We have no problem with Uhaul the company, however the manager of this store was terrible. She didn't explain the costs to us, charged us for insurance, we were not asked if we wanted it or not. When we received the receipt via email we saw the charge and called her. All we got was the runaround. Always an excuse about getting us a credit for the insurance. After several attempts with the manager we got a hold of Uhaul's customer service who promptly gave us a refund for the insurance.Bruce R.

I had my storage unit for over three years. The only complain I had was every once in a while my debit card would "fall off" of auto pay and I'd have to call and set it back up or go online and set it back up. It did cost me some late fees every now and then when this would occur and I wouldn't catch it in time.Scott W. | First Impressions
The actual renting of the truck went just fine, but the staff at the building were creepy and standoffish. There was another customer there looking for her lost wallet and the staff member was practically yelling at her that she needed to call a manager because he had other better things to do. I rented a vehicle for an extra day yet somehow one extra day turns into $200 extra in charges. They say that I drove the vehicle 111 MI which is completely inaccurate. As soon as I returned the vehicle the employee back to the vehicle into a different spot and another customer got in and drove off without so much as any word further to me other than "you're good to go". In my eyes it was that U-Haul employee letting a friend rent the vehicle for cheap essentially under my name because I didn't drive it that far I will never ever again use U-Haul at that location.Sean G.

The location was great but.... did not like the online experience it was a nightmare!!! Customer service sucked we were on hold over a hour they required 2 more references and we had to wait another 40 minutes. It was very inconvenient. Your manager sucks. Your front line guy was working with someone and the woman's method of payment wasn't working. He asked the manager to assist him. When she came out to help him she looked at me and when she was done went back into her office. Couple minutes went by two more customers came up. Front line guy had to ask the manager to come out and help. Also front line guy was answering phones while working with customers. Truck was clean but it had a problem shifting and a high pitch whine around 60 mph. Your front line guy have to give him props he was trying.Sharon C.

I have been told full tank but it was not. I travelled only 15 miles but charged for 55 miles.Rajesh M.
The odometer and fuel on the paperwork were incorrect. I was assured they would correct it in the system. They did not. This a clear case of false documentation. I called customer service spoke with Renee (he was great) a GM was supposed to reach out. But I have not had contact. I was charged $35x.xx. But my bank statement has it as $402.xx. I will not use this UHaul again. I will definitely not recommend to anybody. Now I understand why they always have so many vehicles when other locations do not. I have rented from UHaul on many occasions in MO and GA. I have never had this happen before. Terrible. I had this vehicle for one day. I tried to turn it in using drop service. Better communication/ any communication with customer. I went into store and want even greeted due to the employee talking on her cell. When I asked her questions she gave no important response and provided a bare minimum of uhh huh and nuh uhh replies. When asked about billing for returning vehicle before my second day began she said I wouldn't be charged yet I was charged for an entire day I didn't use the truck. Extremely disappointed and will never use that location again nor recommend to my worst enemySean G.

My only complaint is that the directions to set up a share pick up that very clear I had booked the truck online expecting only to pay $38 when I walked in to get the key the gentleman ended up giving me the key and taking a picture of my drivers license and I got charged 20 bucks representative fee. Contract #27351435 On 5/28/2021, the General manager of this location over charged for services of a rental truck. The rental location advertized as closing at 8:00 PM. I returned the truck to the location@ 7: 55 PM, and the General manager was still on site. When I recived an e-mail receipt I was charged $20.00 for an after hours return fee. The actual milage driven was 17 miles. The milage was 82,733 when the truck was picked up, and the return milage was 82,850. A total of 17 miles. I was billed for 56 miles.. I find this buisiness practice unacceptable. When I stated my concern, the General manager said she would bump the milage down. That was not reflected in the receipt e-mailed to me. Please take time to investigate this complaint and rental location.Douglas H.
