Had a bit of trouble trying to do the phone check in - partially a user error but would just stink to in person next time.

Every time, it will NOT accept the photos from my phone. They are perfectly clear and exactly like the 'example' yet they don't work. Seems like you just want to charge me the $20 for failing to check the vehicle in properly...

MARTIN V.This location is completely unorganized, unprofessional, and disrespectful. They had changed my reservation days prior because their inventory was incorrect. Then the day of my reservation at 7am, no one was there to open the store until 8am. They tried to assist me through the phone but the truck that was assigned was blocked by other trucks so that didn't help me any. Finally, the representative arrives and he looks intoxicated. stumbling getting out of his car. Which explains why he was late. Upon contact with the representative he's disrespectful and rude. I apparently made reservations at a circus and not Uhaul, where they claim to keep their promise when you call their phone line. They can't even open a store on time. Upon returning the truck the owner of the location was doing the return process. He acted like nothing happened when I asked him about this morning. Either he didn't care or simply wasn't aware of what occurred which either one is not good. Just shows the lack of customer service and attention to detail at the 2936 South freeway location in FTW. Stay away from there. Go to the location off Mansfield hwy!
Jesus C.The staff did their best to clean the unit from the prior rental. It was full of dog hair and smelled like dog. I think that my reservation transferred from another location threw their schedule off a little so I attribute the issue to the rental system NOT the staff. I found them to be friendly, and very helpful.

If I were you I would get in contact with the manager of the site fire his ass and bring somebody in that can actually do the job properly. How dare you leave one person to handle a bunch of drop offs and rentals in storage unit rentals as well. That is too much for one person to handle. Do you know how pissed off people are getting at this poor guy and it wasn't even his fault. It was his ghetto ass manager that left them all by himself how the fuck do you have three people running this entire site. This is a U-Haul site by the way. Shame on y'all you should reach out to the poor employee give him a raise. Fire that manager and put someone in the position that will actually do the fucking job!!!!!! One more thing to add I waited for an hour and a half to return my trailer. A waste of my time, my money, and my patience!!!! Maybe if you pay these people more than fucking nine dollars an hour they might actually get somewhere in life. How much money does U-Haul make in a year after expenses? millions!. Get with the program!!!! If I was working for you guys I would've left the store unlocked the cash register unlocked the trucks unlocked everything. I wouldn't put up with it how do you expect him to put up with it??? Think about that for a minute!

ALICE J.I hate that I had to go to berry st when I set up to pick up the truck at Alta mere. It is 20 minutes further from the house and we went over on mileage because of it. I worked for uhaul shop 191000. But I am not sure I will ever rent a uhaul again because of the issues I had with this move.

John M. | First ImpressionsThe location only had one employee on staff and there were about five of us inline. After checking out the items for each customer he would have to go outside and help them with the equipment. I ended up spending about an hour and a half to get my reservation. A couple of people came in and then left saying they were going to a different location. For the maintenance, the rear passenger seal on the truck was leaking and the car we were towing ended up be covered in axle grease.

The place is clean, the service fast and friendly. No customer leaves there without a comprehensive safety check, which is NOT the norm in my experience For these reasons this is the only Uhaul I'll use in the DFW area
