The return of the truck was difficult because it was after hours and the app was not working on the phone and I had to leave a note with my keys and I hope I'm not charged the $20 because I tried very hard was there a long time trying to get it accomplished but the app was not showing my location therefore it would not move ahead to the next part of the process.Doris R.

I've rented from UHaul several times in the past and twice recently from this location. These past two rentals have been my best experience with UHaul. The location had a good selection of equipment and services. Both representatives who assisted me were very friendly and knowledgeable. I arrived around 7:40am and left around 8:20am which put me behind. I online check in took forever and had to wait for my license to be approved. Then the tire pressure light notification for the front right tire was on when I started the van up so I had to add air which took more time. As, I was driving a notification for the other front tire came on. Customer service at this location needs to improve.Drece G.

They seemed a bit confused about what was going on with my order. I wasn't really sure about what might have caused this as I received a call from the U-Haul offices with all of the relevant information and had shown up at the scheduled time. However, there were several miscommunications such as not knowing my drop-off address, being confused about the finer points of our contract, and providing some incorrect info about our truck, just caused additional stress that was ultimately unneeded. I initially thought I had done something wrong, but when calling the other U-Haul center I had initially intended to do business with for a car tow, they got me on and off the phone in 5 minutes already knowing my info. I can't help but feel as if this location doesn't keep solid tabs on what's going on.Kyle L.
Offer a truck that can accommodate a appliance dolly. (Truck with ramp) I couldn't even stand up my washer/dryer stackable I mentioned was important it needed to be upright. Had some confusion on my rental time. I requested the truck for two days, was called on the 1st day from Uhaul saying they needed the truck back by 5:00 pm. I use this site for rental of storage and trucks..but every time I return van or truck the person tells me I've sent your receipt to your email BUT IT'S NEVER THERE!!!! EVERY TIME I end up calling hours (4 to 5hours) later requesting it be sent. Then it comes to my email. I'd like it to arrive in the first 30 minutes after I return the van or truck. I have rented 3 trailers in the past 12 months and they have all been great. The Coldwater location has a large inventory and great store for packing needs and the personnel have been very friendly. The only issue I have had is that the return app has not worked all three times I have rented. I get to the Geo confirmation and I can't continue. My settings match what the apps says they should be and it still doesn't work. Otherwise I will continue using Uhaul.Jeff R.
The equipment was fine. However the price i was quoted was estimated to be around $80 including taxes/fees, for a couple hours of use. I was suppose to bring the truck back at 10pm but had to it back later then planned. When I returned the truck at 11am the next day, the estimate of about $80 jumped to over $170 dollars not including the $30 in gas I replaced. I was very taken back by the outrageous cost and still can't understand how the cost increased that much.Shawna P.

the employee working center computer was a problem to me last Sat I asked for a mngr since he was being so rude and curt he told me he was the standing mngr I asked fir number and name if regional mngr he gave me his mngrs bus card-Joshua I left him 2 vm but never received a returned call I walked in last Sat -no other customers in here-and this EE walked out I went up to a computer w a water thinking that was prob his he worked at and when he returned, he walked past me and went to next computer no apoligy for waiting, no greeting asked for my phone # so I walked over to his station I had trouble walking that day-have an injury He then told me-didnt ask-to down load my ID in my phone I dont put secured info on my cell that ticked him iff i asked if he could use theirs he had an anger rising and was like a bomb ready to blow I asked for someone else to wait on my and a sweet girl took care of me he cobtinued to interject in my conversation w her I told her how he was bring rude and curt and he interrupted me and told her he wasnt it continued on znd on I was going to reserve storage but Im not doing bus w this sort of customer care the manger Joshua never returned my call you got my last penny today and I will be sure to tell others-and I know many-of your lack of courtesy snd care for your customersDeborah D.

Ok the 10 foot truck seat belt did not fit around me. The Idea of the customer needs to down load the app is stupid. And I get it that everyone is hiring poor entry level employees but once you hire them. Train them to speak clearly, speak with knowledge, and be at the counter when a customer comes in. Problems the entire experience. I rented a 20 foot truck one way and was supposed to get in writing a free one month storage unit and they gave me a 10 x 10 x 7 where the capacity of the truck exceeded the amount of storage. So, I paid too much money to get the free storage unit that I could not use. Then, I had to use Public Storage not free. And the mileage costs .99 a mile from Uhaul. Now, I have to rent another truck from Uhaul and pay to get my personal property out of Public Storage not free and the mileage adds up. We never received a card to get access to our storage locker and that was difficult to get into then when we tried the code I entered when we bought the locker my code was changed.
