I highly recommend this location. It's a full service UHaul location, pretty central to many locations in Memphis. They had lots of trucks, and everything you could think of in the store. Great customer service as well. Thanks, Uhaul, for making another stressful moving day go smoothly!

Well the truck i had was not in good driveable condition it kelpt pulling tovthe left like it needed a front wheel alignment on it but other than that the service was great and the employees are the best

I originally reserved online for a different location. When I arrived at that location and after waiting maybe 15 minutes I was told that they were overbooked and didn’t have a truck I asked about the $50 reservation guarantee. They told me to ask at the location that they sent me to which ended up being the Lamar location. When I got to the Lamar location I was told to ask the other location. Alto did end up at truck from another location. I was inconvenienced

Staff is over worked and short staffed. Return of my rental took way longer than it should. It almost appeared to me that the young lady helping me was going to have a nervous breakdown. Overall the location was clean but the checkout process took too long.

We rent from this location almost every weekend and they provide consistent service. Check out/in is smooth. I appreciate the service we receive from Kailyn regularly as she gets us in and out quickly, the receipt is always sent promptly and matches what is expected. Thanks!

They did not install a ball to the u-haul hatch. Therefore, on the day of travel I had to run around to find the ball that will fit my car (costing another 50). They should have installed this or at least given me the option on the day I had the hatch installed. I could not use it without the hatch. I was really angry on the day of travel. I simply wanted to leave, but had to run around and find a ball.

My overall experience was excellent. I have always gone there for my moving needs and I they have always exceeded my expectations. First off y’all can improve by not booking people so close together with the same size trucks, and then when a person don’t show up on time as scheduled that leaves the next person short on getting there house moved properly so I think that’s an inconvenience for others.

I reserved a truck and a dolly. When i arrived the young lady said we don't have anymore. I said again but i reserved one.She had a bad attitude. She didn't apologize for my inconvenience. I put $15 worth of gas in the truck.The employee said i said put. 2 gallons. I was so nervous and upset . I am an older disabled lady and as a customer i deserve to be treated better. Oh you can put my $10. For my gas Back on my debit card. Thanks. I rented. the truck friday 3-8-19. and i brought it back that same day. Initially i was supposed to bring it back Saturday 3-9-19

I was very disappointed that this location does not have a camera attached to the same equipment that takes my information. It made me very uncomfortable that employers had to take a picture in their personal phone. This is ghetto, ridiculous, and pathetic for a business that makes money continuously everyday in our community. Fix this problem fast.

Have rented from this facility for 7-8 weeks in a row for something I do on Sundays. 3 of those weeks equipment was either not made ready, although an online reservation was made in advance or, like this past weekend, I arrived and retrieved the keys that were available in the designated drop box. However, the keys left were for a different truck. I was on a tight timeline so I had to drive to midtown and then come back to the Lamar facility a second time when the correct truck was pulled up. Jessie has been very helpful every weekend for the past 4 weekends to either have the truck and equipment ready or he has come down early on Sunday mornings to correct the issues that were left by someone else. May use this location in the future because they typically have trucks available; however, I plan to try some other locations and may not return if I find a different location with consistent service.

The young lady that handled our pick up and drop off was very courteous and helpful. She explained certain aspects that I inquired about with no hesitation. The best experience I have had by far with the company.

Inform the customer that if no vehicles are available, they can go online and make reservations. Don't assume that they know, because it could be their first time renting.

I had a lot of things lost/damaged due to mold growth in just a few short months. But if it were not for that very important fact, I would give it a higher rating. Management was AWESOME!

Storage place is awful anybody can go in, unit was to small, very inconvenient, to much money, they changed my storage place at the last minute from union to Lamar didn't upgrade my unit when I change
