This location is knowing for stealing money for mileage: I was scammed. They never informed asked me about the number of miles I need for my travel, instead they entered an amount without mentioning it and later charged me for extra

Well I have a family emergency my father fell and broke his hip in Odem Texas. They had a uhual dealer there I went to them and explained the situation they said no problem. I had to rent another uhual a week or so later to go get another car and was denied or put on a black list do to poor communication which cost me extra to have the car a extra day than rent a trailer some where else it was the worse.

The employee who was in the equipment return simply pointed in a general direction for the car hauler to be parked and then when it was already parked came over and said it needed to be moved to a different spot. He barely spoke a word to us and hardly even acknowledged our presence.

My car hauler was not hooked up properly because when I drove a car onto it, the car hauler popped off of my hitch raised up and hit my truck. I tried to file a claim in the app but it just overlooked the fact that I said I had damages and I returned it after hours. Not a good look on U-Haul's part, it seems that all they care about is their own equipment and not other peoples property.

I liked the old days when you received the truck full of fuel and then returned it full of fuel. I would have been able to make make entire trip without stopping. My truck has 2/3 full when I got it. I wound up putting some extra fuel in the truck. If it was given to me full I would have only put back exactly what I used.

Technician took it upon himself to "fix" what he called a ground fault in a professionally installed 7 x 4 trailer hookup on my Jeep. It works just fine with my boat. By the end of the trip whatever he did led to "right rear flasher failed, gas cap light, and numerous bells and whistles which I don't know the cause of. I'm taking my Jeep to U-Haul of Lawton,OK tomorrow to put back what the tech in Houston changed. Hope it works, otherwise you'll be hearing more from me on this issue.

I was very unsatisfied because of the way my auto pay all of sudden was messed up.They tried to say I was the one who had the issues was not true.The staff was not helpful at all and asked me to remove my things. I need to have some fees paid for my bank account.. I am very unhappy because I had been there for almost 2 years and all of sudden I began to have issues. I have not had anywhere to live for that long and now I have to find somewhere to put my things.Very unhappy

Well I didn't see much to be improvement. But I did want to say this location was very flexible with my schedule. There was two guys that helped one help me with a trailer gosh I didn't get his name and then I had to go back and rent a small truck that Cody help me with. I was very stressed these two days and they both made my day easier . Thanks guys

The staff was friendly. The trailer was not that clean, there was a lot of what appeared to be wood dust and there must have been some sort of black smudge on the floors (wasn't really visible) that got on a lot of the boxes and furniture.

I have an inside unit and there was nothing to prop the door open when moving in. Made it a little difficult. I would suggest adding kickstand to the bottom of each door on the inside to help keep the door open.

Too many cars parked by employees at the exit gate key board. You have to get out of your vehicle and run back to exit the property. I consider this a real safety issue. They should park up front in parking spots not at the exit gate. Same cars everytime.
