Jessica was wonderful in helping me with the reservation process, buying boxes and answering my questions. Facility was great, though the elevators aren’t freight elevators which made moving some items a little trickier. If the return of a vehicle intended for me is behind, then I should be given options to get similar vehicles at the same price, or be discounted the difference of a more expensive available vehicle so I could get my rental on time. The only complaint is that there is not enough employees. One or two is not enough for such a busy storage. Everything about the facility is great except for the leaky ceiling on the top floor and the size of the elevator. I have had to prolong my move because my furniture cannot fit into the elevator and I am on the 3rd floor. The staff was very good though.UDEME S. | Online Move In

I received a text message at 10:13 am Monday, September 12, 2022, instructing me to drop the truck off at 3410 South Galena Street in Denver even thought I picked it up about 9:30 am at 615 South Havana Street in Aurora. Why I was told to drop the truck at a different location than the one I picked it up at was strange. Then when I decide to look at my bank account and see an ADDITIONAL charge of $148.91 I was shocked. I dropped the truck at the location I was given on my phone why I'm being charged an additional day, wrong drop point, and additional insurance charge is incorrect and I need to be credited for $148.91. I'll be honest. Love the whole system other than the whole, we need to call an alternate contact to verify some BS. I get it's to stop fraudulent rentals but, how could that prevent anything just list your homie who is in on the scam as your contact and the silly little system is easily duped. Slapping my face with my palm right now cuz it was super silly to have to stand there and text my mom, â€œhey can you answer a call from uhaul for me?â€ Actually stupid, but the whole take pictures to verify everything is fine is a great system in this day and age of mobile phone domination.Michael B.

I don't know if I was charged extra because of this, I hope not, since I complied with all the requirements, and it wasn't my fault that the app was crashing constantly on getting my location. Manager could not find my reservation in her system and was not able to get us the storage unit that we had reserved. Thankfully she had a different one available at a smaller size. If she hadn't had a different one available, we would have been screwed, for a lack a of a better word.
