The representative I worked with for pickup and drop-off of my trailer was nice and efficient, and got me hooked up and on the way smoothly. I unhooked the trailer before checking in at drop-off, but he came out and did quick inspection and got me on my way immediately. I will definitely use this location in the future when I need to grab a trailer for anything. This was my best experience at a Uhaul location in the past 30 years or so of occasional use.Ben W.

I'm very disappointed. I had a reservation for a location that was near my home to pickup a trailer. I called 30 minutes before my reservation and they told me they didn't have a trailer for me. Nobody contacted me to let me know. So then they made me drive almost half an hour to pick up a trailer that I needed. Terrible customer service. Nobody seemed to care that they messed up and they didn't have my reservation. Probably the last time I ever use uhaul. I thought I would be compensated for them not having my trailer but nobody seemed to even care. Bad customer service on your end.Edgar G.

I needed a 15' truck or bigger and that's what I booked online. Only to be told they had a 10' truck on the lot. Which then in turn forced me to have my buddy bring his 10' box over so we could get everything loaded up. So not only had to pay for the 10' truck from uhaul but on top of that had to pay my buddy for half a day and fuel from his vehicle. Also was told my 10' rental was going to have the moms box over the cab of the truck and it didn't either. Not a great overall experience from booking it and all the way through. Female staff was rude and hung up when being asked some specific questions concerning my account that was paid up but charged a late fee. She refused to give her name while the male staff member refuse to give her name when i called back to report the event. He also refused to give his name. I arrived about 1/2 hour late to pick up the truck. I emailed the location through the app letting them know I was running late. When I arrived, the girl was unable to locate the keys to the truck. The other female working, was in the process of renting the truck to another customer! She said "You're late!" I made the reservation a month early; I sent a message about my delay; CALL BEFORE GIVING AWAY SOMEONE'S RESERVATION! Truck was in horrible condition; Motor is ticking; Almost shut down while driving twice. Reservation was made for another location nearby; Pick up was switched to this location without notification; This location is horrible. I rented 2 26 foot trucks for a move. Twice one of my reservations were canceled with out calling me first to confirm it wasn't a double reservation. One of the pick up locations was change twice. I was suppose to pick the other one up at noon. And around 10am the day of the pick up it was changed to 1pm and I actually got it around 1:30. Moving is stressful enough with out the added stress of getting trucksCHAD M.

The only thing I had an issue with, was when I showed up a half an hour after my scheduled pick up time. When I walked in, to the counter, there was a customer being taken care of and an associate sitting (she was nice) There was an older, Uhaul associate that was taking care of the customer in front of me. When the Uhaul associate in the chair said she could help me and asked my name, the older lady said really loud...you're late! I was kind of embarrassed and mad at the same time. She claimed she called me, but i never had a missed calll and I verified the number was correct on my contract. First of all, even if I am 3 hours late, I rented and authorized payment for my 24 hour rental period. So for her to belittle me in front of the other customer and the other Uhaul associate was not professional at all. The website is actually the 'issue' for me. I needed a 26' truck to move all at once, but none were available near me; the site did not allow me to find if there were any available, even further away from me than the small radius it gave me. Now I have to rent a 2nd truck to complete the job. Since I am moving by myself, I have the added expense of a plane ticket, getting to the airport, and now renting a 2nd truck to complete the job. That has added on a LOT of extra money I hadn't anticipated needing to use on movingKeith W.

The vehicle ran fine, but the Service Air Bag message was on the dashboard the entire time I had it. This made me very nervous, but I needed the vehicle that day. What if I was in an accident and the air bag malfunctioned? The vehicle should have been serviced or taken out of service until it was fixed.Paul F.

