able to put all the info in so I'm not sure if it was right.Erin C.
They made me wait half an hour for another customer to bring the trailer back even though there was another one sitting on the lot. I had a reservation and got no call or warning that it wouldn't be ready. After I loaded up at home I found that a tire was low on air. When I returned the trailer the guy came out after I unhooked and says "can't leave it there" and made me hook back up to move it.Timothy S.

First off this is a bad review but I want to mention how great 1 of the U-haul employees treated me. I drove a truck and trailer down to South Carolina and back. I stayed an extra week and u-haul tried to charge me through the roof instead of letting me do the monthly rental. If it wasn't for (Brian) at the south Nashua location I would have gotten charged way more than initially led on huge shout out to (Brian) for fixing this week long issue when no one in customer service could give me an ounce of empathy not even the managers. They said because I had the truck for 25 days instead of 30 and that I put on 2500 miles instead of 3000 they wouldn't give me the monthly rate instead would charge me an extra $800 as a daily rate. The only thing I could do is keep the truck and put on exactly 500 more miles makes absolutely no sense. Thanks again (Brian) I appreciate all that you've done and treating me with the customer service that the rest of u-haul has seem to forgotten.Dennis P.

These guys (scott in particular were great The first place I tried in Keene booked me and then at the last minute told me they didnt do hitches then they sent to me Northampton MA 40 miles away where I waited for an hour only to be told they didnt have the part Then they referred me to Nashua. Nashua i 60 miles away long ride but the care and consideration made it worth while THANKYOU NASHUA. BOOOS TO KEENE AND NORTHAMPTONJudith B.

I brought my car in at 9AM, was told that 1.5 hours was allocated for the job, and at 10:30AM I received a text saying my car was ready. Very impressive! When I arrived to pick up the car, two employees came out to give me instructions on using the light assembly. When I left, I felt I knew everything I needed to know. Super nice staff! My car has a painted bumper thanks to a rare sports package and the installer showed me how much they would have to cut into it to install the hitch. He did his best to minimize the bumper butchering and angled the cuts to match the design of the bumper, very considerate!Marianne S.

I can't say enough good things about Scott at the Nashua South U-Haul location. He was simply amazing. I had some packing guys with me who had packed up my U-Haul truck and then came with me to unload and pack up my storage unite. When they saw the unit I had rented, they said, "that's too small". So, I told Scott my dilemma and he immediately went to work searching for other potential units at this site. Unfortunately, there were none available and I was panicked. Then, Scott looked at any units that might be marked "dirty" and found a bigger unit. It was actually in move-in condition and my packing guys were able to get all of my stuff in the unit. Scott's focus on the customer was a breath of fresh air and he made me a big fan of U-Haul, especially since I have had a very bad experience with PODS in the weeks prior to this visit.John J. | Online Move In
I understand why there is no lighting inside the actual storage rooms and I don't know how you would manage that. Not having lighting in the little room there's a little bit of a challenge. I did see an electrical outlet as I was sweeping out. Perhaps tell customers to bring their own lighting? Lou, in Nashua, was VERY helpful. He was wonderful to deal with. The staff was excellent and very helpful. I wanted a moving truck and also to get a unit. There was no unit available in the size I wanted but Cody put my name on a list. Just as I finished loading the truck, I got a call from the manager who told me that a unit became available and Cody told him about my situation. I took it over the phone and came back and completed the rental. It could not have been easier and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. I closed down one of two units I have today, finally having some help moving bigger things. In the process, Shane came over to ensure everything was going well and made sure I didn't need any additional supplies or vehicles. I was totally devastated after showing up at the Amherst location and being told my reservation for a unit was not honored because they had no units. I had just traveled 1300 miles for 3 days across the country and had nowhere to put my things. I took the chance and headed to the one on Daniel Webster. That's where I met Shane, and I'm so glad I did! He went above and beyond to make sure that we had the unit we needed, that we didn't have to use the stairs, and that we were able to return the equipment we rented at this location, instead of the Amherst one. The place was very busy. Once he cleared all customers, and the store was closed, he still came to check on us and make sure we had what we needed. He also helped me make sure I could take the vehicle off the transport trailer. I was a little disappointed about the prices being higher than the other location, but I haven't seen customer service like that in so long!
