After endless phone verifications, 20 minutes of trying, and even making an account we still could not register that we had dropped it off. The web designers should be ashamed and have a lot of work to do.
melanie S.I had to have both 5x8 trailer tires replaced due to rubber coming off down to cord. Tire guy stated that they have not been replaced in many years. Good thing I always check tires at each fuel-up or I might have been stuck out on the highway for many hours. TAKE CARE OF YOUR EQUIPMENT. I AM NOT YOUR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN!!!!

ShaRhonda T.Better customer service I scheduled in bunkie because of the hard time bunkie gave me. I had it moved to Alexandria Louisiana. Few days later I get a text it was moved to pollock location so I called to move it bk to Alexandria changing trailers and everything. Told bunkie I needed to pick up Friday and use equipment until Saturday. Looked online noticed he put the rental for six hours call back to change that. Listening to me would have prevented this he says oh it'll be $65 plus $8 insurance I agree give my card information. Get to Alexandria card not showing on file fee $75 because bunkie location didn't explain its a additional hold on prepaid cards. Again no explanation I agree to the fees now I'm waiting on the hold fee to return to my card. Ridiculous for a first time rental hope if it's a next time it's better. I did more calling and changing then anything and when pollock was scheduled online it still showed Alexandria location. When i called for changes one out of many times the rep had a Romana Lopez pulled up wrong phone number and everything
APRIL J.I reserved a 20 foot truck a week prior and was told the day before that I could only get a 15 foot truck. I also reserved an appliance dolly. When we arrived to pick up the truck, I was told that there weren't ANY dollies of any kind available.
Chester P.I was disappointed that I put fule in the truck someone change the amount of fule in the truck from a half of a tank to 3/4 I took a picture of my fule hand before I took the truck. It showed only half tank.
John B.Despite making a reservation for a cargo trailer, your system changed it to a utility trailer. This is the third time it happened. Also, your system changed my pick up location to a city over an hour away. Lastly, your webpage would not allow me to do the after hours drop off because it “timed out.†Then you charged me $20.00 because your website didn't work.

Jason B.Pick up the vehicle this morning. The attended never did say there was gonna be a text to check your vehicle out. She just said look at your vehicle I did that. They are no signs saying that you're walk-through is on a app. Look at the vehicle driving down the highway and it was not on full tank of gas. Only drove the vehicle 70 some miles. When he put the vehicle on full and it was over $43.97. When you explain to the attendant that the vehicle was not returned on full. They come explain the means that I was supposed to do it online in the app. They are no signs in the store explaining it and no one said that it was in the app. That is just bad communication between customer and attendant.

GWENDOLYN L.As mentioned above, I ordered a dolly but it was not supplied. This location said that they couldn't do anything other than mark it as zero and couldn't refund me the $10 that I had paid. I was told to refer to the pick up location. Where I explain to them that it was just an old rundown car wash. No one was there. I tried calling U-Haul‘s dispatch and they told me that I needed to take it up with the drop off location. All it was was me running in circles. I mentioned the gas being off on the truck but was told that nothing could be done. I was told to call the same number that I did previously.

CHARLOTTE M.The lady was rude and accused me of not answering her calls. Actually, I returned the voicemail, and was transferred to 3 different remote operators who knew nothing about my rental. Wasted 30 minutes of my day. Turns out, renting online really doesn't secure anything, even though they had my credit card to secure payment. It's a poor system overall.

The the right fender had no damage and was about 5-6 inches from tire. Before leaving , I asked for a wrench. They gave me some pliers which I used to bend fender corner away from tire. After loading, I barely closed rear door. After unload, the rear door would not close.

Trina T. | Overall ExperienceWent in to obtain a storage bought the storage was told office would close at 5 and I needed a special lock. Went bought the lock and a few of my things and was back maybe 3:20. I unpacked all my things loaded them on the cart and proceed upstairs to my storage. I get to the storage and there is a lock already on it. I was already tired and hot from packing unpacking and walking upstairs to the storage. I made several attempts to call the front off both my personal phones and the call button for someone to answer no one ever did. After five minutes of calling I gave up left my items unattended and walked to the front hoping if I left my car no one would take my things. No employee is to be found I walk back to my car push my stuff on the cart to the door said forget it walked back to the front for a refund and explained the situation. They were okay with giving me a refund but I needed my debit card I walked back to my car packed all of my things drove to the front and was finally given a refund. I hated my experience. If someone buys a storage it's UHauls place to make sure everything is ready for that person who's spending money especially if they have to walk up a flight of stairs
