Honor the reservations you all set. I reserved a specific truck weeks ahead of time and was told the afternoon before the morning we moved it was not available and Id have to head to the other side of town to get the alternate truck that was too large for our former residence. It is very horrible costumer service, not very inviting I guess because they have what I needed which was a truck they didn't feel it was Important to have good service first I was sent to several different locations to get a truck then the truck I got was a road hazard I could have got killed driving it the road side assistance man was very afraid to drive it but I guess his job depended on it and his life didn't matter the driver that followed him to the next location noticed how the truck would not stay on the road it was just badMELISSA M.

No employee available to help when we arrived for over 20 min. Store was completely empty with a huge line. The Location did not have the 2 furniture dollies we requested along with the truck. The employee sent us to another location (after I had to ask her to find the items at another location ) that also didn't have the correct number of furniture dollies we needed. After the delay at the store and driving around town looking for a dolly we were late for our movers and our day became very stressful. This is the second time I use uhaul and both times there was an issue. Uhaul is not reliable and I will not be using this company again.JULIO T.

I had to wait 40 minutes for the vehicle to be cleaned. After I departed with the vehicle, I discovered the ash tray was filthy with cigarette ashes, and the lower storage compartment in the center console had a sticky, dirty coating of filth. In addition, the windshield was covered with bug splat, and on the driver's side of the windshield there were black streaks that looked like windshield wiper residue.Michael K.
Due to an employee not checking my containers in on time they were late getting to me on the date I needed. Luckily but jumping through hoops they were able to get me my containers a day late instead of 5 days late. And now due to a different employee not checking in the empty containers UHaul is now trying to charge me a months rent on something they have and is no longer under my care.Jessica M.

Dropping things off with fairly easy. We had clean the back of the truck and had neglected the cab. And when we got there we just asked a could we borrow a broom and they said no you can't. Learn the process. I simply wanted the boxes dropped off at my old house and then picked up and sent to my new one. That was the arrangement that I paid for and was assured it could happen. As time for picking up of my boxes came near, I called to confirm and was transferred no lower than 12 times and spoke to about 10 different people all completely clueless about the ubox process. I was told over and over that my boxes were required to go to a warehouse first and then schedule to have them taken to my new residence. The experience was a nightmare and in the end I will never be using uhaul for anything in the future.Michael P.

I dropped off the truck at night since it was so early. I went back to u haul after trying to speak with them on the phone. No one could give me an answer and I didn't exist. I went up there and spoke with them still couldn't get an exact answer. But said everything was OK. No one could even give me the correct milage except it was less. The money was already deducted from my checking account and (total was paid in full) then last night I got a notice from my bank a payment was declined) you were trying to take another $46 from me. The manager/employees did not answer the phone. The phone rolls over to a call center where Jessica was very polite and took my messages(I did this for 2 days). I never got a return call so I drove to the location to inquire why I was overcharged and why no one attempted to return my call. She said she had been busy which I pointed out there were no customers but me. We were overcharged for mileage by 10 miles (which we wrkte6 down and verified with Google maps) but was only asked if I took a picture of the odometer. My rental truck broke down and had to be towed away. Fortunately it was after reaching out destination. However, I was not able to drive it to the designated drop off location, so I drove over to the designated location and talked with someone there. This occurred the morning of the drop off date. I informed them that I attempted to call road side service but was on hold for more than two hours with no results. I was instructed to leave the vehicle and that it would be towed from my location. Because of this I was unable to put the required amount of fuel back in the truck. Five days later I received an email with an additional credit card charge for 4 additional days of rental, a charge for the fuel and additional days of insurance coverage. I called Uhaul customer service to complain about this charge. I had to leave a message and two hours later I received a call back. After explaining the additional charges I was told that I had to talk to the Manager at the drop off location to get the charges looked into. I drove over to the site where the truck was towed and found out that the truck was not checked in until 4 days after it was towed. After some discussion, the clerk at the location called a manager who agreed that the charges were to be reversed. As of 6 days later, I have not received the credit on my card and will be disputing the charges with my credit card company. Attention to detail people. I expect more from Uhaul.BRADLEY J.

I was charged for an extra day when I was early turning in the uhaul. I was also charged $25 for a "cleaning fee" because I didn't fold all of the moving blankets yet that information wasn't told to me nor did I see that on the contract. So I was charged $89 AFTER I had already paid and my card was on file and the customer service representative didn't tell me while I was in the store, she just charged my card.
