The man @ the desk was poorly trained. He didn't do a pre trip inspection, on his phone texting & in general, just acted like he didn't want to be bothered by paying customers.

Buy the property next door and enlarge your footprint to increase the parking for picking up and returning vehicles. The current layout is too restrictive when you have more than 3 customers onsite at the same time.

Staff acted as though they could care less if I rented a trailer there. I swept out dirt, debris and a half dozen screws and nails. Luckily, I swept before I even considered loading. Someone could have been injured, damaged property or flattened a tire. I received a text that my 24 hour rental was over at noon. Something about clicking a link and a $20 convenience fee. I don't understand that nonsense. I told them it would be more than 24 hours when I rented the trailer. I just called and extended the rental. Both ladies in your "work from home" reservation department were very friendly and helpful. Pick up was okay. Return was very efficient. If U-Haul had a competitor I would go there. I may just buy an enclosed trailer.

Another employee would be nice. I had to wait over 30 minutes to get any help, because their were so many customers in the store. The employee that was working was apologetic and professional.

I always get great service, I know the equipment is maintained, and clean . I rented a motorcycle trailer twice and they pull very well and are equipped to haul a motorcycle.would suggest if your hauling your bike etc. This trailer is something you want have to worry about.

Truck was clean but it was hard to start and it drove bad. I wasn't very happy with that but it got the job done. I want rent that truck again.

The owner & agents are very helpful, informative and fast working. (Suggestion: Although U-Haul's are franchise, they should have interchangeable people just for days off and vacations ). Also, I like some sort of freshener to have been applied with the pick up of a freshly rented vehicle. Maybe they can try doing something?

24/7 check in didnt work had to go inside to check in. The 10 ft truck was very old loose arm rest on drivers side roll down window was very hard to use and the engine light on but was confirmed by the attendant it was safe to drive. I was charged $42.20 for some unknown reason in which a email was forwarded to the GM of Uhaul. Customer service was quick but the 10 ft truck should be taken out of service or better maintained for customer use.

Faster customer service and communication. Had to wait while. truck was being inspected and agent hurried us through without confirming method of payment so we are not overcharged. Felt like they did not want to be there lack of communication.

Your mileage for a couple hours is unbelievable . Meaning the rates for local use of 99 cent a mile is something the company should check. Most people live in the country, so please check your mileage rates

The trailer I rented was a 6’x12’ open. I rented it to move a side by side utility ATV. The loading portion of the trailer was just under 5’ wide and the atv is 5’4” wide. This caused me to return the trailer an hour later without being able to use it. It was a waste of money.

The gentleman that assisted me with picking up the truck has exceptional customer service skills. His friendly demeanor and positive attitude caused me to leave Uhaul with a smile on my face. Unfortunately I do not remember his name but he is definitely an asset to the Montgomery Highway location and Uhaul. It was Sun Nov 3 at 1130 am that I visited this location.

I requested an appliance dolly with my reservation. The location did not have one. The lady asked the other clerk assisting another customer what he wanted for breakfast. Female stated that he needed to let her know so that she could let someone she was continually texting while assisting me for check in know. The evening worker was quick efficient and friendly. Good customer skills.

Pickup was quick and easy using the Express registration process. Drop off was slower, but that was due to a line of customers. Everyone was helped as quickly as possible and in order of their arrival.

The truck we rented had a backup light that was out. Also apparently retreaded tires were used on the truck because on the front driver's tire the tread was separated and we had a softball sized hole in the inner sidewall that wasted half a day of my rental time waiting for it to get fixed and caused me to have no help loading the truck because the people I hired left since we were waiting so long. I reached out to customer service to see if they would at least refund my money for the wasted day, but I haven't heard back yet.
