More employee would help the waiting time, but the service that I received was great. The staff was very professional. Each time I went they took care of me.

After I placed a reservation at another facility, I showed up at the Greenspoint location.. Dominique met me at the desk and quickly informed me that I was not in their system. She proceeded to offer her assistance in obtaining me a comparable unit. Khrystopher was called to approve the selection. He then gave me a discount and I ended up paying less than the other place had quoted. Unfortunately the unit was not available and we were not immediately able to obtain another unit of the sq ft. I was offered a larger unit at no extra cost. In the end, their patience, hard work and determination to make an almost impossible situation made, possible...WOW! It takes going above and beyond to impress me. Impression made!! Thank you to Khrystopher and Dominique. You brought your A game and took customer service to the next level! You are definitely Customer Service Rock Stars and have made a customer for life!!

I wish there could be a way to know how many mile a gallon the rack goes so customers can have a rough estimation of how much gas to add in the tank. Thank you so much.

The customer service from the woman was horrible I tried to put my stuff in my storage she told me that my Storage was locked Because I didn’t pay on the seventh even though I’ll call and say that I was going to pay on the 16th of this month and I always pay my storage late I which Bri was there The young lady was unprofessional

If I ever need a storage facility I would return to Uhaul. Everyone that worked there was always nice and helpful. Me and my husband were there with our baby one day and it was hot outside, We were re organizing everything in the unit to make romm for more things. One of the people who worked there actually said she saw us on the camera and brought bottles of water out to us. We couldnt of asked fo a better place to store our things until our home was ready. Thank you

I made my reservation online 5 days in advance and when I got there, the employee told me that they didn't have any trucks available and that he was the only one on duty and didn't have the time to check the reservations so he gave the trucks to people who walked in and reserve. What a horrible service there at the Greenspoint location. He asked me to go to a different location! Really?? I had the movers waiting for me and this guy asked me to simply go to another location. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I did not like how over the years the price went up. I was a very loyal customer and never had a late payment. Also bugs were discovered in the room on more than one occasion.
Jamal and Miss Ava were awesome, patient, and ultimately very helpful. Truck's transmission felt kind of weird.
The Manager helped me out a lot. She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She made the whole experience very enjoyable and comfortable. I hope I don't have to move again but if I do I will come back to this exact location. Excellent experience!??

Sandra was very rude to me when I return the truck. Her approach was very nasty, she doesn't have any customer service skill. I was trying to have a conversation with her she was ignored me. I was trying to let her know that when I pick up the truck I didn't check the back. Due to me doing my order with Uhual truck share, and I through it was ready to go. Once I got home I notice it was two pallets in the back. So we remove the two pallets so we cause move our furniture to the new location. Once we finish we placed the pallets back to return it back to the location. Sandra told me that that clean the truck this morning and that she know for a fact that them pallet was not there. I asked her to call the GM that cleaned the trucks this morning. She called the GM, I asked cause she put the phone on speaker so I could hear what was said Sandra got an attitude and said this girl what to talk to you. When the phone was placed on speaker for me to talk with the GM she knew what kind of pallets and the size of the pallets that was in the truck. The GM told Sandra to put the pallets in the trash and that she would deal with it when she return back to work. I was treated really bad by Sandra, she never address by my name it was always lil girl or that girl. After talking with the GM I tried talking with Sandra about my receipt begin email to she never answer me. Sandra needs customer service training and how do an assistant manager act like that with a customer. I will never go back or recommend anybody to go there. Cause it seems as if Sandra was trying to charge me more money for something I did not do. I just glad I did just leave without talking with the GM who was the person that clean out the truck... Yes the truck was clean besides the pallets that was in the back of the uhaul truck...

It was horrible, the facility is not secure at all. The gate is always open for anyone to walk in and any hour of the day and night. My storage unit was Burglarized They took so many valuable items and the clerk said he had no idea what to do. Horrible. I moved out my unit days before rent was due and they are calling saying my rent is due. This has been the worst experience of my life.

I want to thank Jermaine who assisted me from the very beginning in reserving my U-haul vehicle to putting me in another vehicle when the one he reserved for me never showed up. Being that this was my 1st time having to rent a vehicle the young man was very polite, patient, and respectful when it came to answering all my questions. I want to thank the manager, Sandra, who helped me get my $50 guarantee from customer service. I heard her tell them,"help us take care of this customer because we believe in customer satisfaction." I really had a great experience. The vehicle was cleaned and sanitatized. Had no problems with it. I plan to go back to the same location again next year. Thanks Jermaine and Sandra for a great experience in customer service!

Do not like the way you have to go on line for everything. The Wi-Fi or internet did not work too good, very slow. No other way to do it.

My moving with Uhaul was horrible. Without any doubt. But my checking in to this location and talking to Bri. The team Leader. Was AMAZING!!!!! SHE HELPED ME KEEP FAITH IN TRUSTING IN UHAUL!
Every time i rent a U-Haul truck, there is a problem with payment. They always charge more for the rental than agreed upon or they charge for the rental twice.

My husband and I recieved great customer service. The process was easy and fast. Everything was explained, we didn't have a difficult time, the staff was very nice, talkative and easy going. I will definitely return if I need a Uhaul again and would also recommend to family and friends.
The manager was insane. She literally harassed both me and my family. She was very rude and very unprofessional. I extended my rental and she was apparently upset because she had another customer or something but her attitude is the reason that I will never use U-Haul again. And all this before she gouged me with bs fees.
Make sure if the store manager Bree is not feeling well let her off work...I asked her a simple question and that was do my time start at 10:00a or 10:20a and she got mad and spit nasty saliva on the the driver door handle.. I almost touched it... how rude and gross...I will not recommend this location as long as she's working there...

Truck had a hanging passenger side mirror I had to take it right back and get it fixed it was 3:50 pm when I left rented the truck for 6 hours brought it back at 7:09 pm and charged $20 for late fee plus terrible customer service from manager who is unprofessional.
You need to inform all of your customers that you will charge them doubled than what u charge at first. I didn't appreciate waiting, getting declined and stuff cause of your bullshit ass payment system. Say shit to people when they come up there ahead of time!

When attempting to move on 10/6/18 the staff member working blocked all the customer parking area with Uhaul trucks for about 5 hours and refused to move them. Never use this location
