JOSEPH RThough the instructions were pretty clear in the app, if dropping off after hours just letting customer know to visit the website or app in advance when covering pick-up.
Jeremy PWhen I returned my U-Haul the person doing check out did not ask me 1 question, or even look at the truck. i was concerned that perhaps they could say I didn't bring it back so I took a video to prove it.
DD JThe computers were slow and I had to wait 50 minutes until one customer ahead of me was processed. Even though I made the online reservation except my driver license. While I was waiting two other customers left.
ARMAND TI won't recommend UHaul overall as the 3 people I spoke with on the phone were lazy and 100% worthless- accept the last last I spoke with who seemed to care. As for the other well they sick! The Gus at the lambert were kind and helpful!

LUCAS DOn Sunday, 12/29 I returned, dropped off the 15ft truck to the same location I rented it. The only clerk I saw was busy with a customer. I was then instructed by the clerk to leave the keys on the sun visor of the truck and he would check in the truck and I'd receive my receipt in appx 10min. A day later I check the app and the rental was showing "Active". Placed a call to store and no phone answer by anyone there. Marcie in customer service helped me by placing a call, getting someone to confirm the truck is there and a receipt would finally be sent to me.

MARCOS SWaited for over 10 minute in the office for someone to come in and assist me. The 2 staff members (1 of which was the GM) were rude and talking about former employees and what they were having for lunch directly in front of me while we waited for my contract to be print. Upon rental return again waited for over 15 minutes and no one came to the office. Called the office line and was transferred to the call center since no one was available to pick up the call. Marcie in the call center was fabulous. Customer service in the La Habra office needs vast improvement. I will not return to this location and will not be recommending it to friends for this reason.

CHRISTINA TU-Haul should top off the fuel on their entire fleet and require customers to turn in vehicles with a full tank of gas. It's inefficient and time consuming for the next customer to have to start their rental fueling the truck they just rented.
David WI've been to this location a couple of times for moving needs and every single person I've dealt with has been great. The service is top notch. When I've thrown them a curve ball where I was reserved for X, but I suddenly need Y - they have been able to easily pivot to accommodate my needs. The Lambert location will be my go to for all my moving needs from here on out. 5 Gold Stars and a handful of glitter.
RANDAL KThe manager didn't give me a furniture cart but charged me $12 for it… The truck is excellent, it reached its destination without any problems.

ANDREW AWhen I opened my box with kitchen items such as plates and serving bowls, I found mouse feces and urine. This was uncomfortable knowing my personal belongings were exposed to these toxic and potentially deadly substances.

RANDAL KThere was only one person taking orders and helping customers. It took a very long time to be waited on. The van was not clean. The windshield was filthy and it was hard to see when driving with the sun shining in your eyes! a safety hazard. The bed was full of broken glass. I had to sweep it out, so I would not get cut! Another safety issue. I expected a clean van.
CARMEN AOn a Friday afternoon you need more than 1 person working the entire place. Poor gal was inundated with about 10 customers all at once and no one around to help her. She handled it well but the situation was not ok.

TERRY SJust a helpful Observation- Apparent;y, the sliding door on the back of the truck had been painted recently. We had to struggle to get the back door open to load the truck.
HEIDI KThe location was fine. I reserved in BREA and then they moved me to LA Habra. I had to pay extra mileage for that. Don't accept a reservation for trucks you don't have.
RAYMOND PEveryone was friendly, and helpful. However the website urls sent by the system did not work on android chrome browser or firefox. They didnt work in incognito mode or full screen (non-mobile mode). They also didnt work on the company guest wi-fi or my 5G wireless connection, even though several other sites worked fine. Seems the urls didnt have SSL certificates (they were only http). Please have your IT team fix this thanks!

Brenda RDavid helped me get my unit with the assistance of Raphael and they're supervisor Cameron who's not there on the scene but readily available my phone call when we came into a situation which was resolved and taken care of all without me having to be there. They were wonderful, especially David. Still a little surprised that there was no elevator to reach the second floor

Thomas C | Overall ExperienceOver the course of a 18 months that I had a storage room at this location my overall experience was not bad. The reason I am selecting Below Average is the people that work in the office are a hit or miss. One of my family members also has a storage unit at this location, they upgraded their storage unit to a larger one and when they did that, the people working their front desk cancelled my unit because we share the same last name. I could not comprehend how a mistake like this was possible. Also, my specific storage unit had a lot of termites in the back corner, as I removed boxes on the last day I notified the folks working at the front desk. My hope is that whoever rents that unit next, doesn't have that same termite issue.

Also on the 1st floor you can consider those helpful carts ment to get you're stuff to the unit unless. To get to most of the bottom floor there is a step-down which makes the carts pointless.
