The man in the office was lovely. I was pleasantly surprised my rental was clean and in excellent condition with low mileage. We returned it clean with a smidge more gas than when we picked it up. Thank you. I am grateful this service exists. Improvements? The customer service was excellent. The vehicle was excellent. A pie in the sky improvement would be to rent electric vehicles with solar panels on the roof. We can dream.Lisa R.

I was supposed to get a call on Sunday night, it never happened. We pre checked out and paid on-line on the 15th. When I arrived at 7 am on the 16th, I was told my rental was on the East side. The lady at the front counter, checked and said that they had one there, did some paperwork and I was headed out. She saved me time. Great customer service!Richard G.

Gent who helped me was great. It was very busy and he made sure he did everything thoroughly and correctly. Fairly new on the job (Dustin?) Only suggestion is that you let renters of the 6x12 trailers know the back sliding door is not water tight and that water from rain can come in at the door flex joints. Then when you open the door, it drops dirty water onto the contents of the trailer from the flex joints under the now open articulated door. It will stain fabric furniture below it. If I had known I would have covered it up. Furniture was not expensive nor did it get very dirty. Again, gent at counter was great. Would use this location and trailer again Mike bernauerMichael B.

I called to see if I could extend the reservation return time and could not believe the price I was quoted. Of course I understand it is an inconvenience to the business. I just can't believe it would cost over $60 to extend one hour. It seemed like an error.David H.

The after hours drop off is not marked well at all. Website helpfully says "Look for this friendly orange box near the main entrance" and instead it's a black mail slot on an adjacent building. Spent a very frustrating hour in the rain trying to find a solution. I can't be the only person this has happened to.Aaron H.

The attendant was not clear referring the gas level to be returned. It was at 3/4 and he highlighted in the contract from 3/4 to 1/2. So I thought returning it anywhere close to 3/4 would be good. However, he still changed me about 2gal of gas. It was not clear at all and induced my mistakeFelipe D.
Good service and vehicle quality, it went quite well, paid pretty close to the estimate which I was very happy about (around $45 for 10 miles including gas). Made sure I filled more gas than I had got just to ensure no charges on that front. Cost me a bit more but I wanted to avoid any add on charges later. I used a 10' truck to move basic stuff for a room. Recommend.Zhe L.

I traveled 2 miles in my rental truck. Obviously, the gas gauge did not visibly move from 2 miles worth of driving, but I was charged $12.50 for 3 gallons of gas after I returned the truck. Not a great experience.OSAMU Y.

Although the van was handy and functional, it got us to our destination and back, there had been a mistake, we were told, and it had not been serviced between customers. My husband picked it up and then picked me up. We didn't have time to go back to the store to let them know. The cab of the van was pretty filthy, smelly, dirty tissues, wrappers, garbage on the floor, sticky liquid all over the console. The heat/cool knob was broken so we had to adjust the temperature with a needle nose pliers (which we had on us for an art install). We were not confident that the passenger airbag was on, according to the dashboard, and the change oil light was on. Washer fluid was low, we had to buy a gallon and fill it. We did call the 800 number on our way to relay this information. Upon return, the agent apologized, and said he'd refund us one of the day's rentals, but it's been 10 days and that hasn't happened yet. I do have photos of the state of the van. The UHaul employee was 20 minutes late to open the business. Two customers were waiting for someone to arrive. He (Adam) was rude while checking me in. I politely told him that his behavior was rude. I will never rent from this location again.CHERYL P.
The GM Adam was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Charged me 389.00 on a rental for a pickup truck that i had for one week..This is not a location that has customer service or customer values in mind. He literally cleaned his vape pen the entire time I was trying to discuss the over charge and when he finished he stood up, grabbed his jacket and said he had to go outside and look at a truck.. He never returned. What a disgrace.!!!!!MARVIN W.
The uhaul representative was unnecessarily rude. Throughout the whole process he kept having an attitude. I had a problem with the truck and called to ask a question and he acted like he didn't want to help at all. The truck on the inside smelled like weed/smoke so I kept getting a headache. I think the truck needs to be thoroughly cleaned. The truck also needs an oil change, and the light was on as soon as we cranked the truck up. Highly disappointed with this uhaul location.Madeline P.

Motorcycle trailer was covered in snow and ice which made it difficult and dangerous to load my motorcycle onto. At drop off, agent was rude and unhelpful. He expected me to move the trailer from my vehicle and them walk it over to where he wanted it parkedJeff M.

I reserved a small unit, but when I arrived the manager told me they don't accept reservations (despite booking it through uhaul.com). He then charged me twice as much for a larger unit without any apology or civilness in general. I was also scheduled to drop off my UHaul trailer at this location. He then told me they don't accept trailers there (despite Uhaul scheduling making the arrangements). After a few minutes of wavering on the fence about this, he finally accepted my trailer. Throughout all of this, the General Manager was mean. The kicker of this is that I am a grown adult and this is a college town. I'm worried about how he treats young undergraduates. Despite having great service and my expectations surpassed in all my previous UHaul experiences, this one made me question my choice.anthony E.
I was renting something the morning after Christmas and had my worst customer service experience. This was my first time getting a trailer from Uhaul, so I'm not an expert at hitch systems nor do I know the terminology. The man working the desk could have been more patient and helped me understand what was needed to tow the trailer. Instead, he was rude and spoke to me as if I should have been the expert that he is in trailers. If I knew I needed to be a professional before renting from Uhaul, I would have considered using another place. Turned out my vehicle was prepped for the trailer anyway, so his smuttiness was completely unnecessary. Trailer was great. Online return was easy. Customer service was horrible.JOHNNY L.

Owner was unmasked. Rushed me though the checkin process. I found a used mask in the vehicle. I was charged for a cleaning fee without explanation. Checkout didn't work because the website was down and I was charged 20 bucks for it.RICHARD W.

Ordered a van online. Showed up to pick it up and they said they didn't have it for me. Tried to give me something smaller but that wasn't going to work. Then they tried to make me go to another location which was 20 mins away but I was dropped off and didn't have a way to get there. After 45 mins of going back and forth, they finally gave me a truck slightly bigger. While I paid what my original reservation price was, the experience wasn't great to say the least.....DENNIS D.

I want to note, the staff that helped me with my on Friday were friendly, helpful and professional. The guy on Saturday was rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful to myself and every other customer. There only 1 MAIN issue I have. There is an old style elevator and its almost never working. Also its a manual type which make it very hard to use. It would be great if it was electric instead, but mainly every time I went there it was NOT working at all..
