Website has to many issues trying to do an after hours drop off. This is the 2nd time in my last 3 visits in which I could not get my check in done in a timely manner and the last time it would not work at all and was on hold with customer service for over 30 minutesmatt V.

The break master cylinder leaked oil on my feet from Nashville to Pelham Alabama during a bad storm with 60 mph winds. My children were also in the vehicle during a close call accident due to my foot slipping off the oily break. I reported this to the manager an he tried to put it back on me. The truth of the matter is that he rented me faulty equipment and is trying to cover his ASS. I will continue to move forward with an Investigation into the this for tomorrow is my last day at a Robotics engineering job and I will be able to invest fully into that and packing up my house for the move. In Closing I would never rent a vehicle from this facility. You would be better off going to Penske the vehicles are well-kept at a much better level.William T.
Not charge them for a cleaning fee for having to cut off a lock. I checked in the trailer and the gentlemen looked it over. He missed noticing that there was a lock on the trailer. They charged me $100 to cut it off. They could have been more detailed with their intake inspection and/or given me a courtesy call to own back and remove the lock. It was also an expensive lock that I could have saved. Just bad customer service. Honest mistake on my part however that's why they have an intake inspection at this particular uhual owned location.Erath O.

Truck was not full when I picked it up. I drove it 25 miles and then put 7 gallons back in. So it obviously was not filled prior to my driving off the yard.Michael P.

Location of pick-up was changed 4 times and I was provided with a 15' truck when I requested 26'. This change of location and vehicle was made at 730am when pickup was 900am. It is unfathomable to think this is a reasonable substitution. I will not be using U-Haul again.William M.

Appreciated being able to book next day service and also be guided through last minute local Moving Company options at reasonable prices. Upon arrival and drop off I was helped by a couple of helpful guys rather than having to complete everything on my phone. Made my visits short and sweet for a good price. Only downside to my experience was the lack of 10 and 15 ft trucks, I had to rent a 20 foot when I would have preferred smaller. Other than that thanks for making my move much easier!Selina O.

Your logistics software wanted me to travel 15 miles east to get my reserved truck and then travel 45 miles northwest to pick-up my auto carrier. Fortunately, the team at my local Uhaul facility (Mt. Juliet, TN) was able to offer a smaller truck and carrier that I could pick-up locally. Everyone on the staff was very helpful and customer-focused. The staff was awesome! I came three times (to schedule pick up, pick up, and drop off) and all the different staff members I encountered were bending over backwards to make the process quick and easy and helped me carry/load boxes. This place still knows what customer service is! And, like mentioned, I encountered 7+ employees and they were all customer oriented. Super impressed!Danielle H.
They have a kid in there that acts like he's hot stuff and above working for a living. Attitude is unacceptable. Does not provide a welcoming environment. Manager Adam is one of the reasons the kid acts like he does. When told I wanted the contract in black and white, he responded "well, the paper will be blue but the ink is black". This location was great and the workers there were great however, the experience of booking the equipment on the phone and online were terrible. I first called and was told the nearest place that had the equipment I needed was at a store in Lebanon, TN so I drove the almost hour it takes to get there from where I live and was told that they didn't have the equipment so they were canceling my order. I then got online and found a closer location (this location) that had the equipment at the time I requested, 5pm so I reserved the equipment. I received a phone call after that stating that they wouldn't have that equipment until 6pm. That's not a huge difference so that is fine but the fact that the online system was incorrect after the experience trying to reserve everything on the phone made for quite a longer day than expected and was very frustrating to say the least. The employees at this location were fantastic to deal with so that made my experience easier to deal with.Mark D.

The $19.95 advertised charge is very misleading. After keeping the vehicle for four hours and driving about 60 miles. My final charge was over $100. My recommendation is that your stores are more honest about the charges. You should not be allowed to advertise renting the truck for just $19.95.WALTER N.

First, they gave me a unit that already had someone elses belongings inside and then issued me a new storage space. THAT space was empty, but they forgot to add that to my account so they locked my box up. Had to chat with them about that issue for nearly a half hour trying to get THAT squared away. Then the truck I rented to haul my toolbox had a door that kept popping open, and if it wasnt for a friendly driver on the road, I could have spilled everything out that wasnt tied down and/or killed someone. Truck had a cracked windscreen. Not a biggie, but I had to explain it away after the fact. After that, they neglected to close my account when I returned the vehicle as the unit was now empty. The overhead door/garage door was bent and off the track at the bottom. It got to the point that I could not open it all the way up, nor could I close it. I complained and a member of the staff worked on it and got it closed. I returned several days later and the door was still bent and water was dripping down on my quilting machine. While the gentleman who helped me reserve my unit was very helpful and friendly, the one who moved me out was unfortunately not. His answers were short and he didn't seem to want to be bothered. He was very unenthusiastic about his job. I've used this facility before and could have sworn there was a proration of rent if you moved out early; yesterday while I was mid-question, he cut me off saying "they don't prorate." It's frustrating because we were just billed roughly 3-5 days ago and basically had the whole month left. Our rental unit was not swept,out, had dead cockroaches, and mouse droppings in the well of an interior wall. I was was expecting a lot more, as far as cleanliness from "indoor climate controlled" storage facility. I told an employee there and he stated that he never goes into the storage units and gave me the managers card. Matter of fact the pile we swept out, was still there today.
