My first order was cancelled somehow. I choose 5pm pickup and when I went to go get it they couldn't gibs them order. I was charged twice. I will be calling to refund the first reservation as it wasn't ever picked up.

Ruben A.I had a great experience. The only suggestion I could make would be to always provide the vehicle with a full tank of gas. Filling a gas tank up to a certain level can be challenging. I was to fill mine up to 3/4 full but went well beyond that. It is hard to judge from outside the vehicle without stopping and starting, stopping and starting. The service at this facility was excellent.

Roger R.The person who picked up the containers did not enter the delivery address as instructed. They entered the UBox hub and that they would he emptied and picked up from the hub. This created a huge problem for the UBox hub in Corvallis and Eugene and myself. The matter was resolved but not without tremendous stress and phone calls from me to the company. I would like a refund. I had to pay almost $300 for delivery to the Oregon address In Waldport from the hub in Corvallis.

Stephanie E.I chose U-haul to transport some lumber to my home. The cost was reasonable and the online reservation was easy. I arrived at the location to pick up a trailer. Upon entering, I was not greeted or acknowledged. I waiting approximately 5 min for a representative to address me. We completed the paperwork and I was told to go look for the trailer number and they would meet me out there to connect the trailer. Once the representatives got to the trailer I saw one of them was vaping with a strong smell of marijuana. No judgement, just not professional. Upon returning to the store I waited in the parking lot for over 45 min for someone to disconnect the trailer. They were notified when I first arrived and approximately 10 min later. If I walk into a store and I don't get waited on for 10 min I'm going to be irritated. If I walk into a store and someone greets me with “Hi, welcome to U-haul. I will be with you in just a minute†and then I waiting 10 minutes….I'm fine. Good customer service is paramount. I would definitely use U-haul again if needed; however, I will choose an alternate location. Gracias por tu tiempo.

gladys P.I was moving on a weekend and went to the store nearest my new home in Holt Mi located in South Lansing. Even with a reservation done weeks in advance it took more than an hour for the locale to find my U Box. The UBox had a hole in the side of it, was full of trash and wet from the rain coming in the hole. I refused the box. The staff made me stand in the drive for another 1/2 hour while they filled propane tanks before I finally gave up. I told two different people to cancel me out and have then spent the last six months refusing the $100+ charge that I keep getting on my Amex card even though I've called the store three times to correct it. Even though I was disgusted with the South Cedar Lansing operation, I needed a box for moving that weekend so I drove clear across town to the North Cedar location that I had done business with in the past. Very competent operation in North Lansing. They got me a UBox and blankets, (a clean one), I filled it sent it on to North Fort Myers where I retrieved it two weeks later and everything was fine. Can't believe how good the North Lansing operation is and how pathetic the South Lansing operation is. You've invested a great deal of money in three locales in South Lansing. Now you need to invest in some capable people.

I was a little apprehensive about my things being safe at this store due to location but Jordan Martin took me to where my belongings would be held and showed me how secure the area was and that everything is under surveillance.
