make sure your equipment is operational. The trailer we received was not. The lights were INOP!! We were not able to load the trailer on the day we picked it up due to trailer lights. It took until 10:30pm before lights were fully operational. That being said our next day we fell behind schedule by 4-5 hours. We were supposed to receive a phone call from a Service Manager. We're very disappointed. We'd still like a Service manager to call us and we'd like a Full Refund of Trailer Cost.

Customer service was perfect. Hood on vehicle was left open, had to pull over on freeway to close so it wouldn't fly open and damage windshield. Ironically enough basic insurance covers everything but the windshield.

When checking in someone was on phone and said he would get otger guy to help… i was standing outside then inside and guy said yeah can i help you but didnt stand up… i had to find him… no big deal but some might view that bad customer service. But after in and back easy no hassle… very efficient

My appointment for pickup was moved to a farther location which added mileage and time to my objective. The pickup was completely out of my way and no discount was offered even after I asked. I show up at 8 am to pick up my trailer and have to wait in a line of 20 other parties waiting to pick up their vehicle as well. Only 1 employee working his ass off managing the desk/lobby and all of the lot. Took over an hour making my pickup time past 9 am (1 hour later) postponing my objective to use your u haul equipment costing me more time and money. Upon returning my trailer back to the store completely out of the way adding additional mileage and time, the store was still being run by the 1 gentleman with no other help. He did his absolute best to offer the customer service he could but as a 1 man operation gave this man the best impression ever and your corporation the worst and most pathetic business profession of the area. I think the gentleman working deserves a huge recognition for his hard work, business ethics and commitment and a Nice discount for causing more trouble than service for my time.

Trailer was clean but rear door was hard to open. I was told to spray it with WD 40. that worked! I discovered later that both tires had issues. One tire got so bad I called Roadside Assistance and the problem was solved within a couple of hours. I was also glad that when I returned the trailer a day early, my account was credited with that unused day.

I was denied a pick up truck rental because a credit is needed, even tho I called and made the reservation ahead of time with my debit card. Next time inform customers of that over the phone so they don't waste their time.

Even though I still consider this location exceptional, it still has room for improvement. In the 2 times I've rented vans, both had something spilled and not clean in the cargo hold. Other than that, the vehicle was great. Would still recommend this location

Put up no parking signs for stalls you dont want customers to park in instead of rudely asking to move the car to Starbucks parking lot. Uphold the discount for refueling an empty truck not promising one price then changing it upon return.

The inside of the 10' truck smelled pretty bad. In recommended letting the vehicles sit in the parking lot with the windows down to get the bad scent out.

Get rid of Daniel. Rude behavior right from the beginning. He was pissed at me for missing his phone call 10 min prior so he denied to check in my return vehicle . Told me I had to wait an hour for another employee to arrive (since he couldnt leave the store) or checkout online. I insisted it was a quick checkout and he ordered me to leave the store. I sat in the uhaul rental awaiting a 2nd employee, and Daniel stepped outside the store to help a customer even while other customers were still inside (so he CAN leave the store now?) At that point he stated i had to leave or he was calling the cops. Eventually Brian showed up and he relayed to me that Daniel claimed i was using profanity inside the store (100% lie). The police did arrive and they relayed that I would have to speak to corporate with any financial disputes i have with my rental since these employees were refusing to accept my return. Very disappointing since every other uhaul employee is usually so professional; Even brian the day prior was top service but it seemed he was relying on Daniel's false narrative.

This place was great. 10/10 very helpful and knowledgeable. I did have issues that day with my previous order that at a different location i had to cancel though. I thought i chose the online self pickup option, which I did, but I guess I had to meet a guy somewhere at a specific time that I wasn't told about and since I missed that appointment I wasn't able to obtain my truck which took an hour to figure out bc the website and app didn't tell me anything about it. Additionally, I was told I had ordered two dollys and 12 moving pads which I didn't intend to do, but I missed the fact that they were automatically added to my cart the first time and if I hadn't ended up canceling that order I would've had to pay for a bunch of stuff I didn't want or need and would have just gotten in the way. so my issues are really with the website adding things to my cart I didn't want, not making it clear I was purchasing them on checkout, and with not notifying me I had to pick up my vehicle with a person at a very specific time despite it being self pickup. To be clear though, the location I'm leaving a review for was great and very helpful and they are not the source of my issues in any way.

The only thing I'd recommend is try to get more parking for the guest. It's a small location but it was hard to get a parking spot on a busy saturday.
