The manager walked out on her employee to go to the dollar tree. She kept cutting off her employee, Matt, when he was asking some questions. I found this to be off putting. Matt ended up helping us but acted a little erratic when things got a little bit busy. I was very uncomfortable during the transaction. But he was doing a great job despite being alone when he should have had help. The truck worked great!Salena F.

Although I used the online service to pick up and drop off the truck, I did have some difficulties. The store was closed, but the store representative was still onsite. The drop off location was not what the location I picked. I picked a Benton or Bryant drop off location. Then when I picked up my uhaul it had a drop off location in Little Rock. So I got charged for going over my mileage cause I took it to the Little Rock drop off location.SETH C.

We originally took it to the pre determined site on Geyer Springs Rd, but the attendant said there would be another fee from dropping it at the "wrong" location. then he said we should have called the number on the contract when we arrived in little Rock. there was no number to call on the contract. the attendant at the 1-30 location called his boss to get it, called the number and accepted the trailer. the first attendant was rude and that's not what we needed after a long day of traveling and moving furniture.robert S.
My experience was excellent from pickup of trailers from places in Texas and throughout my storage. Facilities and equiptment were well maintained. I had zero problems. My truck wouldnt start at the Chicot location. The guys there gladly gave me a jump.KEVIN D. | Overall Experience

All good had no good communication with the manager but they have a new manager now. Terrance completed the contract for me on 11/11/20. He was Awesome!!! No problems on that end. I return the truck around 6:30 same the day. The lady that checked me out was rushing bc she was trying to leave and said she would send me an email receipt. On 11/12/20 I get a call from UHaul asking why haven't I returned the truck. I informed the guy that I returned the truck the same day and he said he would look into it. 11/13/20 I get an email saying I had the truck 2 days with 245 miles. Hell No!!! I need some one to contact me ASAPEARLESHA D.

I have been charged 2 no-show fees even though I rented a truck and returned the truck on time. I called Customer Service and got nowhere. If U-haul would like my business in the future I would expect these charges to be removed.Jaime G.
I originally reserved a 10" truck for the 65th and Geyer Springs location. I edited my reservation and ended up having to pick up at I-30. My experience at 65th and Geyer Springs with whoever the lady that was working on 05/24 was not pleasant. She was rude and rolling her neck at me while she proceeded to tell me at first "you don't have a reservation here"...then "I don't have the truck you're looking for"...then "YOU EDITED YOUR RESERVATION MANY TIMES AND YOU HAVE TO PICK UP AT I-30. As a customer, I was NOT aware that if I edit my reservation and the equipment that I requested is not available at the location I choose, the system automatically moves my reservation to the nearest location where the equipment is available. So, it would have been nice if the lady at 65th would have explained that to me BEFORE SHE BEGAN ROLLING HER NECK AND BEING SARCASTIC. On a more positive note, the guy at I-30 was very helpful and pleasant. He did a great job getting me in and out without any issues. His facility was clean and welcoming.Carmen M.
