Everything went well and the trailer was perfect. Transaction was flawless and people were great.

The lady who assisted me could have been more specific with explaining things a little better, as this was my first time ever renting A uhaul. She was talking to me as if I was just suppose to automatically know what she was talking about. And I felt like she was rushing me, and didn't feel like being bother. Still upset with how unfriendly she was. I would never recommend or use this Uhaul location ever again because of this bad experience

Nothing great job

My experience with reservations and your 1-800 customer service was horrible. I have moved quite a bit over the years and have primarily used Uhaul. However this experience was terrible and I will likely used Budget or Enterprise in the future. The customer service at this location was perfect however, I had to stop four times for gas to fill up which caused a 7.5 hour trip to turn into a 10 hour trip. I don't think this vehicle received maintenance. I almost checked the oil as proof but I was in such a hurry to get rid of the truck I just returned it. Never again.

Upon entry, I noticed there were two guests being serviced, one had a mask and the other did not. The UHaul attendant(male) did not ask the female guest to comply with our local regulations due to COVID-19. When he began servicing me, I asked him if masks were required and he said yes. I then asked him why the previous guest was not made to comply, he said he did not notice. I asked how could he miss it, she was coughing and hacking to all of the other guests dismay. He then said, he just didn't want to ruffle feathers, they were upset. I think the employees should have the right to refuse service to anyone out of compliance and disgruntled in such a way that prevents them from doing their job and also protecting all guests. This made the full experience poor for me. I hope to have a better experience next time.

Great U-haul location. The equipment was available, clean and mechanically sound. The staff was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and fast

I wish I could remember the agents name but I was greeted upon entry and I waited my turn. He said with a smile how can I help you ma'am , as my turn came. There was great rapport between us and I knew what I was receiving and how to return the equipment when finished. I called to extend my time of the rental; that was a smooth process as well. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to this UHUAL location. The customer service is superb!

Excellent service center with very helpful staff.

Kevin and Gus did an absolutely amazing job helping me with every part of my move. I greatly appreciated their willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty to help me. The best of the best. Highly recommend this location for everything you need when it comes to in-town moving or an out of state move.

Strive to meet the customers expectation. I am not sure of the details of the reservation policy but the exact piece I need had an expired reservation and I was NOT able to rent it. The same piece was there the next day... Sucked!

Everyone and everything is excellent

Whoever helped us inside the store is the best employee we have encountered there. Usually it's kind of starchy and you feel like you're bothering people. She was THE BEST! The first thing she said was "come into my office"...which was hilarious because you have this little close quarters area you wedge yourself into to look at her and talk to her separated by this huge box between you and her. It was funny and she made the whole experience great.

Did a great job

Vehicle broke down hours after I received the truck. Site would not help me Was told to call roadside assistance. Took roadside assistance 9 hours to resolve this issue. I was not happy and it put me behind a day in moving.

Avoid this location unless you have absolutely no other option. The older lady here is rude and lazy. I chose the 24/7 online option for a reservation to be faster, when I go in and ask for keys...45 minutes later I was given them...after also hearing the story of the three customers before me, two women that were rude to her and told her she could start multitasking, and then a gentleman who didn't have his truck there like he was supposed too... So Unprofessional and I cant say I disagree with the multitasking comment.. Then was given the wrong vehicle, dirty and used furniture pads, and no furniture dolly and all with a nasty attitude. The young lady is nice and trys to help. So I had to go back inside because I disputed the milage and that was my next direction...when I walked in and stated my issue. I was rudely told...you just need to do that online ...I replied I obviously did and it told me to speak with you. She realizes she has me in the wrong truck...tells me to switch it...doesn't apologize at all for any of the issues and sends me out....so I turn around and say well could you atleast send someone to help me move the items over???? Instead of sitting down talking ....how about you get reservations checked in and look over future ones so you don't keep having this issue. ITS NOT DIFFICULT TO BE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS, AT THE SAME TIME TOO. TAKE PRIDE IN EVERYTHING YOU DO, BECAUSE THE LACK THERE OF.....SHOWS!!! RUN FROM THIS LOCATION....

It's perfect

The equipment surprised me how well maintained and how well it drove since it had 168,000 miles on it. The desk manager was very cordial and helpful. It was a great improvement form 30 years ago when I rented a u-haul trailer. This facility was clean and accessible to the customer. Thank you U-haul.

As always, the Florida Blvd. store provides an great customer experience. Friendly service, wide selection of equipment and prompt service with check in and returns.

Trucks maintenance needs to be improved, Customer service was below my expectations, The lady representative talked way too fast when explaining details about the process and little interest in my concerns.

Please hire someone that's not a races white lady with a bad attitude.It was bad I never thought that would happen to me or my with.She had the worse attitude and didn't hand me my paperwork or nothing.i said have a good day and she looked rolled her eyes and said umm hummm.We was already moving our stuff in the rain/hurricane with 3 kids bad enough going threw that then having a stupid ass attitude just put the icing on the cake I still think I was over paid bc I was tryna explain that we was only going right down the strest and back and she gave us a high truck and said that was all she had when we seen a lot of trucks outside,so she said How far I told her so she said ima put 25 miles when we only needed 10 Not to mention when I was walking in she was helping a older black lady and she was talking to her stupid all her answers was ummhumm and the red neck husband or who ever he is didn't make shit no better.Im already bringing y'all to court over ppl renting stuff using my wife's name and stuff and now I gotta deal with a dam Karen!!!!!!!!!!

The lady at the front desk , whose name starts with a J was very rude and ill mannered. She talked to me and the other employees like dogs. Even called me a b**** and told me shut the f*** up, while she was on her cell phone. I have videos for proof.

SERVICE AND PERSONNEL WERE EXCELLENT.

Owner was extremely helpful, and so was everybody else that work there nothing but smiling faces and cool vibes🥰

Everything was good until we got to the counter. The white lady had a nasty attitude with several customers the day before(Sat 9/12) and I got the rudeness once I turned the equipment back in. I also asked her, was it anyone else I could talk to and thats when she said, she was tired and apparently didn't want to be there.

The service was great and I had no problems.

The advertised 11x14 room should NEVER be rented as storage space, the steep flight of stairs are very unsafe.

They sold my phone number to some other companies and now I'm being bombarded with sells calls over my phone along with text messages doing the same.

My storage unit was inside climate controlled and I felt should have been better which is why I chose more expensive unit. My belongings had ants and after unpacking found mice chewed clothes!
