The Uhaul computer system that she used to process my order and payment was glitchy and slow; had to move to another computer/credit card scanner.
Wade G.The vehicle that I reserved was not available and the one that I was given didn't have gas in it, gas light came on will I went around the corner. The worker marked the wrong mileage and gas level. I was told that once you pull off the lot they are not responsible for wrong records

power W.We were extremely pleased with the Watkins location!! It is a much nicer and higher quality location than the others we have used. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The only issue we had was the original pick up place was much much closer to our home and storage unit, but the truck we reserved was not returned by the renters the day before, (we were notified 2 hours before pick up time) so we were sent almost 40 miles out of our way total, which meant we were charged the additional mileage.

pearly J.I rented a car trailer and hooked it up to a Penske truck. The lot attendant had me back it up into a space. Rental agreements with uhaul and Penske state to not back it up. It took several tries to back it up without hitting anything.

We rented the truck because we were in desperate need of moving After arriving at home we found out that there was a larger truck available only only a few miles from where we were moving to. We returned the truck within an hour but they still charged us for the whole day.
William F.The U-Haul app would not bring off my drop off information so I had to spend 30 minutes searching things online and had to use the website when the email told me to use the app. I tried to call the U-Haul number but I was one a 60 minute wait at night and it was overall a frustrating experience

annie M.The truck I rented the door wouldn't let down. It was frustrating. I tried calling the location I rented from but I was deviated to main number. Then the automatic system said that my expected wait time was over 30mins which noone came to the phone. I had to get back in my car and drive back to the uhaul location. The employee did follow me home to help the situation. It was rectified but after dropping off my first load the same issue. I had to call to extend my rental due to having faulty truck. It's stressful enough moving but to have this mishap on top it was just too much. I was very disappointed with my experience.

Frances M.The workers had an issue with the amount of gas in the truck compared to something they had in the computer. Even though we used the ap and had had the paper from when we took the truck. The worker would not listen to me. He just kept saying you were supposed to verify it in the ap. I said I did and even took pictures. He said well it would show it here. Then he looked again and I had the correct amount of gas according to what was in it when I received the truck. But that didn't match somewhere else in their system. The workers need to LISTEN to the customer before just assuming we are wrong, or didn't do things correctly.

Each location is different and it's always the employees and the store managers that make the difference. The two employees at this store went above and beyond to make sure I was good to go and for that I'm grateful. I will definitely be using this location again because of the service.

Uhaul double-booked the space which caused horrendous problems for me as I drove around the city trying to find another vacant storage space. It used up my truck rental hours, burned up gas and otherwise caused a very disappointing experience.

I was sent there from the store in Union after they gave away my truck. They did not have the dolly I had reserved,not the cashiers fault, b the lack of but still very frustrating the lack of communication between stores. It seems the reservatiosn should be handled by the people in the store, not outside.

Marissa W.I had to go to three diffent locations. Horn Lake, MS said the equipment was on Lamar, when I got there they said it wasn't there. They had to find a uhaul trailer the size I'd ordered. the place was fine the people were fine, but the system SUCKED.

JENIKA W.The truck definitely could have been cleaner and the tank was half full. I always fill the tank whenever I rent from Uhaul. I thought that was just standard protocol. I had to clean the truck with Clorox wipes. Wrote using it because it just wasn't up to par. Can't risk it with COVID-19 still around. There was nobody at the front desk when I arrived and I waited for 5 minutes and called the GM's cell phone that was hanging from a sign on the front door for assistance. The overall experience could have been better, but I still enjoy using Uhaul over Penske, Budget and Enterprise definitely. Gracias.

The first unit we rented the guy needed my husband to cut the lock for him only to find it full of trash and broken glass so had to take a different unit. This place is in dire need of updating and repairs!!

The unit we rented was locked and the customer service rep only had a hammer and screwdriver to remove the lock so we used our own power tool to cut it for him. When opening the unit someone had left trash and broken glass all inside of it so I requested a different unit. The next unit was ok but the floors are rotting out and the walls show water damage. I'm pretty sure there are roaches too. We are using the unit to store bicycles and a few large containers we travel with but definitely cant wait to get our things out of there!! The price is extremely too high for what you get as well!! Would never rent here again and would not recommend to anyone.
