Gwenyth M.I can't think of anything for the pick up location. The young lady that checked us in was amazing! She walked us through the process and explained every step of it so that I really didn't have any questions. We requested a smaller size trailer than we needed, and had to move up to the next size. She handled that without any issue whatsoever. She's amazingly polite and I'm sorry I didn't get her name before I left. Do you have a real treasure with her!
Larry W.I couldn't drive to my destination due to weather conditions was told I would get some money back if I turned it in early. Was told to leave keys in truck and lock it then was called several times and emailed several times as to where the keys were left.

I struggled to start the truck in the morning, the day of pick up, after getting home, the truck was humming which indicated power steering problems, plus fluid dripping on the driveway and the heater not working in the morning as well as lots of play on the steering.
Jonathan L.The customer service was the worst overall experience I have ever had as an activearmy service member. They where rude and also did not honor uhaul coupons. They are some of the only uhaul locations available in that area so there is no choice but to choose one of them. They do not represent uhaul in a professional manner. They sent me off on a long trip with a badly damaged trailer that could have caused an accident. That is due to the dolly light being loose due to previous damage. To add they rented me a truck with the gas tank on "E". This was a new truck with good mileage as he put it. It was an old truck with old controls and functions. Which was not good for a long as trip as mine. The worst experience I have had at uhaul.

Carlos R.The representative that helped me check out the trailer messed up my reservation. I reserved for a specific drop off location and she deleted it. Then told me I could drop it off at any location of my choice. So I dropped it off where I selected on my original reservation. I called the 877 number as instructed only to find out I was supposed to drop off at a location 25 miles away. It was a huge mess based on what the person at my pick up location did. But Desiree at the 877 number came through big and fixed it all within 10 minutes.

Richard L. | Overall ExperienceI paid for two mattresses coverings and the guy at the location didn't want to give it and stated that they were in truck already, what the truck had was furniture pad that I didn't even used and got charged for that and don't want to give me a reimbursement! They told me I can return the truck before 7 am with no extra charge besides the normal charge for the second time and now they are charging me for an extra day because truck was returned after 12!!!! If you can find somewhere else, DO IT!!!

Christopher T.The gas gauge was less than one gallon off from level at pickup . The technician that received vehicle charged me an addition 7 gallons of gas for 24 miles of use. I think this is a concern and looks like price gauging.

Gabirel Z.Three of the four tires Dry rotted during our trip. We had to stop twice and call UHaul roadside assistance. We then waited 1 1/2 hours for the first tire to be changed. Later that day, after another tire dry rotted, again nearly getting us and other innocent people into a car accident, we waited another 1 1/2 hours until we got the other tires changed.

Divine M.I dealt with the store manager and he seemed to have an attitude which lessen the customer's experience. He was not friendly and made me feel as though I or my business was not important. Also, he asked to verify my identification through a person that knows me, keep in mind the time was 7:00 am so gave him my wife's number who was sleeping at the time, so she was waken up to be asked did she know me. I have never had to go through this process and I have been a uhaul customer over 40 years.
