The woman who waited on me provided Courteous, Exemplary, and Smooth service. I was quite impressed with her. However, the woman who was on duty with her had EGREGIOUSLY HORRIBLE HYGIENE!! She COUGHED PROFUSELY in â€˜HER HAND' With a CHRONIC COUGH sounding like PNEUMONIA or COVID, a GUTTERAL and GROWLING SOUND, BUT REFUSED TO USE THE LARGE BOTTLE of HAND SANITIZER that was RIGHT in FRONT of her!!! I NEVER SPOKE about it but stepped out of line and GENTLY NUDGED the SANITIZER RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER!! She REFUSED to USE IT!! She thanked me and told me that she could HANDLE the situation. There was a LINE FULL OF CUSTOMERS who looked APPALLED at the woman's DEFIANCE and IGNORANCE!! NOT TO MENTION HER GERMS! The woman NEVER USED THE SANITIZER but continued to TOUCH and HANDLE paperwork, and machines (computer, calculator, etc.) On Monday, I attempted to contact the General Manager but was able to speak with the President in the St. Louis area, Mr. Langford, who happened to be at that location.GWENDOLYN A.

It took an hour to pick up my truck after having to wait in line twice to talk to someone at the counter. The first issue was I reserved a 20' truck but was assigned a 26'. This should never have happened. After waiting in a line six people long, Carlos was very friendly and helpful in correcting the issue and getting me the truck size I needed. However, the system didn't fully update my reservation details so when I went out to inspect damage/enter mileage it was still set to the old 26' truck. I went back inside and waited in another long line to get this issue fixed, but again Carlos was very nice to work with.Abby I.

I have been soliciting U-Haul for at least 10 years, for at least the last five years or better your manager Rhonda as well as the rest of the team has always made sure back everything was intact and that I understood each situation and Circumstance and what was available to me! Rhonda has been explicitly wonderful and making sure that my orders was right oh, that the equipment was always clean and ready for me when I needed it, making sure that I was comfortable with each and every situation and Rental transaction! When she got hired they did a phenomenal job even when she's not well she's still available and make sure the customers and client understands the policy and the rental activity! The process of getting the van was not as simple as I would like. The assigned van was not on the lot, and I didn't realize my contact had to be confirmed right away. However, my experience with the customer service at the desk was top notch. I liked this location right off the highway. Plenty of options for whatever you need. Very helpful staff that showed me how to attach and unattach the trailer, as well as helped me trouble shoot some issues with the truck hitch, and find the right part in thier store to fix it Thanks guysmicheal L.
The employees at this location were friendly and helpful but they had to apologize because they didn't have enough equipment to provide me the appliance dolley I had reserved through the online site. I was not mad at them but it sufficiently added to my stress and work that day and cost me more to find appropriate equipment to move the large appliance i was moving.Melissa O.

I was scheduled to pick my van up at 6:00am. Got there early. Your 24 app wasn't working. Didn't recognize my reservation #. Got a hold of customer service 45 mins later, they couldn't help, but transfer me to hold about the same time. Had to miss worship service because of this delay. For one the â€œgas creditâ€ is a scam. Make us think we'll get a discount but the bath is done perfectly where think you'll break even and have to use my, unpaid non employee, time to fill the tank for you in hopes of the discount. Absolutely terrible and infuriating. The after hours parking lot in which I had to return the truck was scary. There were a bunch of people drinking and partying in they're non uhaul trucks. I got so scared I forgot to fill out my return vehicle and now I'm worried I'll be charged even more.Brandi W.

Perhaps the person who gives you the keys to the vehicle could mention the online check out process to alert you of after hour proecedures. Even though you had notes at the key drop box I was so tired I just put keys in the box before reading. My bad, but since it was my first time renting a little heads up when picking up the vehicle and asking about doing after hour drop off.Lynn J.
I rented thru the Uhaul online website. Although it was relatively easy there are glitches that need improvement. Too many pop ups to add rental units etc that were confusing.Alex M.
Know where the vehicle and tow trailer are and not walk around looking for them and getting the wrong ones. Also learn how to secure a car on a trailer. They tighten the straps crooked on one side. It was so messed up the return place had to cut the straps with a knife to get the car off.David T.

