Mayra D.Very loud music in store while finalizing documents. When i got home lights on auto transport were not functioning. Very poooooooor professionalism. Also when i retured auto transporter at the cathedral city location i never once got an email confirmation of any sort the following day. I was the one having to do all the leg work to track down a return confirmation receipt. For future needs i think i will look into other companies that value a customers safety, and return notifications.

MARTINA S.I ordered an open trailer 6x12 & got an enclosed trailer instead, there was only one person at this location trying to help about 5-6 of us ( the person was very good & tried to work fast) not his fault but by the time I waited my turn & we went outside to get trailer it was too late for me to go somewhere else to get an open trailer so I had to take it ... so then I had to make 2 more trips because it was enclosed so then I had to call in for another day of use ... so at the end of our move it cost me triple the amount because I needed another day & two more trips from El Monte to Huntington Beach which In turn cost me more gas so yes overall I had a very bad experience can someone please reduce the amount ? I feel like it was uhauls fault for not taking my order correctly to begin with & then left me with no choice but to take what they had
Ericka V.The only thing that I was not happy with was I was told if I paid for extra insurance at the higher rate it would cover everything ! Only to be told I would have to pay over $200 for the tire that blew out… why pay the extra money when it doesn't cover everything.
david B.Left the van and was told I would receive a email receipt which I was fine with but then reviewed the receipt and realized I was charged 3 gallons of gas when I literally topped it off at the arco around the corner before returning. What a scam to get a few bucks from customers. I'll make sure to take my review to google and Yelp.

CAESAR H.This location wasn't crowded. I entered and there were 2 employees at the service desk. An audible 'welcome' or 'how can I assist you' would be nice but masks make it difficult at this present time. They had the vehicle I needed, unlike another location I reserved with the app. I returned the rental 15 minutes before closing. I waited inside the store for my ride to pick me up. I left before the closing time, but they didn't seem stressed to want me out of the store, which I appreciated.
KOH I.The lady who helped me had a bad attitude and was t very helpful. I needed an appliance dolly she said they were out and didn't help me find one. I came to drop off in the morning and seen about 4 in the garage.

MARIA E.This truck was filthy and smelly inside. There were strange stains as if some dead animals or trash were transported. Completely unacceptable and very difficult to load because the smell was so bad even with masks on. Please do better. You raise your prices. Fine. But do better.
Oswuar W.I was called and told the trailer was overdue and was going to be reported stolen? I had already been granted an extension before I even picked up the trailer. When I requested an additional extension (due to unforeseen circumstances), I was told “It's not all about me, and many other families need this trailer…†I was again threatened with the trailer being reported stolen before the call was ended. I find this hard to believe with the amount of UHaul locations in the surrounding area. I called back to National City location and they were extremely helpful and granted me the extension with no problem! The El Monte location then called me back immediately after seeing my extension in the system and were very rude. Asking again when I would return the trailer (even though they were looking at the reservation). After I told him, he hung up. I've rented many times from locations all over the US, and almost always had a great experience. This location however was very unprofessional.
