Although the van was reasonably new, the control knob for the climate control system was missing. The system was left in the off position and it couldn't be changed. It was very disappointing that no A/C or even the fan could be utilized due to this miss by the Uhaul team. At a minimum, the team should have recognized the issue and apologized for the lack of A/C. It was 90 degrees and sunny so the lack of the climate control system made driving in the vehicle unpleasant. This is my second recent Uhaul rental with an issue.Matthew W.

U-Haul online registration is a joke. Made the reservations 10 days in advance. Called two days prior to confirm all details. Arrive as reserved to find out no trailer. U-Haul did cancel the reservation and issued a new one across town (30 minute drive) and 3 hours later than our plans. Terrible service!Scott G.

During pick up the staff ignored me for 15 minutes..y reservation had been moved from my preferred location to Jolly/cedar location and I accepted it. The person checking me in told me I was in the wrong place. I had to explain the switch before he'd give me a trailer. He was more concerned about talking to a coworker than me. After hook up he said that I was ready to go, I took it upon myself to look in the trailer and found a appliance dolly, he was surprised by this. If I hadn't looked inside I would have had a free dolly. This is not a location I'll be returning to.mark D.

When I was dropping off my equipment rental inside the store, I watched as a couple tried to flag down an employee because their keycard to get into the storage building stopped working. They were in the middle of bringing a truckload of stuff into their storage locker. The employee was very dismissive, essentially saying that the keycards were working for other people and it should be working. He went on to say call the maintenance number and the couple said that they had multiple times with no answer. He then basically brushed them off saying "I don't know what to tell you, it should work. Keep calling them". I don't know if they ever resolved the couple's issue but it was galling how little your employees either cared/where trained to handle technical difficulties like thisNicole T.

This location is better than the others. I did have problems with the trailer as it felt like it was pulling on my car. I have towed larger/ heavier trailers and they have never caused an issue. I did manage to make it work but having to be overly careful with the UHaul trailer..... That is fine and all, however, when I called the store less then 5min after having the trailer no on picked up and i was on hold for 30 mins before hanging up. If a guest needs to reach out to the store front is should be relatively easy to do so.Sophie M.

When i received the truck there was damage to the side of the truck. It didn't make it in operable but still damaged. There was suppose to be packing blankets in the back but there wasnt. Then on top of that your system attempted to make me pay for gas had barely used and had replaced back to the same condition i received it. Don't allow the option to reserve a specific sized truck online at this location if there are going to be none available at the pick up time that was given. We were led to believe from our online reservation that a 26' truck would be ready for us and was reserved for 2 days. We arrived and all that was left was a 10' truck for less than 24hrs. I moved a bunch of stuff because I was building a home and had to sell mine. My move in date for my new build had changed 3 times in 4 months and kept getting pushed back. Jordan was extremely accommodating and understanding. When I brought some heavy weight equipment to the storage unit, Tarale, helped me a ton. I went into the Cedar/Jolly location a year and a half to two years ago and it seemed like an unorganized mess. I was hesitant to go back but it’s the most convenient one. I was beyond pleased with the difference in cleanliness, customer service, and overall organization that I saw. Huge change from a year and a half ago! I was a little apprehensive about my things being safe at this store due to location but Jordan Martin took me to where my belongings would be held and showed me how secure the area was and that everything is under surveillance. Jordan was so friendly, personable, and reassuring which made me feel safe. I will be coming here for future services and also be recommending this location to everyone!!! Excellent job!!!!