We had many issues when checking in that resulted in the employee needing to cancel and remake reservation. We were instructed to pickup truck that day and trailer the day we were actually leaving town, this seemed like a great idea except for when we went to pickup trailer the employee told me the trailer had been canceled, luckily there was 1 available on the lot but due to the supposed day of rental it was twice the price. The manager ended up matching our original price, thank you! Then it took over an hour to get the car trailer hooked up to the truck. While the employee hooking up the trailer was extremely friendly, there was no organization or communication between employees to help this process more quicker. In the end, we spent almost 2 hours at Uhaul when this should have taken an hour or less.Adina H.

Everyone was friendly and the equipment was good. The man who originally gave us the keys was awesome. However, when I returned the vehicle the man who checked it back in was on the phone while interacting with me and on top of that made a comment that was extremely inappropriate and made me feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE about my looks. He was making those comments in a very sexual way that made me feel extremely uncomfortable and harassed. I was sending clear body language I was uncomfortable and the man continued making me feel this way until my dad came to check on me. I will not be returning to this location and I will be telling all my female friends to steer clear as well. To the other employees, thanks for the great costumer service.Maleah F.

It rained during my move and there was a massive leak in the "mother's attic". Two of my boxes full of books were soaked, and the books are ruined (40+ books). I mentioned it to to the guys in the drop off area and they blew me off. Won't be coming there again.Zachary S.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to UHaul. No staff Informs you up front what is involved in using the app to drop your truck after hours. I was only told there was a key drop box for for after hours. They don't even tell you about the link. So you are busy loading and mo ing when you get this text with a vague link one may or may not feel inclined to click on. Fortunately, because I have a friend who was double charged for a truck in the past I decided I should click on the link. There is a long drawn out process requiring multiple photos. The sample photo of the odometer clearly shows all the numbers. They must have pulled the steering wheel before they took that shot because it is impossible to take a photo that includes both the tip and the bottom of the numbers. The app was incredibly flawed and I had to keep entering the same data over and over to get it to accept it. The video suggested it would take 15 minutes or less to do the auto completion. It took an HOUR! Worst of all, despite having already being charged when I picked the truck up and the payment had already cleared at my bank, they requested consent to charge my card again!!!. How many people take the time on moving day to check to see of their payment has cleared? How many just assume the charge didn't go through yet? I declined to accept the charge. It provided an explanation box and I stated I had already paid. I was told an agent would cobtact me the following day. That was 3 days ago. All of got was this stupid survey. Oh, and to make matters worse, if you foolishly believe UHaul works like the old days and you just drop your truck when you are done you will get screwed. If you don't send all the stupid photos and complete the process they charge an additional 20 bucks! I tried to warn the couple who pulled onto the lot after me, it while I was explaining to one person the other parked the truck and dropped the keys in the box. Kind of hard to take photos of the inside of the cab and hauling space when you've already dropped the keys in the lockbox! This couple obviously got screwed out of 20 bucks. Uhaul has turned into a bunch of intentionally scamming money grabbers. Renters beware.joyce G.

The lady who helped me was great. She gave me her full and undefined attention even though they had a lot going on. The first unit I reserved the door would not latch so I had to get the next size storage unit. The next unit had 2 locks on it so unfortunately I was not able to have that unit. I've had my things moved out since the 26th and for whatever reason, yesterday I received a call asking me to pay for that unit. I did not like the second floor the lights did not turn on and it look like all the storage units was old and dirty. I was forced to buy two units because the elevators are super small and my unit was on the 6 floor I could not fit couches and a few other items on the elevator witch made me have to rent a second unit just for the items in the basement so now I'm paying 134 per month for one unit on the 6 floor and 80 for another on the basement just because the elevator was to smallAlan O. | First Impressions

The staff at this storage facility were all helpful, and made move in day as easy as possible despite my circumstances. However, the building is a little outdated, and the elevators are very small. The staff here tried their best to find a new solution for us, but ultimately the moving crew that I hired had to carry my 2-piece sectional up 6 flights of stairs, which caused my moving cost to be much more expensive than I had planned (and hard labor for the movers). ** If you have large pieces to store I would suggest a facility with a freight elevator. ** Aside from the elevator size, I would recommend this facility, overall a clean and secure center.Rachel J. | First Impressions
