Servicio al cliente de excelencia. Kelvin was awesome. Took less than 15 minutes to pick up the trailer and do the paperwork and 5 minutes to drop it off and be on my way a few hours later, all done with a smile on a Sunday afternoon. Best UHaul rental experience to date for me.
JOHN MMy trailer was hit while park no cameras available so no one was held responsible for it and I moved out in February and this email says march 18 2025 a month after I left this location in February 14 2025 I notified week later and still received a bill and sent to a friend instead of my address not happy

I think the managers were in on the thieft, and the GPPD feeling the same way. I closed my account yesterday because the manager is very incompetent of running a business

SANTOS CClean yes, inviting no. Lack of customer service. Seemed like we were bothering him. The sign said equipment drop off we pulled in the spot. He co.es out and says no you have to go to the other lot. I was struggling to back up, didn't bother to help. Just watched and went back in. Again, as if we were bothering him. I unplugged everything. He took it off the hitch, he walked away and didn't say two words to us. We sat there staring at eachother and he yelled from across the parking lot "yall good" will never use that location ever again.

I rented a 5x8 cargo trailer from this location (McArthur), while droping off the trailer, I spoke to a lady and she asked me to back up the trailer into oncoming traffic. I said I wasn't comfortable and I couldn't see the traffic that is coming in. She said it wasn't hard and that she would help. I did not back up into traffic, I pulled into the separate parking lot. The gentleman asked me to back up into a spot, and I backed up as much as possible. He asked me to straighten up, and I told him I did not want to. There was a propane station in front of my car. And he told me that I had to. My husband proceeded to get out of the vehicle and unhook the trailer himself and back it up 5 inches from where they wanted it. It was literally only 5 inches! The level of disrespect for safety is disappointing. I do not recommend this location.

AUSTIN TWhen I dropped of the trailer the gentleman that helped me was supposed to check in the trailer. I called the next day because the app showed an active reservation. I called the location and a different person told me that the trailer was never checked it.

Lynn LAlthough the truck was clean on the inside, the windshield was dirty with bug droppings. The truck rode rough. My drive to Arkansas was uncomfortable because the truck felt like it needed struts on the front.

Angel TTruck acted like the battery was dying. There were jumper cables in front, indicating possible past problem. It was slow to start several times.
Jill Ei rented a Uhaul 4/4/2024. Uhaul need to have a better system in order for your customer to have the right instructions on where the location pick up is. Uhaul customer service sent me to 3 different locations. First they send me to Big c 2 in grand prairie and guy that worked there refused to assist or give me assistance at all. There were a couple of workers there drinking while on the job. Contacted customer service again and gave me wrong address to the second pick up location. It was very inconvenient for me since customer service rep are not doing their job properly. On the 3rd location I was at the right address finally, I was able to pick up the truck but the tank has no gas (empty). Uhaul employee should have a better customer service in order for the customer to be satisfied with their service. I was very troubled and upset and disappointed with the experiences I had with this company.

harold sI went to the storage facility to pay for space 9502 I did pay $127 went to go look for my car my '02 Camaro vintage 35th Anniversary and it was stolen I must say Mr Atkins and the staff did not seem surprised at all the daughter was not surprised I mean don't take your car there and put it in the storage lot especially 9502 cuz somebody's going to steal it

Humberto B | Overall ExperienceAfter moving all my stuff in the unit, two weeks later my storage was broken in, handel was busted, 14-16 boxes were stolen, video camera were not to far from where unit was. When I went to report to service clerk they didn't care, didn't provide the information that needed to happen. The manager was called through video call and told me don't worry as long as you have insurance you are covered. I asked if they could secure my storage and put a new handle or move mt stuff to new storage, the manager said he would have it fixed the next day. As of today and moving out on Friday the Handel is still broken. This happened in January. I believe it was an inside job that was done and planned to take my stuff out.
