Upon returning the truck the 1st young man was rude. The truck was returned with the recommended gas amount that was marked on the paper and represented by a photo that was take before we left the Uhaul in San Antonio. He informed me that I needed to go put 8.00 in because it was right at the line. I expressed my confusion with 8.00 which would put me over. He said I don't care you can pay the 40.00. I tried to show him the picture and another attendant came out and looked. The other attendant stated it's at 1/4 what's going on? The young man responded it is slightly halfway to 1/4 and an inch under 1/4. The young man apparently ran his own store. I think he was from Boston. He said you will just pay the 40.00. As the conversation tones changed.from aggressive to nonchalant. I asked if he would please stop talking to me and please let me let you go forst becausr i dont like how close he was to me.Thank God the other gentleman intervened and took over. He did look at the gas hand and the picture time stamped and said it's right. It's where it is suppose to be based on the picture and the contract. Needless to say with the first gentleman customer service skills need to improve. Some kind of training to work on de escalation skills. He made the issue worse with his tone, attitude, rudeness and nonchalant behavior. Very micro aggressive. I do not ever want to deal with that young man again.Tywanda B.

Justin was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything very well. Upon return, I arrived at 4:57, hoping to return the rental truck before 5pm. Another gentleman stated we're closed and wouldn't allow me to return the truck unless I used the after hours drop box. I wasn't familiar with any of that or how to do it. Make Sure The Trucks are Serviced. I had to request a different Truck because of a Tire Monitor Notification Light. And the Unit/Truck I received also had a Notification 🔔 Sound Monitor for Seat Belts. He was outside still, but said he could not assist me and to return the equipment online via the app. But the website was still done so it wouldn't allow me. Worst Uhaul store ever. The store owner (white. blonde hair, blue eyes, in 40-50s, hair in ponytail) is rude & unprofessional. I called the day before and the day of and her staff confirmed my auto transport is reserved and 100% ready for me. I then call about an hour before my pickup time to inform the store I'm running a few minutes late and the owner says the auto transport is no longer available before disconnecting the call. I go to the store with truck & auto transport to get my stuff from the storage unit and the owner stops her staff from unhooking the auto transport for me (I said I would drive the car). I begged the owner to help me as I was already late to my destination due to her canceling my autotransport reservation at the last hour and therefore I had to also get new movers who took another hour. I was crying the entire time. Store owner wouldn't even look at me and yelled "get out of my face". I then called support and support called her. She yelled " you called corporate on me". Only then did she go to my truck but only stood there while my movers were unhooking the auto transport. They told her they need help as they never did this before and she still did not bring her staff to hook or unhook the auto transport. At the store counter I told her I need to check out only to then find my storage unit is still active the next day.JENNY E. | Overall Experience

Cody (General Manager) at 16405 I-45 in Houston was very helpful when we had returned our rental of the 15 foot moving van and the auto transport trailer. During our move from Las Vegas to Houston, TX. Cody basically showed us his concerned about our well being during our experience when we encountered a tire blowout on the auto transporter and having to sit and wait for 5 hours in the scorching heat of Texas. Customer Service that Cody provided us was 110% satisfactory and he needs to be cloned 10 times.
