LUTHER HWhen I picked up the 1st trailer it had a loading door; which was great bc I could unload by myself at my destination. After leaving Alexandria Uhaul I was called on the phone asked to. come back bc I was given the wrong trailer. The next trailer given didn't have the loading door. Of course I was told their error. Just made my off load a lot more difficult
LEIGH MThe loading ramp was not functioning properly and required roadside assistance soon after I drove the truck to the apartment to begin loading it. I asked if I could just return the truck for another (there were 2 others on site), and the rental location said "NO" and I should to call roadside assistance to get it repaired. This delayed us for over 3 hours, and reduced the amount of help I had available due to other commitments. The truck should not have been rented without fixing the issue prior to issuing it to a customer. Furthermore, when we got to our final destination, we had the same problem again with the ramp, and it became completely unattached to the truck when we tried to pull it out.
ANTHONY YFirst rate experience. The trailer was not new but well maintained. Service was efficient, and the price was fair.
Dan MIf there's any issue to discuss, it wasn't with the people at the local U-Haul location but more so with the individual who called me from U-Haul trying to close the deal on renting an enclosed trailer. All they wanted was my credit card number to secure the trailer and absolutely would NOT listen to me when I explained that I DID NOT want the 6' X 12' trailer. I told her over and over that what I was interested in was the 5' x 8' trailer. She presented MANY trial closes to me but nearly lost the sale because she just would not listen. In the end, I finally got the trailer I was interested in and the trailer worked well for what I needed.
Todd CFemale associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. Younger male associate who checked in returned equipment didn't act as though he wanted to work. He was bordering on rude.

TONY HI hope the guys name was Richard, he had 4 daughters…. I cannot tell you how helpful he was !! He went way out of his way to help me as my trailer breaks where not working correctly and he helped me resolve the issue .. As a business owner I would love to have him work for me! Thank you !!
HAL PBe honest with people when reserving equipment. Don't tell them they can pay in cash if your policy is to charge a credit card. Listen to your customers! Schedule the miles and dates appropriately to what the renter requested. Do not short change your customers rental by 100 miles and 12 hours of use. Train your managers to complete customer complaints. FOLLOW UP on promised manager calls when scheduling and payments complai to are filed by customers

ASHLEY KBecause they wanted to charge me had I not ask for what and repeated over and over again that I pick up and drop off time was 3 o clock but I was coming from a small town and I was a BLACK WOMEN wanted to charge me 88 dollars and they never spoke to me when I can in so that tells something but GodBless

JUSTIN LJacob (I think was his name) was great and very professional. He installed my equipment and got me hooked up quickly. I think the person who helped when I returned name was Jimmy. He was super professional. He checked everything out and was able to unhook the trailer and back it into its space for me since I wasn't sure if I'd be able to back it up while hooked up. Overall, it was a great experience. Will return if I need a trailer again.
Tyesha CThe sales person that waited on me was rude. He was not polite. He never said "Thank you". When he brought my truck, he got out of the drive seat and just walked away. No comments, no instructions, no thank you, nothing. I just spent $175 so that he could have a job. The least he could do is say thank you

JAMES WRefresh spray for vehicles. Mine smelled like a dirty ashtray when I got it. It was clean though.

KEVY TContract was not explained when I extended my contract. I was charged $146.00 for 6 hours more. Didn't know that it will be daily fee for extension of cargo port , U-Haul. My contract was just extended. Not happy.

RICHARD OWell you need to work on your customer service representatives that run the location. I had returned the vehicle before time and put the keys in the drop box. The lady manager calls me next day and starts asking about the truck like where is it. I mention that I had returned the truck in time and it should be there. So she cuts the call and in a few minutes I get a receipt in which I had been charged for an extra day. I call back and let her know that I had returned the truck in time but she seemed a little unprofessional and took her time to solve my issue. On top of that, not even once did she say sorry or apologize for the inconvenience that her fault had caused. Firstly I am at work and you call and have a very bossy tone demanding for your truck. And then when you overcharge me, and I have to call you to fix the issue, you act like you are doing me a favor. Very unprofessional behavior. Please train your managers in customer service.

Because of the wrong hours being posted I wasted my time, and another individuals. They need to correctly display access hours because you cannot access it up to 10:00 p.m. as it says. You can only access until 7 p.m. Please correct that for future individuals so they have the correct information.

Trina T | Overall ExperienceWent in to obtain a storage bought the storage was told office would close at 5 and I needed a special lock. Went bought the lock and a few of my things and was back maybe 3:20. I unpacked all my things loaded them on the cart and proceed upstairs to my storage. I get to the storage and there is a lock already on it. I was already tired and hot from packing unpacking and walking upstairs to the storage. I made several attempts to call the front off both my personal phones and the call button for someone to answer no one ever did. After five minutes of calling I gave up left my items unattended and walked to the front hoping if I left my car no one would take my things. No employee is to be found I walk back to my car push my stuff on the cart to the door said forget it walked back to the front for a refund and explained the situation. They were okay with giving me a refund but I needed my debit card I walked back to my car packed all of my things drove to the front and was finally given a refund. I hated my experience. If someone buys a storage it's UHauls place to make sure everything is ready for that person who's spending money especially if they have to walk up a flight of stairs
