The equipment was clean. But I requested a new truck and I got an old truck and the truck did not have AC and it was 90 plus degrees out that day.
Brandon S.The attendant did not give me a an email copy of my receipt. She ran my bank card again after I returned the truck to supposedly issue a refund to my card but I have not received the credit yet. Construction made it very hard to come in and out of the premises. That's why I rated it below average.
JAMES W.This I-30 & Chicot Rd location is the best within that area of Little Rock. Both the former and the present General Managers, Lillie Adams and Lequetta Green respectively were awesome. They provided exceptional customer services. They went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. I'm very appreciative.
Noel A.The equipment was great and the lady working was a trooper. She did an excellent job juggling the people and orders that were all present at once in the location. I am disappointed in the management/owner of the location for having this woman working all by herself on Memorial Day weekend. It's a busy weekend for moving and projects PLUS there was obviously an issue with the computer system that was causing the employee to have to call into a corporate line for assistance on each order. I saw a customer lose his cool and start yelling at her as we were pulling away and feel it was very unfair to put that employee in that position. It took almost an hour for us to get the trailer that we had reserved in advance, but it was not that woman's fault. She was in a no-win situation. You can see when a season or day is going to be busy (whether based on historical sales trend data or real time in your reservation system). Please take better care of your employees and staff appropriately when you know those times are happening.

JAMES W.My card was charged twice. When I called And asked why they told me it was because they put a hold on the card. I waited and the hold was never taken off. I called back asking what was the reason for this and I was told it could be due to the vehicle being damaged, it not being brought back clean, or the gas tank not being filled back up. The car was clean and it wasn't damaged. We filled the tank back up but it was slightly under but I did not think this would be an issue since it wasn't that much gas. I was Told that because of this I would not be getting my money back. This is absolutely ridiculous. An extra $45 was charged on my card for the meter being slightly off by just a few miles. I will never come here again or recommend this place to anyone. This is not how you run a business. That is stealing.

The website indicated that a 10' truck would be available on the day I needed it at this location. I was given the rate for the 10' truck, but it's a bigger truck and takes more gas. It also made things more awkward to load and required more straps to secure the load, which cost me more money. This is the second time I have reserved a 10' truck but was given a 15' truck (the first time was not from this dealer).

DORETHA H. | Overall ExperienceThe manager was rude and hang the phone up on me. I checked the truck back in on my phone and she charged me because she said she had to check it in the next morning. Now why would someone not check the truck back in to avoid additional charges. I will be disputing this with my bank. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!!
SHARON B.I don't have any complaints with the U-Haul moving & storage located ai I -30 Chicot RD. The service was great. It had taken me so long to load my truck, that I wouldn't have bad time to go unload it and return before my deadline, Matthew, who was the young man waiting on me at the time, was so helpful in that situation that I was able to keep the truck for 24hrs. Thank you â¤ï¸ so much, Matthew for being a thoughtful and caring employee.
DORETHA H.I called them to assist me because I had an accident with my personal vehicle and was unable to return the trailer due to not having access to a vehicle to tow it. They were very helpful and were able to send someone over to pick it up from me.

The only negative I experienced was not being able to make partial payments after being charged super high late fees in the first few months of my storage use. It felt as though I was being taken advantage of with the $30 late fees during a global pandemic in which everyone was suffering financially.

I found this to be off putting. Matt ended up helping us but acted a little erratic when things got a little bit busy. I was very uncomfortable during the transaction. But he was doing a great job despite being alone when he should have had help. The truck worked great!

Then when I picked up my uhaul it had a drop off location in Little Rock. So I got charged for going over my mileage cause I took it to the Little Rock drop off location.

khalilah f. | First ImpressionsWe originally took it to the pre determined site on Geyer Springs Rd, but the attendant said there would be another fee from dropping it at the "wrong" location. then he said we should have called the number on the contract when we arrived in little Rock. there was no number to call on the contract. the attendant at the 1-30 location called his boss to get it, called the number and accepted the trailer. the first attendant was rude and that's not what we needed after a long day of traveling and moving furniture.

I understand people should not be throwing out furniture however one of my pictures broke so I had a broken glass in a box, what was I supposed to do with it? I do not think it is reasonable to expect people to take their garbage and find somewhere else to throw it out. I have a storage unit because I do not have an apartment.
