The u box container was never in the location that was stated in the confirmation email. When going to load more things, we were told it was moved to their warehouse but was never prior told of this. Communication very poor. No confirmation of delivery to location. I had to call about the location of my Ubox and was told it never left the location. Received a call hours later stating box was delivered but had been delivered a week prior without my knowledge.Blair N.

There was only one poor soul trying to 'man the store.' He was very professional, courteous, but there's no way one person can do everything. It took way too long to return. I just wanted the extra hours in case we did not finish unloading before 4 pm.Bernard H.

I reserved two dollies and when I got to my storage unit to load up they were not in the truck. I had to have someone pick up a dolly and bring it me. This was a huge inconvenience. In the future I'll will take my business elsewhere.Daniel C.

Need to approve their Customer service . From the start both clerks didn't even greet me . They seem like they didn't want to be there . Then I was called every day after I decide to keep longer . Sergio advise me to bring the truck back because it's been reserved. Even after i told him I wasn't done keep it for few more hours . Added stress to my already stressful move .David D.
I started with the Uhaul by my house but she isn't open on Sunday when I needed the truck and I couldn't get into the Uhaul app. She called to find an open Uhaul not far from my house that was open on Sunday. I made the reservation for 10 a.m. and was very surprised to find the place closed. I call your customer service and spent 45 minutes trying yet again to get into your app. After being hung up on and having to repeat everything again, I was directed to Traffic to find another dealer that was open. The traffic man I spoke to was rude. He sent me to a location 15 miles from my House and when I asked for 20 extra miles on the contract, he was annoyed. Upon arriving at the 3rd Uhaul site, I got s dirty, smelly truck with poor shockd. The experience was miserableTobi P.

Truck was not road worthy. Had to fight for 3.5 hours with a different location to switch the truck becauE Noone seemed to give a crap that we lost all this time. Took a higher up manager getting involved before Truck was finally switched. Then the trailer they tried to give me was also not safe and had to fight for that as well. The 2nd truck I received was good, but had less than a 1/4 tank of fuel. When I returned Truck with the same amount if fuel as I received it with I got charged another $23.40. I should have been receiving a partial refund for all the headache and hassle we had to deal with causing tons of stress on top of the stress that moving already creates. But it seems like Uhaul does not care about their customers. Just their money.Shane P.

Joseph gave me a very good service. I didn't know that the 26" truck came already with a lock. I purchased a lock and he never explained to me that I probably don't need it because the truck has already one. Now I have a lock for nothing and I spent my money on something unnecessary. UNFORTUNATELY, I had a bad experience with your services at Scottsdale AZ. Helpers never arrived. Refunds haven't arrived yet.Omar T.

The uhaul person forgot to hook up the emergency brake disconnect safety chain to my truck when I picked up the trailer. Not ti big of a deal! I took care of it before we headed cross country. Other than that the staff was very friendly and helpful!Jason J.

The lady that helped me did not seemed knowledgeable about the truck or towing equipment. When I drop off the truck at the Denver location, the personnel that received it seemed really concerned on how my car was set up on the tow dolly and told me I made it to my destination on pure luck. I think that the company don't realize how important is to have capacitated employees and that one bad set up can cost you your life. First time and last one using the service.Nallely S.

I was supposed to pick up a 15 footer at a location, when I got there had to do online check in and that didnt work out because there was no 15 footer available there. Called customer service and talked to 3 persons and they didnt know why online check in wasnt working yet. Finally another U haul associate called me and told me the situation about no truck available there. Almost an hour waisted and had to go pick up truck at different location. C'mmon man. Unexpected charges and no communication nor reasonable explanation or resolution. I'm willing to pay more elsewhere just not to come back to u-haul. For as much business as you all get, don't be greedy... prices should be reasonable and customers should feel less pressured especially because they are with a doubt going through some sort of stress having to move something somewhere.. some how... and this added BS IS NOT THE BUSINESS!
