The location and customer service was great! Uhaul as a company was terrible. I reserved a Uhaul, confirmed the day before, got there and some random person in Arizona had cancelled it. Someone had cancelled the other customer's who was there at the same time as me. Neither of us had any notification they were doing so. It took me 2 hours to actually get a Uhaul when I had one reserved. Again, this wasn't the location's fault. They were wonderful helping me find another.

I received my 15 foot truck, ready to go. Only issue is that the dolly was disconnected at arrival. I did not use it or need it and still got charged the $7.00. I guess it's my fault for not checking inside the storage compartment. But also it was freezing out and just wanted to get to my location.

Horrible customer service. One service agent said my gas level was fine. The other insisted I had to drive and put TWO DOLLARS of gas in the truck to make it to the line (which it was at May I add), or I would have a 40 dollar service charge and 10 dollars in gasoline charge. Horrible and I would never go back and will never be using U-Hahl again.

The location is undergoing renovation, so it is understandable that things are a bit disorganized. However, I waited several minutes in the drop off area where it said to wait with your vehicle. I finally went inside. I suggested to the manager that he should put a sign up to let people know they need to come all the way around the building and inside to return the vehicle he said he was not authorized to put up a sign. I certainly hope your company would consider empowering their employees to make good decisions to improve customer service.

Your employee Isaiah is a keeper. He gave us great service when we picked up the trailer. When we dropped it off I hooked up my personal trailer and it had no lights. Within 10 minutes he diagnosed the problem to a fuse, replaced it, and we were on our way. What an asset he is to U-Haul.

The vehicles windshield wipers didn’t work properly. The truck shook real bad at anything over 55 MPH. The check engine light came on. And the worst thing was the god awful smell that came out of the heat vents. Like rodent died in there or something. We use your vehicles often with no issues. This time it was horrible

Every time I have used this location, I have had problems. If I had other choices, I would never use uhaul again. I’ve been over charged the last 3 times I’ve used them. Very unprofessional employees. The equipment has been fine, but the overall experiences have been extremely unpleasant.

I came on a Saturday to move my things out of storage and rented a truck for 6:30 p.m., only for the storage place to be closed at 7 and now I’m out of a truck and can’t get my things removed.

Although the van was clean as no dents or dings. There was a problem with the key and ignition. We stopped to put gas in the van,turned off the van and took the key out of the ignition. Could not get the key back in the ignition. We called the number on the contract and were shuffled back and forth to other person's after 20 minutes of trying to start the van up and blocking a usable gas pump we finally got it started. Brought it back and didn't mention it because we just didn't care at that point I guess we were mad because if there was a problem with key and ignition we should have been told ahead of time how to resolve it if it happened

The location was very good. Uhauls process was very poor. The computer systems weren't working which made it take more time than needed. Also due to Uhuals poor planning I had to be upgraded to a larger trailer which cost me more tolls and more gas.

The staff didn't mention what was included and what will be billed later. I was charged for pads and dolly .

When I arrived with my helpers we found the storage room that I paid for locked. I was not given a key to access it. I had assumed that the key must have been on the same ring with the truck key but it was not. Luckily security came and removed the lock after verifying my paperwork. I was very disappointed that I was left without a key. The office was closed. I would have had to pay my helpers for another day. I was going to lock the door of the truck and return the next day. Other than that the young lady was very helpful, I'm sure it was just an oversight on her part about the key. I would not want her to get in hot water because of this, just remind her to be more careful.

Very disappointed I was charged a full extra day. I used the after hour app to return the trailer which was easy and convenient. I was charge a full extra day which does not make sense because I returned before next business day and my 24 hour period ended after closing time. Please respond Thanks Gregg Tomani

The person renting the truck before us was due to have it returned on 8/4/19 at 8:50am. Our reservation was scheduled for pickup at 9am. I first do not think that a 10-minute window is enough time in between appointments. I was extremely angry to be told UPON ARRIVAL to the pickup location that the person wasn't there yet. In my opinion, a phone call should have been placed to me to notify me - I could have done another errand during the 45+ minutes I waited at UHaul. The staff was nice however made excuses for the customer, stating she was "a regular" and doesn't usually do this. I would hope that this customer was charged whatever late fee would be associated with a late drop off.

The worst experience ever!!! I am not complaining the service from the specific location but Uhaul itself. It keeps charging me additional costs. You will finally pay a way more than what you expected.

Your receptionist on the phone didn’t know you have trucks for 3 passengers. The first location I was assigned to on Jefferson Avenue had a truck that was dirty and tires that were worn. I was told all trucks are dirty. The salesman was accommodating and he found another location for us. The information given to me was not completely forthcoming. I was told the price was one price then I was told another price later.

The lady I dealt with handled the situation considering, however there was a very long wait from the time I walked in until I left. The computer systems were freezing, one girl didn’t know what she to as doing so the lady helping me was trying to do both things. The trailer lights were working (they knew ahead of time) and simply needed a new wire assembly. Staff was friendly but the whole process was chaotic.

Had a poor experience to say the least. Not enough space within this box to list the inefficiencies, and lack of customer service. Spoke with Tom, the area mgr, and that went nowhere. Poor management!

Had multiple issues scheduling delivery of our UBox. We called multiple times to try to schedule delivery. It was delayed several days. Tried to leave alternate phone # multiple times to no avail.