She was rude, intureupted into a transaction she had no business to say a word, she said "oh congratulations" a very stupid thing to say, when I asked where my 2nd lock was she again intrumpeted and says "we don't allow 2 locks" I was not aware of that fact...I wanted my $16.00 lock back, you could have asked me to remove it. She did not allow the man assisting me to do his job, she is rude and speaks loudly! She was the same person that emailed me a month or 2 back on the first of the month saying my payment was late and if I don't pay my unit will be forfeited. Sour reservation was made for pick up in 8/29/22 at noon. That day we found out that someone, somehow changed it to 8/30/22 and never informed us. Our driver traveled to our home only to waste his time & expenses we had to cover. It was a good thing I allowed to days before closing to load up our home for the move. Absolutely nothing wrong with the pick up location, the employees at the location or the truck I rented. But the website used to make my reservation is an absolute mess! I had reserved online a 10' Box truck. I had driven to this particular location even though there are ones that are closer just to get the size truck i wanted. Once I got to the location they did not have the truck i had reserved. Instead i was given a smaller cargo van. I had asked about the $50 credit should they not have the vehicle i reserved. I had a horrible experience here and I will not be coming back or recommending you guys to anyone . Unfortunately the staff had lack of communication all around when it came to my vehicle being stored here . My vehicle was in an accident so I needed to store it. It was here for 2 years until you guys called me asking me to get a car cover for it because the front was off and to move my car over because it was slightly over the line when the tow truck pushed it in the spot . I went to put the cover on and a nice employee with you guys helped me and also said she didn't know who called me to come in and do all that but the car was fine in the spot and didn't need to be moved. Well after that you guys called me numerous times and one of the times I was sick with covid and you guys demanded me to come take my car out the lot because it wasn't movable and you guys need the title which I don't have because I still have a loan on my car. So I was told the policies changed which is ridiculous because I'm paying you guys. But the problem with that is I spoke to a guy on the phone and told him to put a note on my account the date I was available to pick up my car and that same week and he was fine with that. I got called 3 more times about my car that same week which is just crazy and annoying like you guys must not communicate at all because I had multiple different ppl call me . So the day I go to pick up my car my car cover I paid $70 for was missing I was told some blew off and someone claimed them and that my car never had one when I had one of your employees help me put it on . Of course the manager of storage couldn't compensate me or do anything but say sorry ! You guys are just so unprofessional and full of excuses and I would never in my life come here again . I have two issues with my experience. 1. You charged me an after-hours drop off fee of $20 when I had to do was drop the keys into a drop box so that you could process the return in the morning when it is convenient for you. Its not like you are paying anyone extra to be there for me. I have a big prob with this. Your taking advantage of a mutually beneficial option. This is the kind of thing that would keep me from using you again on principle. 2. My online account did not have my space included so I could not manage the termination through it. My only complaint was that I hired a UHaul truck with a storage unit, which was way too small for what I described as one bedroom one living room. I ended up leaving furniture outside storage to be picked up the next day as it did not fit in such a small unit. There were problems throughout my entire experience. Even though I reserved the unit the afternoon before and I had purchased a disc lock and paid for it and set up an 11am appointment for the next morning, NOTHING was ready. My unit was not available, I didn't get my lock until after I moved my items into the storage unit, and then my key card did not work at all. I had an extremely negative experience, and on top of that while I waited at least 30-40min for me to get my unit it was raining outside and I made it very clear to the UHaul employee that my mattress was getting wait and how much longer this would take. I was ready to buy another piece of tarp to put over my mattress but when I asked how much it was he said he couldn't tell me unless he exited out of the screen he was on (which I was afraid if he did that the whole process of trying to get me assigned to a unit would start all over). I had a wonderful experience overall! Bradley Moharter is the man, a cool dude! The only not so good thing is the temperature in the storage unit area. Its so hot and the amount of sweat, in just 15 minutes isn't healthy so I couldn't stay as long as I desired one Saturday, to go through and prepare items for movers. Check in process for storage took over 45 minutes.. after I had reserved via phone prior. The storage unit lock mechanism doesn't work properly, you have to stand on the doors pull down handle to get the slide to work. The unit had something very greasy stored prior that was never cleaned. We covered in an old blanket.
